Situated in Belleair Beach, this lovely condo for $279 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Others show you pictures of the beach blocks away. This condo is 50 steps from the sand! Corner unit, ground-floor, two bedrooms, two full bath, full kitchen with screened private patio. Only six other condos on site that share pool and private grounds. 1150 square feet. In-suite laundry, king bed in master, two twin beds in second room, sleeper sofa, Pack N Play, double air mattress. Accommodates 6. Small dogs ok with additional cleaning fee (please disclose). 4 TVs including two smart TVs, free Netflix, cable, internet/hi speed wifi). Full kitchen: Keurig coffeemaker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, full-sized fridge with icemaker, ceramic cooktop stove, all dishes, pots/pans, utensils. We provide towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, grill, beach toys. Small, well-trained pets under 30 lbs. welcome with additional cleaning deposit. Near Clearwater, FL with shops and great restaurants, little traffic. Ideal spot to relax, fish, paddleboard, kayak and walk. Nearby attractions include Clearwater Marine Aquarium (home of the late Winter the Dolphin), Splash Harbor Water Park, nearby stop for Jolley Trolley, John's pass, Busch Gardens, many museums and sites in St. Pete/Clearwater/Tampa area along with some great seafood restaurants and a sunset that can't be beat. Property was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Warning not to turn A/C below 72 did not affect our stay in December, but might trouble me in August. There are, however, ceiling fans throughout. Screened-in porch was beautiful place to relax.

we had a super time at property ,disappointed pool was not heated thought it said it was. was great to beach although they had to bring in alot of sand to protect property from damage, but we made it over sand dunes and enjoyed sunsets. the screened in porch was great. really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. all in all super time!!!

Perfect condo right on the beach for our family. Clean, had beach chairs and toys, and very considerate hosts. Pool steps away from condo as well. Will be returning for sure!

It was amazing! Couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach and swimming pool! Comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked, wine refrigerator was unexpected but a nice surprise. Lynda was very helpful and a great host.

This was a great beach rental for our party of 5. We have two small children ages 5 and 8 and it was steps from the beach. So convenient to be able to drive a few minutes to a restaurant or grocery store. And the sunset views from the back porch were breathtaking. There were plenty of linens and kitchen was fully stocked.

I loved the condo. It was exactly as listed and the beach was beautiful. However, as you can see from some of the previous responses, the owner is a bit off. Make sure to let her know upon arrival if there is anything wrong in the condo, even the smallest of issues such as splilled milk, or she will message you accusationally about it while you are at the airport waiting on your flight home. I was very disappointed in her communication and her lack of knowledge of the level of cleanliness offered upon arrival versus our departure. Despite that, we had a beautiful time and i would recommend this condo, just beware of the owner.

Condo was spotless, great view, loved sitting on the lanai. Linda is a great host, quickly responded to any questions prior to our booking and arrival. Check in and check out was a breeze. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc.. Beach was uncrowded. Plenty of towels. We met many nice people staying there and had a relaxing week.

Great beach location. Belleair Beach is our favorite spot in Florida. Parking at this property has its problems and some renters had so many guests they took over the pool area.

Loved morning coffee on the beach and beautiful sunsets! Couldn't ask for better access to the sun and surf! We were here to watch Tom Brady and the Bucs play football.....best game this year We really had a great time with perfect weather, great beach, great game and lots of good times with family! We loved our time here. Everything we needed was there including hand soap etc. Location is fabulous to the pool and beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided!!! Super easy for us since we flew into the area. Will return!

Me, my adult daughter and my two school age foster kids stayed for 6 days over fall break! What a perfect location to unwind. Steps to the pool, short distance to the beach, perfect weather. Easy to come back and forth for meals and bathroom breaks. The area is peaceful and the beach was not crowded. We will be back!
