A lovely complex with oceanfront pool & BBQ area for easy island living! Ground floor with easy access to Alii Drive and just one mile to downtown Kona, shopping, restaurants & beaches. Well maintained condo. Enjoy a thoughtfully laid out floor plan that will give you space and comfort during your stay. The kitchen features full sized appliances, gas stove, ice maker, built in microwave, custom cabinets and new granite counters. There is a split system A/C to keep cool from the Kona heat. Relax on the couch (queen pull-out) watch the flat screen TV and the king size bed will help you have a great start and end to your day on. Worry free assigned parking that is right next to the unit. The owner of this property is one of the most responsive that I have come across so far. The house was very clean, the kitchen was arranged very well and the location was very convenient. She offered without me even asking to extend the checkout time to 8 pm since our flight back was at 10 pm. When the coffee maker malfunctioned and I texted her she was at work. However in the evening she dropped off a brand new coffeemaker! Would give this a six star rating.

This place is perfect for a couple or small family. The cleanliness, location, amenities and all the little extra touches from Vickie made it a perfect stay. She had EVERYTHING we needed. She had brochures for national parks, several books on the island, tonnes of menus with reviews for restaurants, condiments and coffee plus way way more. We enjoyed this way more than the Hilton Hawaiian village we stayed at in Honolulu.

This apartment is very spacious and is located close to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Property manager was very helpful when a parking issue came up. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. A convenient and comfortable place to land after exploring all day. The exploring was made easier by the amenities provided by the host, we were more than delighted to find beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler for our water and lunches, and even snorkeling gear! We could have made coffee in our unit, but we could also take a short walk to a coffee shop! The pool at the complex was perfect, with a view of the ocean! We were even able to do a couple loads of laundry to get us caught up. Communication with our host from the get go was prompt and gracious. Much appreciated!!

With a parking spot right outside our door, and in a convenient location not far from tourist spots, beaches and grocery stores, we were able to make the most of our vacation. We stayed in this property of Vickis for 3 nights while visiting the Kailua-Kona area. I wish we could have enjoyed it longer. Vicki is a spectacular host, communicating clearly as often as necessary, instructions for checkin/out in the condo very clear and laid out. Her attention to detail is amazing. She anticipates every possible need for her guests, from restaurant brochures to beach essentials. The condo was spotless and her personal care for the place between guests was evident. This was very much appreciated.
The king bed was so very comfortable as well. Lovely linens and towels. Thank you Vicki. I would recommend your place in a minute.
We had parking steps from our condo door.
The condo is street side so you hear some traffic and the upstairs neighbour was fairly heavy footed in the mornings but Vicki even provides earplugs for that if needed!
You probably do need to drive to the shopping area down Ali'i drive from the condo but we did walk to a great restaurant from here. There are bikes to rent across street and a shuttle i understand. Staying longer I believe you'd appreciate being a bit away from the busy touristy area. It was an ideal location!

Just as described. Exactly as pictured! Communication with Vicki was great. She left us a personalized note for our arrival and was such a nice little extra. We had no issues at all with anything during our stay but knew if necessary Vicki was a phone call away. Perfect place for my husband and myself for a much overdue vacation. Roomy, well equipped studio condo. We loved the oceanfront pool with waves crashing onshore. Even spotted dolphins one morning. Excellent communication with our host, who provided lots of helpful information and thoughtful touches. A little noisy by the street but it didn’t keep us up at night.

We had an amazing time in Hawaii. Vicki was in contact weeks before our arrival with all the details we needed to get into the rental, where to park, where to park if someone was in that spot. The one room place was all we needed since we were out exploring the island most of our trip. It was nice to be able to have everything we needed to cook a meal and store the leftovers too. Compared to our other rental, this place had so many things - beach towels, chairs, cooler, ice packs, and things like baggies, plastic wrap and foil. We would gladly stay again if we make it back.

We were surprised to find fresh fruit and some ready-to-make oatmeal when we arrived on a late night flight - that was a treat! The place was very clean and lots of little extras - shopping bags, plastic food containers for hikes etc.
The pool was simple but had nice tables and umbrellas so we took a dinner down and ate while we watched the sun go down over the ocean.
Location was great. A bit loud with traffic noise but keeping the front windows and doors closed meant it didn’t bother us at all.
Hot water took a while to arrive, but the shower was really good when it did.

The condominium was just as shown in the pictures. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and centrally located to downtown Kona. The parking was right in front of our lani/deck. This condominium has a place to wash and dry clothes as well. Our hostess was responsive to any issues. This is a wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying here! The accommodations were very comfortable and right down the street from great food and shopping. We went out and enjoyed the Kona side of the island during the day and came back to relax, feelimg right at home. Vicki was a perfect host! Would recommend staying here!

This unit was excellent in every aspect - fully loaded with complete kitchen, bathroom with tons of extra towels, toiletries, very spacious, extremely clean. Felt like home away from home. Outdoor pool overlooking the ocean. Coin laundry available -owner had laundry soap etc in the unit. Can't say how wonderful our holiday was!!! Would not hesitate to book this place again.

This location is quite honestly the best of possibilities. The unit itself is air conditioned and has all the amenities you could want. A full kitchen with more things than I have at home, a couch, barstools, patio, and everything else. The owner supplied us with a whole binder of recommendations and tips for our stay. From the property you can go right to a collection of popular beaches or left to where most of the ocean side shoppes and restaurants. There is also an outside hangout with benches next to the pool, as well as ocean access. The owner was great in helping us out, from the aforementioned recommendations and how tos, to one of us having an accidental run in with a sea urchin. She helped us out and pointed to what was in the unit that could help us. We’re all fixed up and still able to enjoy our adventures. This was a better stay than any hotel I could have asked for. I’d recommend staying here 100%
