Nestled in Steamboat Springs, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Close to skiing, bike trails and lot's of restaurants and shopping. The condo is 542 sq. feet, remodeled the entire unit the living room, updated the fireplace, over the fire place brand new 50' flat screen TV, new wood floors and has a ceiling fan and all new furniture (couch makes out to a queen size bed)! Patio doors lead out to a deck that has a great view of the mountains. The kitchen also has been redone, new appliances, new counter tops, new hickory cupboards, new tiled floors and all new light fixtures (thru out the condo). The bedroom also has new wood floors, a brand new KING size bed, all new furniture and linens, new lamps and the same great view out the bedroom window as the living room window to wake up to! The bathroom has new tile floor, new tile bathtub surround, new fixtures, new sink and vanity! The complex has a heated swimming pool and two hot tubs, has a BBQ area with two BBQ's and patio furniture!

Although we were enjoying downtown a lot, with the food and activities we didn’t use the kitchen much except for the coffee pot it seemed to have everything you would need to cook meals with. The bed was super comfortable which is number one priority for us. It doesn’t have A/C but it was nice and cool outside , with the fans and outside air we were very comfortable. Location was great not far at all from downtown. We had an amazing long weekend and a cozy place to sleep and get ready for the next day! Thanks

Perfect for 1-4 people. Had everything we needed. Pool, hot tub, firepit and club house were awesome. Great price and super easy to get to town and around. The hiking around here at creekside trail and around the mountains was beautiful!

Very clean, good location, kitchen is well appointed. King size bed is nice and comfortable. Owner responds within minuets. Ride the free buss or walk up the hill 10 minuets to access the ski lifts. This condo is a good value for Steamboat.

We were looking for a nice place to rest, relax and recharge. The property provided all that! It was clean and convenient to main roads. The bed was comfortable. There is not air conditioning but there are quality ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom and 2 box fans if needed. The ceilings were high as well so tall guests don’t need to worry about fans. We would stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed a quick get away into the mountains and this was a perfect place to stay. Cozy and clean. The weather was chillier than we had hoped for (coming from MN) but we still walked to the heated pool and hot tub in 26 degree temps and thoroughly enjoyed it.

We stayed over spring break. The condo was perfect for me, my husband and our 10 year old. It was equipped with everything we needed. It was close to the mountain. The pool and hot tubs were great! We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was perfect for our quick ski weekend. It has a bus stop right outside to take you to steamboat, and is super close to downtown.

This condo was wonderful and everything was as described online! The location could not be beat with easy shuttle access to the gondola! The home is clean, spacious, and plenty of room for a family of four! Our trip was amazing! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Property was just as described, had everything we needed and was delightfully quiet and convenient for skiing! Super close to bus line to steamboat base area, and the hot tubs and pool were amazing. Very clean and well maintained - definitely one we’d stay at again when in steamboat! Thank you!

Location is 5 minutes away from Steamboat's free parking if you get up and move in the morning. You have a 5 minute walk once you park to get to the gondola. Condo is small but comfortable. Loved the fireplace and covered parking. Cooked most of our own meals and didn't get involved in the nightlife. Quiet location which we enjoyed and would not hesitate to come back.

Nice unit for a family of four with 2 small children. Cozy unit on the first floor. We enjoyed the bus and stop was conveniently located right outside the building. Bit of a walk in cold to get to hot tubs but overall a great condo complex.

Stayed with my 10yo son for a quick ski trip in Steamboat. Great location, just a short easy walk to the slopes - even in negative degree temperatures. Condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Checking in was super easy and close parking was never an issue. For 2 people it’s a great condo!

We had a wonderful trip. The location of the condo is fantastic in relationship to the mountain. It is definitely walkable, however, using the bus app will help figure out how close the purple line bus is to the stop right at the entrance to the condo complex. We did not have a chance to figure out how to use the evening shuttle, so we typically just walked to the Main bus center or called an Uber. We had two adults and two teenage girls. The pullout couch was as good as can be expected from a pull out couch. Hot tub and pool were used multiple times and really nice. We also used the laundry facilities and they were convienient. We would stay here again.

Everything we needed. The apartment is a little dark, not because of the furniture, but the lighting. Could have used another lamp in the living room. There was a bulb out in the one living room lamp. Also the batteries were dead in the TV remote. I think sometimes management doesn't check bulbs and batteries as they should and it is a little annoying. I happened to have some batteries in a flashlight that I had, so used those. Overall, met our needs.
