Beautiful condo and great location. Everything was great from the moment we booked. The property manager was great to work with and couldn’t have been more welcoming.

Will go back to this unit again.

The property is at a perfect location. Sunsets are amazing right from the balcony. The pool/hot tub area is well maintained and has plenty of seating. The condo had everything you could need and more. Mary, the owner, was quick to respond to questions and great to work with. We loved our stay and will be back.

Owner, Mary was very responsive & super kind! The unit itself was absolutely gorgeous & newly renovated.

The condo exceeded our expectations. Updates to the unit were well done and the layout is smart and very functional. Kitchen well stocked. Beach closet well stocked. Linens were nice quality and plentiful. Ample seating options on the balcony to take advantage of the spectacular oceanfront views. Location was super convenient with grocery, shopping and restaurants within a short drive - some withing walking distance. Owner communication was timely and check in/out process was seamless. Heated pool and hot tub were a nice option to have available. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Marco Island.

The condo was very clean and has everything a family would need during their vacation. We had a wonderful stay here and the ocean view was to die for. Mary was very responsive, caring and sweet. Definitely recommend!

We had a great view of the ocean and the condo was beautiful! It was also very easy communicating with the owners. We highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach!

When you open the front door, you are greeted by the most beautiful ocean view. Once in the condo, you quickly notice the tasteful decor and obvious attention to detail throughout the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, etc... Everything was clean, organized and more than enough room for a young family of four. Beach equipment was outstanding. Mary was also very responsive to our questions and requests during our stay. We would recommend this condo to all!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything is beautifully updated and the view is amazing!! We spent every day at the beach snorkeling, sunning, and swimming and every evening on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunsets. We saw dolphins and manatees most days and our boys had lots of fun exploring and snorkeling near the rock jetties at the end of the beach. Mary checked in with us while we were there to be sure we had everything we needed and answer any questions we had, which I really appreciated. The beach closet had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. We had everything we needed in the condo as well. There is a beach bar/restaurant next door, Sunset Grille, which we had for dinner a couple of nights when we didn’t feel like going out and also for lunch once or twice. The food was very good as were their frozen drinks! :) We loved our time here and hope to return on our next trip to Marco Island!!

We just spent a glorious week in Marco Island and this condo was beyond amazing. Super clean and equipped with everything needed to enjoy leisurely days on the beach and cook meals. The cart with beach chairs and umbrellas were a really awesome thing to have for us to use. Mary was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations to restaurants. This condo was just what the doctor ordered for a very tired little family. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We enjoyed our morning coffee every day just enjoying the beach view, and then the evening after Dinner the beautiful sunsets. We certainly enjoyed our time and plan on coming back.

Mary was very accommodating to us! We were able to get into the room before normal check-in. We greatly appreciated that as we arrived the night before and wanted to get some extra time at the beach. The room had everything we needed and the views were amazing. We enjoyed the sunsets each night (from the lanai). I highly recommend this condo. Scott

We have been to Marco island on one other occasion. This rental was superior to the last in several ways. First, Mary (owner) is very responsive via text /email. We came down as tropical storm Elsa was headed our way and she was very thoughtful to check in and make sure we were able to make it there safely. She was very accommodating in the event the storm turned really bad and would cause us to cut our vacation short. Luckily, the rain lasted only one day and we had perfect weather the rest of our stay. This location has almost every amenity you would need. Most rentals have the basics for a day or two but you still find the need to buy all types of items to get through the week(ie: extra garbage bags, dishwasher detergent seasonings, etc). Most of the time you try to buy what you can remember and end up making a few more trips to the store to get these items…which detracts from the vacation a bit. Although it’s not assumed included, the rental had really everything to last way more than a week. Those items all cost maybe $50-$100 but with two kids and relaxation at the forefront of why we went to the beach in the first place, that extra effort went a long way with my wife and I. The unit had tons of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The unit had a bunch of board games and although we didn’t notice it until the last day, the PlayStation would be a lifesaver for inclement weather days. The other huge bonus…the beds. I am very picky with mattresses and the mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The kids mentioned both of their beds were also extremely comfortable. A good investment that made the vacation so much more enjoyable. The view is spectacular and the sound of the waves crashing at night out my wife and I to sleep like babies. The only thing I would improve (and we may have missed it) would be a knife sharpener for the block of knives. We would definitely rent this place again.
