Best views on the Isle of Palms and one of the nicest remodeled units in the Sea Cabin complex. This small one bedroom 3rd floor end unit has superior ocean views with no neighbors above or on bedroom side. The condo is perfect for a small family or couples retreat. (See Floor plan picture). The Sea Cabin Condos are located on Ocean Boulevard with restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within walking distance. This condo is located on the beach side of the road just steps away from the ocean. You also have two dedicated beach side parking spots included with this unit. Enjoy fishing from the private pier or swimming in the large private oceanfront pool. Laid back Island living (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the South by Southern Living Magazine) just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston (voted the best tourist city in the US by Travel + Leisure magazine in 2020 - 8 years in a row). Condo Updates for 2021: New Queen Serta pillow top mattress and new Bassett sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress purchased by owners in 2021. Additional Info and FAQ’s: - We have contactless check-in and check out with coded door locks. - Our condo is located on the 3rd floor and the Sea Cabin complex does not have elevators. - Condo has a secure wireless internet connection and Comcast Xfinity HD cable in living room and bedroom. - Beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available though local vendors (in season). Just search online for beach chair rentals and give them a call or reserve online. We recommend reserving in advance during beach season. - Condo info booklet and a starters guide to Charleston and the IOP are located in the unit for your convenience. - Coin operated washers and dryers are on premises, but not in condo. - No smoking and no pets in this unit please.

Sea Cabins units are all similar in design but this unit is particularly comfortable in its furnishings. Check-in is easy (no need to go to an off-property location first) and communication was extremely prompt and responsive. Thanks

This condo was immaculate and the view of the Atlantic was spectacular. The bed was super comfy and the sofa bed was, too. It was a great place to stay for a couple of days and relax. And did i mention the restaurants and shopping withing walking distance? 5 stars all the way!

The property is right on the beach! It was clean and well maintained. It is small but for 2 people or 2 adults and 2 small kids or maybe 1 bigger kids it would fine. It is bigger than a hotel room. It was nice to have a balcony to sit outside.

The condo was very clean with plenty of towels. Bed linens were also nice. It looked as though it had been updated recently and well cared for. Literally steps from the beach. I would most definitely recommend.

Amazing property. I’ve stayed at many rentals local and internationally and this is one of the best. It’s a bit pricey but so worth it especially considering the balcony. Host is incredibly responsive and willing to help out however possible. Bedroom is a bit tiny but the bed is so comfy and the rest of the place is spacious enough to walk around. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our first time in Charleston so amazing

Close to shops and food. View from balcony was great! Nice touch was the pier and pool access. It is on the 3rd floor which we didn’t mind. Easy check in and communication was quick.

The property listing is exactly what you get. A great place for a small family to enjoy the beaches of Isle of Palms! There is also a very nice pool and outdoor area the Kida and Adults loved. Parking is inside the perimeter of the complex, so you can keep an eye on your vehicle. Also within easy walking distance are several very good restaurants.
You can’t go wrong with a stay here!

Great stay in this third floor end unit condo. It is located at the top of the stairs by the driveway that you enter in. The AC was perfectly set when we arrived and we thoroughly needed as we weren’t used to the SC humidity. The pier was accessible with a code that was an awesome perk! We even stayed under the pier when on the beach to gain shade. Some people put hammocks under the pier which looked cool! Location is ideal. We walked nearby to restaurants and the grocery store. The parking lot is large, so did not have trouble finding a spot in the summer. My 14-year-old son liked sleeping in the top bunk with the curtain drawn. The bed was comfortable too. Overall, a great stay and would recommend this condo!

This place was perfect! Great communication from the property owner. Beautiful view, clean unit, updated, and comfortable. Plenty of parking on site. Easy to get to the beach, pool, and plenty of restaurants. This place is a gem! We plan to come back with grandkids!

The interior cleanliness was not the best. Dishes were still in the dish washer apon arrival. The exterior light to the balcony did not work which make it difficult to see at night when gather items and re entering the unit. The shower did not drain well at all and about 5 mins of showering the water became ankle deep. Me and my partner weren't a little surprised how small the unit was compared to the internet pictures which wasnt a issue because we do not have children but privided we had children would of been a inconvenience. Over all we enjoyed our stay I feel like for the price of the unit it would be in good working order and clean at a minimum not to mention updated. Overall I give it 3/5 may or may not stay again.

Such a great condo with everything we needed and amazing access to beach and the pool! Our 3 year old lived in the pool when we came up from the beach. The whole community was so friendly and sitting on the balcony at night was so relaxing. Overall wonderful experience!

The condo was exactly as pictured in the photos, great location to the beach, and restaurants. John made the check in process, very simple, he also allowed us to check in early, which was so much appreciated! Would recommend, the corner unit was great, and being on the third floor, there was nobody above you, we had a fantastic view of the beach, and it was a short walk across the parking lot. There was ample parking, and everything was clean, and well stocked.

The 3rd floor unit was very clean and spacious for my husband and myself. The modernized space had a wonderful sliding glass door that opened up to a clear view of the ocean. The beds and couch was comfortable. Plenty of kitchen tools needed even though we didn’t cook much. Very well organized and plenty of toiletries for our need while staying there. We travel multiple times a year there and will definitely be staying at the unit again. John was very responsive to all my questions.

When we arrived, we had a slight malfunction with the door lock. We contacted the host, and he brought a new lock over and installed it within minutes. Our stay was perfect. Great location to enjoy the beach and the surrounding sites. The beach was not crowded at all. Will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We had two adults and a 3 and 5 year old, and it never felt cramped. My kids loved the bunk beds, and I liked that this unit had a safety bar across the top bunk. Very clean.

This condo is in a perfect location - very short walking distance to a grocery store and nearby restaurants. The drive was short to Charleston and nearby attractions. The beach was great for a stroll to admire the beautiful homes on the island or for a solid morning run. Views and sounds from the balcony were great.

Definitely recommend. We had a great stay and loved the proximity to the beach and great restaurants. The unit renovation was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. By far, the best part was the view from the condo. The facility and pool was well maintained and clean. Would recommend some Keurig pods and coffee setup items for short term renters. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo for our long weekend in IOP with our family of four. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and beach shops, our kids enjoyed having the pool in addition to the beach, and the trek to the beach was short and easy. The condo itself had plenty of towels and everything we needed to make a few meals at home when we didn’t feel like eating out. Since this unit is on the third floor we just kept our beach cart, beach chairs and beach toys in the trunk of the car to avoid hauling too much stuff up and down stairs, which worked out great. We will be back!

The property was exactly as advertised. Yes, it is not overly large but for us two adults it was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. The veranda was really nice and the view can't be beat. Having parking on site is a real plus as the area is quite busy. No complaints or even suggestions for improvements. Thanks John!

Everything about the whole process was smooth and easy. I liked that if I had a question, I got a reply almost immediately but was not contacted a lot otherwise. We were left to enjoy our trip and the property.
The space was clean, well furnished (we did have to buy more toilet paper) and well supplied. As listed the pros are the AMAZING view and the fact that no one is above you or on the other side of the bedroom wall.
My 9 yo son slept on one of the bunk beds and my 14 yo daughter took the sofa bed. She spoke about how it was comfortable and my son felt like he had "his own space".
It is a small unit but I believe you are told that up front and can see that in the pictures so you should already know that going in. It wasn't a problem for us. As stated in information about the unit, there is no elevator so if you have trouble climbing stairs this might not be your best option. It's worth it though if you can. Did I mention the amazing view?
There is a water spout at the bottom of the unit's stairs to wash the sand off your feet/shoes.
If you are wanting to do laundry you will need a lot of quarters. It says that you can get change from the security guard but we never saw him.
The pier and the beach access points on property all have a code which I think is great because it limits the amount of people coming through the property.
Isle of Palms itself is beautiful and easy to access and walk around. If you want to find really good shells go to the left of the pier several yards down the beach. We found 4 whole sand dollars!
This is probably too much info but I'm completely thrilled with our experience.

We always love a clean condo. I am sensitive to mold, and everything was clean as a whistle. I typically bring an air purifier for beach stays, but did not have to use it. We needed for nothing.
