About this condorental
Nestled in Marmora, this attractive condo for $198 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This is a beautiful south-end 1st floor unit on the ocean side of West Ave - 3609 West Avenue - a fantastic prime location on this family resort island! The beach is a short two-block walk from the house. Also within a few blocks is a great playground, basketball, tennis, Hoys 5 & 10, Randazzo’s, and ice cream, as well as Blitzes, Wawa and Acme for easy shopping. This beautifully decorated condo provides: -kitchen, dining area, family room, 2 baths, and 3 spacious Bedrooms -bedroom 1 has two twin beds (a daybed with trundle, which Together makes a king size bed) -bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, -bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and family room, cable TV and WIFI, TV and stereo/CD player in the family room. Each bedroom has a TV and a Roku which you can stream Xfinity on. The family room has a gas fireplace and leather sofa and seating. A washer and dryer, central air conditioning, heater, a fully utensil-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, electric range/oven, and microwave, coffee brewer, toaster, popcorn maker, etc.. There is covered, off-street parking for two cars, a private outside shower, and enclosed storage area for beach chairs. There is a gas grill outside and bench near the storage area. A spacious deck is at the front of the house with porch swing and seating with bistro table as well, perfect for your morning coffee! Tenants provide their own bed linens (two queen beds, two twin beds, and one full portable airbed) and towels. We provide two beach tags which must be returned prior to departure. Beach tags are not required for children under 12. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Cleaning: The condo is thoroughly cleaned between rentals, including and not limited to: cleaning with disinfectant: door handles, controls and switches (e.g. light switches, cooking controls, television controls, fan pull chains), counters, appliances, bathroom faucets, toilet flush handles, toilet seats, utensils, cutlery and dishes, pots/pans, furniture such as chairs, tables, and beds/pillows. Bedding is washed at recommended heat level between rentals. Magazines are disposed of. Hard cover books are surface disinfected. Visit the Ocean City boardwalk for great food, the rides, miniature golf, movies, and the center of town for terrific shopping. You could even ride the trolley to the Ocean City boardwalk! Many restaurants are nearby, as well as parks, golf, tennis, and fishing. Take a nature walk or visit wildlife preserves. A short drive brings you to Atlantic City Casinos and nightlife, Atlantic City Outlets, the Cape May Zoo, and historic Cape May and Cape May Ferry, whale watching and more. We do not rent for senior week or parties.

Another awesome vacation in a fabulous location. This property is central to everything you need with a short walk to the beach. The home is lovely with space for everyone to relax (The pictures really do not do it justice). - Lisa is a fabulous host and is quick to answer any questions you may have. We're looking forward to rebooking again for next summer.

Maybe the best endorsement I can give is the fact that we booked our week next year while we were still on our trip this year. We did not want to miss this out on this place. Our group consisted of me, my wife, our two kids (ages 1 & 7), and my father-in-law. We loved the location near 36th street. The walk to the beach was quick and the roads are easily crossable in this area due to lower traffic. It is walkable within a few blocks to a playground, Hoy's 5 & 10, Wawa, a grocery store, 2 ice cream shops, a sandwich shop, and other restaurants. However, it is far enough from the boardwalk that it is quiet and no problem for the kids to get to sleep early. Plus, there is always street parking if you need more than the two included spaces out back. Under the carport there is a private shower and a shed. We felt safe keeping our wagon full of beach stuff parked under there all week. The front porch was comfy for us to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Our kids liked the porch swing the best. Inside, a large open area contains the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Back the hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms. A hall closet containing a washer and dryer was much appreciated so we could run a few loads of laundry - a must when taking kids to the beach. Ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms allowed us to keep cool on the hottest days without running the air conditioning too much. You can tell that this is a nice home that has been well cared-for. Communication with Lisa was top notch, as she was quick to respond to any messages we sent her. We look forward to our return visit next July!

This home is conveniently located close to the beach, tennis courts and a great playground for young children. It's on a busy road but its quiet at night and the little ones loved watching the trucks, dogs and bikes pass by. The carpet and a rug placed on top of the carpet in one of the bedrooms (probably to cover more stains) had several stains on them. We are very disappointed that the owner is now trying to charge us for marks that were on the walls in this bedroom when we arrived and has not responded to our objections. The floor vent in the bathroom has black mold in it which you are looking at when using the toilet. There was also no hot water in the outdoor shower so we were unable to use it other than to rinse off feet and beach toys.

We had a great stay! The property is exactly as described and appears in photos. Short walk to the beach and close to Acme/Wawa. Look forward to going back for years to come. Thank you!

Great location
The property was perfect for us! All the essentials to make our stay easier and located within walking distance to beach, playground, restaurants, shops and market. We loved the open concept kitchen and living room which made for a great hang out space at the end of a relaxing day on the beach, or after a night on the boards. A wonderful getaway we were sorry to have it end.

I have been going to OCNJ for 20+years. We love the town and always prefer to stay south of 34th street. This location is great as you can get to the beach, playground, uncle bills, acme/cvs all in less than a 10 minute walk. Would love to stay again.

Love the porch swing even on drizzly beach days. It’s a great location, easy walk to the beach. This year was just my husband, mother and I due to some Covid restrictions that kept other family at home/at work.

We had a nice vacation in Ocean City, New Jersey
We spent a week in Ocean City, a late summer vacation. The place was very nice, looked even better then our impression was from the pictures and description. It is nicely decorated and it had everything you need for a family vacation. The location is very convenient, close to the grocery store, Wawa, CVS and some good restaurants are not too far. There is also a pastry shop that we visited several times. The liquor store is less then a mile away. Starbucks was about a mile and a half from us but we were there every morning. We were lucky with the weather too. The beach was in walking distance..

This was our 4th time staying in the condo. We have come to Ocean City for the past 8 years.
The property is in a great location to the beach. Dinner, groceries, ice cream and all within walking distance. The boardwalk is the only time we really drive while in Ocean City.
We love the pride Lisa has in her property and she has always been very accommodating. We will be back summer 2020 😊

Comfortable Condo, perfect for families!
My husband and I stayed in this condo with our teenage son and my parents. The living area was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is perfect location, two easy blocks to the beach and an easy 1.5 mile bike ride to the beginning of the boardwalk. The grocery store, bakeries, and restaurants are within a few blocks. Plenty of storage space in the covered parking area. The porch swing was a unique feature and our son spent so much time on the porch enjoying the breeze. Would recommend this condo and would book again!

Perfect condo for our med size group and only few blocks from the beach! We would rent again!!
Condo was perfect for our med size group of 8 people and we were so happy one of the room had two twin size beds which can be converted to a king size for our friends with a small child. The dining table and the kitchen island had enough sitting areas for all of us. The balcony was an added feature that we enjoyed very much, having breakfast there and an extra hangout area for our friends. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill was a must have since we used it almost every day.
Lisa was very attentive; making sure we check in okay and called me back when I informed her of the wall corner that was missing a corner stopper. We enjoyed this condo very much and looking forward to renting it again in the future.

Great Ocean City condo
Convenient location, close to bridge at.34th street, but not too busy considering. Short walk to beach with lifeguard stand. The house is well equiped for six . We had 4 adults and two teens, plus a two year old and it was not cramped. Great communication from owner. Nice deck on front of house facing street which wasn't too noisy to enjoy in the evening and early morning.
