Great location close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Listing says it is a one bedroom studio - it's a studio - there is only one room. Great for a couple, but if you're planning to work remotely or if you need more space for whatever reason, this may not be the right listing, esp. if the weather is poor.

My mom and I came here for an event in Tampa! We wanted to stay on the ocean and this was literally steps to the sand. The studio is spacious, functional and has everything you need! The king-sized bed was new and comfortable :) the private balcony was perfect for reading or enjoying breakfast outside. Communication was a breeze and the hosts were extremely accommodating and attentive. We will definitely be back if in the area!

My husband and I took a last minute trip down to Clearwater for a few days. I, just by chance, stumbled across this cute little ‘cottage feel’ apartment. It is located on the second level of a home, with direct stairs to your deck and front door. Through the large windows inside, you can see right out on to the beach. We loved that it’s so quiet, peaceful, and cozy. It was very clean and had nice quality beach towels, bedding and bathroom towels. There were also beach necessities like a beach bag, umbrella, and chairs. The owner had everything we could ask for. Some may look at that as a minor detail, but to us (that are flying in from a state up north and can’t pack all of this) it was much appreciated. She took a lot of worry out of the equation for things. There is even a washer and dryer which is such a nice feature. Overall, we loved our stay and did not want to leave. Such a perfect location, where we could put our feet in the sand, in less than a few feet from our porch. The owner was a very sweet, kind and had excellent communication. She even came over a few minutes early before check out to see how we enjoyed our stay. Overall, I recommend this to any couple who are looking for a cozy little spot close to the beach to enjoy some quality time or R&R, together. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We are looking forward to our next visit down.

The property was perfect! It is exactly how it is represented online, just a short walk downstairs and you're on the beach. There are multiple restaurants, shopping, and cold beverages within walking distance as well. The host was amazing and very helpful. We will highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

This is a lovely beach property. Cozy and nice deco! The place is awesome. Has nice balcony and plenty of room for two with cozy King bed! We would stay here again for sure. Had everything we needed! Close to restaurants within walking or hop on trolley. We didn’t mind the his stairs but would not recommend if can’t do stairs! We will be back!

The Studio shares space with other occupants. As long as they are quiet and mindful (and you are too) its a great space to rent. The unit was a great home base for my boyfriend and i for a week of going to thr beach, visiting Clearwater, Dunedin, Saint Pete, and Tampa for our 10 year anniversary. There is a heater on the balcony i couldnt figure out how to deactivate - i didnt spend much time trying to figure it out.

The apartment is as good as advertised and it is laid out and equipped pretty well for an efficiency. I would recommend this place for a relaxing stay for one or two people. It is a 2nd floor efficiency apartment, so not a lot of extra room, but the porch is a real gem. It is in back of the house overlooking the fenced back yard, shaded and secluded by trees, and covered by a roof. The porch is actually where we ate nearly all of our meals. We were serenaded by a mocking bird every day, along with the usual shorebirds.

It was our first trip to Clearwater Beach…we loved it! The condo was so cute and comfy. Just steps from the white sand beach. We had everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella provided. We walked to many fun restaurants and shopping areas. Great location!

This was our second time staying at this rental property. The apartments are updated, adorably decorated with a nautical theme, comfortable and spotless. Anything you could possibly need is provided. Linda, the owner and Libby, the property manager are quick to respond to any concerns or requests. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants, Pier 60 and just a few steps away from beautiful Clearwater Beach! We hope to visit again :)

The location is very convenient, right on the beach. The inside is clean and well organized. Chairs and umbrella are provided for your use along with the beach towels. You get your own parking spot as well which is a plus. We will definitely come back!

I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and comforting. The owner allows you to use her beach chairs and umbrella, which makes it so convenient if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. Communicating with the property manager was super easy. There's also a binder with a few instructions in the room just to let you know of a few details.

The apartment is adorable, clean and cozy. The outdoor area is just as adorable and relaxing as the inside. It is just steps from the beach! Everything is in walking distance. I would stay here over and over again.

This was our second time staying at this location. It was everything we had remembered from a few years ago and more. The location is absolutely perfect, only steps from the beach. The covered deck right outside the unit is perfect and elevated enough so that you have a nice beach/water view. The unit itself has everything you need, an extremely comfortable king size bed, a nicely stocked kitchen, and ice cold a/c. Libby has thought of everything, just bring your swimsuit and flip flops, she has taken care of everything else for you. Already thinking about our next trip back in 2022. This place is fantastic!
