Ski-in/Ski-out access from this slope facing condo with pick-a-boo views of Fanny Hill lift from your front door. Wonderful kids ski school or day care available just steps away at the new Tree House Ski School building only 100 yards from your front door. Free parking at unit, no shuttle or parking hassles for you! Relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing. My family of four had a very comfortable week staying here. The unit was very comfortable and very conveniently located. We easily went up to the Mall, went into Snowmass village and also caught the bus to Aspen. We skied seven days straight and had no issues with getting to or from Fanny Hill. Also, we hit the hot tub up regularly as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better week in Snowmass! Would definitely return. Thank you so much!!

This unit is all about location! Just a 5 minute walk to the ski school (without having to cross any streets) with 3 kids is as good as it gets for the price! This was our 3rd time renting this condo for spring break. Now my kids are old enough to walk back to the condo alone while my husband and I apres ski with friends, so it’s a win win! The unit is cozy and comfortable and a fair size for the price. There’s a big comfy and clean wrap around couch that can fit all 5 of us (my kids love lounging on it after a day of skiing). Parking is right next to the condo. Rochelle is always quick to respond on the app and gives detailed arrival and departure instructions. Definitely a great rental!

We had a great stay here! The condo was perfect for 2 couples skiing at Snowmass for the week. It was super close to the mountain, base village, and village mall. Rochelle was super responsive and great the entire time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the week. The washer and dryer were really useful and there was detergent so we didn’t need to buy any for the couple of loads that we did. There was soap in the showers, but bring your own shampoo/conditioner/etc. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to others skiing at Snowmass!

Rochelle was a great host. Super easy to check-in and out. Amenities are very nice, and great location. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.

We came out with our family of 4 for a ski trip at Aspen. This property was perfect for us. The location is awesome, and the house is well-stocked. The property manager was very willing to help when needed. I’d recommend it for anyone!

We just stayed her bc we wanted to hike the Maroon Bells. I think Snowmass is a better community for ski season or biking. The restaurants weren’t great and more of a drive after a long day than we wanted to drive into Aspen. I think if we were skiing or into mountain biking it would be a great place to stay bc of the location of the condo! But for us just wanting to hike the Maroon Bells I would have rather stayed in Aspen.

This cozy two bedroom condo is near nice spring skiing in Snowmass and is about a 8 to 10 minute walk to the Snowmass Village and Village Express Lift. The property could use a bit of updating but was comfortable and roomy for a family of four with two teenage boys. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved this condo. Its just a very short walk to the ski school for the kids. It is in the heart of everything in Snowmass. All the mirrors were a plus for the ladies of the house. Very comfortable everything you need.

This unit was super clean, comfortable and great proximity to the ski lifts. Easy to get around without a vehicle. Any time we had a question regarding anything the owner was responsive and happy to help in any way. Do not hesitate when booking this unit. You will be pleasantly surprised. One of the best values in Snowmass village!!

Everything was clean & as-advertised. Only a 1-2min walk to the Snowmass base, which was perfect for our skiing group. Communal hot tub is also very close & was very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo has a good layout with bedrooms on one side and living space on opposite end with comfortable furnishings. Beds were super comfy and loved having a king bed in the master. Washer / dryer in unit is a huge plus. Hot tub is an easy 30 second walk. It's a small 6 person tub, so with Covid we avoided being in the tub with anyone outside our group. Would just run outside and check until it was empty to ensure a safe experience. About 5 minute walk to the Village Express chairlift. Easy access on/off the slopes. The walk up the hill to the Mall is steep, so recommend driving up if you are getting takeout from any of the restaurants there. Only downside of our stay was a family above us that were very heavy walkers (cloggers????) starting around 7am. We were imagining they all had ski boots on and were doing Irish dance routines including jumping off a bunk bed (LOL). Great stay though and definitely recommend the condo.

Centrally located in Snowmass village - easy walk to stores and restaurants. Short walk to ski lift. Perfect for a group of four - nice kitchen and super comfy living room. Highly recommend.

Very nice unit. No master bathroom was not ideal but didn't make our stay less enjoyable. Sometimes there wasn't enough hot water to shower but other than that the location was prime and the place had all we needed. Thank you very much!!
