Enjoy the beautiful ocean view any time of day from the private deck while sitting at the bistro table. You are just steps away from the private beach access & pool! We are located mid island and are within walking distance of many loved amenities of ocean isle beach including putt putt, oib fishing pier, Museum of Coastal Carolina and many restaurants. The condo is on the 2nd floor, comfortably sleeps 4. It is perfect for a small family, 2 couples or a girls getaway! The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private whirlpool tub and new flat-screen TV. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and in the hallway there is a fun bunk bed nook that is perfect for the kids! The living space is open and airy, with a dining table that seats five along with 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter, a wet bar, new flat-screen smart TV, Bluetooth Speakers, internet & WiFi access. The kitchen is fully stocked to make cooking in a breeze. The bedroom has a new Sterns & Foster bed along with a flat screen smart TV & DVD player. There is also a washer/dryer to keep all those bathing suits clean! If your stay is during the months of May through October OIB offers nesting and hatching of sea turtles along our beach. The ocean isle beach sea turtle protection organization holds weekly learning lectures at the ocean isle beach community center on Tuesday nights during the summer. This is something my husband started doing a couple years ago because we like ocean cove condos and we really like ocean isle. This trip was amazing. The lady who cleaned the condo before we arrived did an excellent job, it was clean and it was nice to walk in and smell the cleaning had been done. Don’t know her name but would like to make sure she knows how much they meant to us . We absolutely loved the condo and our time there. Thank you for sharing you beautiful beach home with us. Being honest! Ocean View NC beautiful! Unit was small. For 4-6 guests, been uncomfortable. Not newly updated as stated. Deck railing post unattached @ right side. Carpet needs replaced. Major appliances (coffee maker, silver ware, toaster etc.) all had to cleaned before use. Beautiful views, seemingly quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at this Ocean Isle condo. Everything was as expected, nice furnishings and decor. In late September, things were quiet and peaceful there. For me personally, the stairs were an issue due to health concerns. Otherwise perfect.

Enjoyed our stay. Smelled clean upon opening door. It was clean and could tell had been updated. New carpet, painted, tiled, show upgraded. Lightning was mediocre. Dark in shower and kitchen. Bulbs out in hood above stove. For 2 people appropriate cookware and utensils. I found I couldn’t reach dishes in cupboard. Need a small step ladder for those of us who are short. Did have tiny ants on kitchen counter. Kept all food on table. Loved sitting and eating out on balcony. These issues aren’t deal breakers just need addressed. Several good restaurants close by. Enjoyed all my meals out. Even the gelato place we found about 15 minutes away. Should warn potential renters there are 4 flights of 8 steps each which was a lot of work to carry everything up for us retired community.

Ocean Cove 222 is the cutest little condo and perfect for a couples getaway or a family! Kim was extremely communicative and helpful (she sent me updates about a tropical storm was moving through the region.) My husband and I had a great time and are contemplating making Ocean Isle one of our go to family vacation spots.

From sunrise to sunset, this condo makes for the perfect beach get away. Kim made all aspects of our stay from booking to check out so easy, there was no need to contact her during our stay. Can't wait to go back!

This condo was great for our family vacation! The size was great for our family of 3 and our 3 year old loved the bunk bed! Being able to walk onto the beach was great and listening to the sound of the waves in the evening was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was ready and very clean at check in. We enjoyed having coffee out on the private covered porch each morning watching and listening to the ocean. Perfect location to the pier, shops across the street and restaurants within walking distance. Would absolutely consider staying here again.

The property was exactly as described and was in the perfect spot! The view was awesome and everything you needed to as right close by. Kim was super responsive to any and all questions and was very helpful. Our neighbors were also super friendly. It’s a small complex of really nice people. Pool was nice and clean as well! The check in process was easy, the home was exactly as described the beds were so comfy but the surrounding was so much better than expected. We were able to walk everywhere to access food, mini golf, ice cream and the pier. To sit on the deck during the days and evenings was magical. We loved every bit of our stay and can’t wait to be back!

We had an amazing time! Kim was super efficient and quick with responses. The place was very cozy and a perfect location/view. Very quiet and quaint. Perfect for a family getaway. The only thing I would suggest is to have more paper products, soap, trash bags, etc. available for guests so that they don’t have to go and buy those themselves. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location, right on the beach near a pier. Kimberley, host, was very pleasant and answered e-mails within about 5 mins. She was very good to work with. Beds comfortable. Nice, sturdy furniture on balcony. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Nice place!

My family and I absolutely loved this place. The room was great/clean with an awesome view of the beach/ocean. I loved it because this unit was on the end and had its own private balcony. So much to do and everything is close by. Grocery store, shops, food, mini golf. Myrtle is a 30/40 min drive. Great for families or couples. Kim was a great host. Easy to communicate with and was very helpful with check lists. I would definitely come back to Ocean Isle and stay at Kims place again!!! ❤️🙂

End unit with excellent, unobstructed view of ocean and pier. Away from the pool so less noise. Walking distance to anything you could want. Clean and well appointed. Owner very responsive. Will stay here again soon!

A great little condo for the price. The bed was comfy, and the view could not have been better. We had a fantastic time and loved our stay in OIB during the off-season! The local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are fantastic! The only thing I would mention is that you need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags in addition to bringing linens. Otherwise, a fantastic condo at a great price!

I think this is a perfect location. It's an end unit with a gorgeous oceanfront balcony view of the ocean and Ocean Isle Beach Pier. We saw porpoises everyday! The host, Kim, communicates quickly and is so nice. Easy check in instructions. The condo isn't huge but it is perfect for a family with younger kids. Kim even has a Wii with many Lego games for the kids. Queen bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the other beds. No elevator, but it's on the 2nd floor. A minute walk to the pool and beach or the pier. Hot tub bath was a nice comfort. Ocean Isle is such a pristine beach compared to Myrtle. We were tired of the craziness of Myrtle and wanted a calmer atmosphere. We loved it! Everything you need to cook if you want. Or any type of restaurant is within 30 min, although we loved trying the local places which are min away (some even walking distance). Mini Golf and arcade and ice cream within walking distance. We also saw a GoKart track. It was closed when we drove by, but it was off season. We would definitely stay again!

The room is very clean and the location could not be better! New Years 2023 will be a great memory for my wife and I! The weather was remarkable and the views from the room were amazing! God truly blessed us with a beautiful weekend! . The one thing I would change is the low-flow shower head
