Nestled in Mexico Beach, this lovely condo for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This condo is brand spanking new 2 years after Hurricane Michael! Great balcony with elevated chairs overlooking gulf with unobstructed view clear to Port St. Joe and the Cape. Small pool with seating area. Comfortable mattresses on both beds, and upgraded mattress on pull out couch. Wonderful area in Mexico Beach, easy to walk to everything. Kitchen fully furnished with extras like crockpot and blender for cocktails. Beach towels/chairs for the beach. You're gonna love this place! All monthly rentals will be charged an additional $200 monthly utility fee and $190 total cleaning fee.. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: 1. Please check out no later than 9:00 am (housekeeping starts at 9:00 am). 2. Load and start the dishwasher. USE ONLY DISHWASHER SOAP 3. Please wash the beach towels and bath towels and start in dryer prior to departure. 4. Empty the fridge (discard food) and please take the trash out, there is a dumpster at north end of building behind a fence. 5. Remove used linens from beds. 6. Remove used linens from sleeper. 9. Please close the balcony sliding door and make sure the front door latches. UPDATE 3/18/21: Our building and little town were devastated by Hurricane Michael 10/10/18. The Surfside building was severely damaged and the roof was 2/3 gone. Most of the homes near us were either blown down or washed away. 100% of our buildings were destroyed or damaged. 80% were uninhabitable. Unfortunately our wonderful pier was destroyed. Our beach is pristine after being sifted for debris, dunes rebuilt with sea grass replanted and thriving. New fencing and walkways are complete, pictures at the end. I live here and the beaches are very private now. Rehab work on our building wasn’t started until December 2019. All of the condos are finished. There are now condo buildings and homes that are back online to rent. Our condo will be rented for the 1st time on 3/27/2021. I have added pictures as construction has progressed so you can see what we were dealing with and where we are now. I also added pictures of our beautiful beach. Could use some extras as a hook in the bathroom. The beach chairs are worn out need to be replaced and there was no umbrella as indicated in the listing. We had to rent beach chais and a cabana.

Mexico beach is such a wonderful community. The condo we stayed in was perfect. We sat out on the balcony and could see the ocean and we were but a few steps away. The condo had everything we needed from a washer and dryer to our king size bed and huge shower in the master bath. Ethann was the perfect host, only a phone call away. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The location is amazing! We’ve been coming to Mexico Beach for 15 years but haven’t been back since 2015. This location is perfect and right by all our favorite things….you can see the beach from your balcony, it’s walking distance from the Shell Shack, and a quick drive to Mango Marleys! The property was spotless and beautiful! Had everything we needed. The owner was amazing and so communicative. We even got to meet her and her lovely dog in person, which was so fun. I would 100% book this again!

Unfortunately we were only able to stay for two nights, but we will definitely be coming back to this location. The condo was clean and well appointed, and the location was amazing with a beautiful beach steps away.

The property was in a great location and the beach only a few steps away. The condo decorations were updated and clean. It was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures, but there ended up being plenty of space for us. We would definitely rent again!!

The location of this condo is nearly perfect! Not only is it only steps to the beach, but it is minutes away from everything. Ethann was a great hostess--easy to contact and very responsive. The unit is well-stocked with necessities and was very clean. My only suggestion is to add some room-darkening curtains to the bedrooms. The morning light woke us up early!

Exactly what we were looking for. Perfectly located steps away from beach we used everyday with a phenomenal view. Parking beneath condo with easy access to steps and elevator made unloading a week’s worth of beach stuff and provisions very easy. The owner was easily accessible, local and genuinely wanted our stay to be as we desired; fixed any issue with little time elapsed. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable; like new!! We will go back to this one!!

The property is newly remodeled and right on the beach. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The sand was so soft and white that we just loved being on the beach. If you are looking for a quite place to relax from the fast pace of life, this is the place to do it. It is not a busy area at all and has a few dining options in town. Panama City is a 1/2 hour drive and has lots of stuff to do which we took advantage of when it rained.

The condo was everything as it was described . The owner went to great strides to make sure we got in and that we had everything we needed. Only suggestion was that she needed a shelf in walk-in shower for soap and shampoo bottles to set on. It has a great view of the beach off the balcony. We were very satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo is right off the beach, when sitting on the balcony you are looking at the gulf! The owner was very friendly. The condo is very clean and has everything you'll need.

This condo was everything it was described to be. Everything was clean,no furniture or walls were damaged and we really needed to bring nothing except clothes to wear! The beach was literally 40 feet away. Come here if you want a quiet and beautiful beach vacation. Thanks Ethann for the use of your great condo. We will be back!
