You will be quite comfortable enjoying the modern architecture with a touch of rustic. Be sure to visit the iconic elk antler arches on Town Square and enjoy dining, shopping, nightlife, art galleries, and events. Unit comes with 2 underground heated parking spaces with a max clearance of 7'3" which fits a standard SUV without roof rack. 199 East Pearl is one of Jackson's most coveted buildings with in-town convenience and midway proximity between world-famous Teton Village /Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the airport and national parks. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a 25-minute drive away, or easily accessible via the nearby public bus stop. JUST WOW!! What am amazing place for our mother/daughter stay! We both were just so pleased. Beautiful, clean, perfect area with great views!! DEFINITELY, will be my choice for future visits to Jackson Hole.

This place was perfect. It was comfortable, well equipped, and the layout was ideal for two singles or two couples with two suites separated by a common living area. The beds were comfortable and the living area appointed with high end appliances. The location is just little off the main tourist center which made it quiet but easily walkable to anywhere. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this property: location is 5 mins from town center Jackson, safe neighborhood, large condo with 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Washer/dryer, beautiful furnishings and the best stocked home for an easy stay. We all loved it.

We had an awesome stay at this property. It was very clean, convenient to town, walking distance to most places we wanted to go. The view was awesome. The property is very secure. We had to have passcodes to enter, park, use the elevator, etc. The only thing I would suggest, which is minor, is a full length mirror somewhere in the place and possibly some stand up fans. It was September and we did not have control of the AC so sometimes it was a bit stuffy. We will definitely stay here again though. Thank you.

High ceilings, gorgeous floors, high end furniture and appliances. Super close to the town square, but on a quiet street. Beds were very comfy. Loved it here, would absolutely stay again!

Beautifully appointed place with all the modern conveniences. Top of the line appliances, spacious bedrooms. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable and quiet but perfectly located for a short walk to town center. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return too!

Stayed here for 6 nights in July with our two kids. We were thrilled to have a lot of space to spread out, comfortable beds, a high end kitchen with all the gadgets washer/dryer and a garage for the car. The location is a block off the main square. All the codes to get in and out of the building took a minute to get used to and the master shower is a little small considering the size of the unit. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to other families or two couples.

This unit was great! There are so many amenities! The fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, ample closet space, full size washer and dryer, all make it feel like you're at home and not at a regular old hotel. While there are no mountain views, the location is awesome. It's a quick walk to anything in Jackson. The two underground parking spots are a huge plus! I highly recommend!

The condo was just what my family needed for our wedding weekend. The location is so close to the downtown core, yet it is quiet and away from the crowds. The unit itself is very spacious and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are on opposite sides and the kitchen and living area in the middle, a great layout. It has an amazing homey feel. The property management team was available and easy to communicate with when we had any questions. We really enjoyed our stay! Wonderful memories were made.

Security here is the very best. Very comfortable with everything you need. Only complaint was the shower temperature varied from hot to cold in both showers, but an awesome place within walking distance to town.

The apartment was wonderful, clean and bright and comfortable. We had one problem which was the refrigerator had been turned off for some reason and was pretty smelly. We called the maintenance folks and they attended to it but didn’t really solve the problem. The only thing I would say about the unit is that they need a few more wine glasses. But we loved our stay. It was other than these little things absolutely as described very comfortable very bright and a lovely stay in a great little town.

We loved our stay in Jackson. The location was amazing as it was one block from downtown but off the Main Street- so it was quiet. The apartment was spacious and true to the photos. It was everything we had hoped for during our long weekend in Jackson.

Great location. Appreciate underground pkg. kitchen well equipped. Furniture not very comfortable. Two windows need replacement due to failed seals. Air condition system needs calibration. It would freeze us out in minutes.

Great place. We had an incredible time there. One day we used one of the many rafting companies nearby, two days in the Grand Tetons, and one day just hanging around in Jackson. A spacious and cozy place to call our home base for a few days.
