Customer service was rude, wrong code number on email, welcome package wasn’t ready(couldn’t get into the pool, gym, or parking), door wouldn’t lock, pee around the toilet, bath tub was nasty, outside furniture was run down, place didn’t stay cool, was only give two towels, elevators got stuck three times during the stay & dropped when in the parking garage elevator. This has been the worst stay that I have ever experienced. I would rate a 2

Majestic disappointment

Location and 24 h security on duty, but the place was filthy I spent 4 hours cleaning

Dirty and needed repairs, front door would not lock from outside, I reported it, nothing was done

Great hotel /No wifi on 1-2013

The pools, easy access to the beach the bar/restaurant.

NO WIFI. balcony furniture very corroded and broke. The door code never work (call to get code) No bands/car pass on the unit you need to drive 1 mile away to get it. On booking tell you all wrong code/bands/no wifi.

Passable

The bed was comfortable,we loved the pool and the bar.the view was pretty good too.it was clean.

Our door didn't lock so when we went out we had to make sure to keep our valuables on us. there was sand some in the floor. the wifi didn't work in the room. our tv in the bedroom didn't work. It wasn't a very pleasant experience at all. We love panama City but won't use this condo again.

A stay

MAJESTIC wad great.

The company we went through Zia. Was horrible they gave us the wrong code to get in. Don't try and call. You will get an answer service for maintenance, and they will call you back the next day. They said we had wifi nope They were supposed to send someone out nope. Didn't hear a word.

dirty, took forever to get to room with luggage due to elevators, the ac was not fully working was very hot, the pool hours weren’t great, dirty pans in the stove.

there should be a cleaning fee return

the view was amazing and the location

first we had to go to check in 10 min away from our condo. I paid a cleaning fee for nothing there was sand everywhere the couch, bed and I called so they could come and clean while I was gone, but they never did. Plus when we check out we had to leave everything clean like wash the dishes, turn the air off, trow the trash away and had to take back the bracelets back at the same location where we checked it. Other than that I was good. just no worth the price because of how nasty it was and hard to check and check out.

You get what you pay for.

Location, location, location. View from 10th floor was great. Bed was decent, and slept pretty well. Deapite being close to the elevator, it was pretty quiet.

Mold on shower curtain, leaking toilet tank bolt that has stained the tile floor and mold forming on baseboard. (It's a $5 bolt!) Table with broken leg in bedroom, philthy bathroom fan. Microwave above stove was broken but they furnished a countertop unit. Lampshade in bedroom was dryrotted and falling apart. Ceiling light in bedroom missing two light bulbs. Obviously just collecting rents, not reinvesting back into the upkeep of the property. Had to drive out of our way to to pick up a parking pass for the unit, which was rather inconvenient.

Good

I liked the view of the building.

The staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the reservations. We had to go to other building to talk to them and they just said they didn't know anything about our reservation. I believe there needs to be communication from the Majestic staff and any third party rental companies that way the customer gets the best experience.

Worst trip to Florida I’ll never use Booking.cm again

That was the worst experience I’ve ever had going to Florida, went on line and was looking for a place $300 a night, showed me Majestic Towers and it looked nice and priced for $1777 so I booked it. With previous experience I expected $200-$300 in taxes, cleaning fees, etc…but soon as I booked they charged me $2,864.65 and said that included a 31% resort fee which came to $549.50 I looked the web site over and over but never ever found were they charge a 31% resort fee, called twice and talked to someone both times and all I could get was (that’s the the way it is) I’m in retail deal with the public and I’ll never charge someone for something that was not disclosed up front! It was hard getting my parking passes, didn’t get my wrist bands until my 5th day, no management on the premises, had hard time communicating with someone, etc….I’ll never use booking.com again and will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience!

Being charged 31% resort fee ($549.50) that was not disclosed anywhere on your website, taking two days before getting my parking passes, five days getting the wrist bands and both were suppose to be in the room upon arrival. Every other time we’ve been to Panama City Beach, this was our 7th time, we always had a welcome packet in our room upon arrival that had the parking passes, any wrist bands that might be needed, one to two day complimentary passes to the reclining chairs on the beach, coupons and/or suggestions to local events and always someone to contact, like the front desk, if you needed anything or had any problems. Not that I remember ever needing in the past but sure did this trip. Sorry but it really caused some problems for my wife and I during this trip.

Great trip great facilities

The room was nice the view was great the pools at the majestic are 2nd to none

We had a great time the majestic towers staff seemed very rude on a couple of occasions at the front desk even though there was no line and they were just standing there seemed they didn't want to answer any questions we had

Wonderful time at a wonderful place. Loved it!!!!

Beautiful view, good security at parking garage & condo, people were always cleaning, everyone that works here is very nice. Easy access to everything.

The price was steep
