Nestled in Treasure Island, this charming condo for $199 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This 4th floor Condo/Studio unit is located on Treasure Island, with a white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico close to both Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport and Tampa International Airport. Staying here won’t break your pocketbook and you will have everything you need for either a quick weekend getaway or a three month winter retreat. Feel the breeze and watch the waves from your King Bed and Private Balcony overlooking the ocean. Amenities include heated pool, full size pull out couch perfect for a family of 4. Cable TV, large flat screen with internet WiFi access available, Blue Ray DVD Player, Full kitchen including microwave, dinnerware service for 4, a full set of cookware, utensils, full size refrigerator, two-burner electric stove, microwave and ceramic tile floor throughout. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare great meals. An outside grill is in the court yard and available for all to use. A Washer/Dryer is available onsite. Linens and towels are furnished. Private dock and RV parking available. Enjoy one of dozens of eating and drinking establishments that are within minutes of this resort. Loved the location, staff was courteous, check-in easy. Property was clean, although water damage was obvious. I assume from storm damage. Notices were posted that Island Inn would be undergoing updates - construction soon. I would recommend to others and will go back!

This was a great rental property. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of clean towels. The beach chairs and the beach towels were definitely a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

It was exactly what I was looking for. Easy access to the beach, the tiki bar on premises and it was close to everywhere I wanted to go.

Nice to wake up and look at the Gulf in the morning, people walking everywhere enjoying themselves...I loved the pool! I was able to do swim and relax...I would recommend :) great vacation for myself, and family tiki bar has great food also~

The room was ok but a little run down. Only my wife and I so it worked out ok. Beach was really nice but very busy shelling was pretty good and lots of nice places to eat within walking distance

This unit was perfect for our 6 night getaway. Unit was clean and up to date and everyone there was friendly. Sunsets on the balcony or the beach every night were beautiful. Great location with many activities and restaurants close by.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Had everything you would need including a balcony for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Daytime tiki bar and pool were refreshing.. popular bar and grills and grocery store less than a mile away.

The unit was as described and everything we used was in good working order and clean. It was perfect for my husband and me. The location was great, the view of the gulf from the balcony was wonderful; just what we were looking for. The tiki bar by the pool was a bonus. The sunsets were awesome.!The host, Debra, was super to communicate with! Easy and friendly check-in and out. We loved Treasure Island, the host and this unit and will return when we can.

It was great to be right on the beach. The patio looks directly out to the water.
We experienced no issues. Place was clean. Good thing beach towels are in the condo because front desk would not provide any.
We walked to most places including restaurants and bars. There are plenty of options especially if you are able to walk a mile or more.
Beach outside is nice. Pool is small with limited seating. If you want a lounge chair, you need to get to the pool early.
Unfortunately we came right before spring break, so the rental was a little pricey. To be expected for time of year.
We experienced the red tide. It was awful! It would have been better if they cleaned up the dead fish from the beach every day. I ran on the beach in the morning and tripped on one! Gross.

This king suite is in a perfect location. Right on the water and walking distance to restaurants and groceries. You can’t beat the view.
It’s a basic room which needs updating, but the bed was comfortable, everything worked, and it met my needs.
The host was friendly, accessible, and everything went smoothly. I would give it 5 stars if it was updated.

Enjoyed our breathtaking gulf side sunsets off of our private 4th floor balcony.
Never a sleepless night listening to the waves on a very comfortable king size bed.
When the coffee pot, refrigerator and stovetop burners were not functioning, Debra and staff remedy the problem on a timely manner.

Cozy condo for weekend getaway. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Condo provided beach towels and chairs. Friendly property manager who promptly addressed maintenance issues and worked with us on check-in and checkout. Thank you!

A very beautiful location! Despite a few issues our stay was amazing right on the water beautiful views everyday. The location is perfect, the Tiki Bar on site is adorable and the bartender was very friendly and welcoming. The pool looked very nice however we spent our time on the beautiful sandy beach. The AC unit worked well and was pretty quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Over all outside of being in need of an upgrade the room itself was very nice. A couple concerns there's no screen on the sliding door so you're unable to listen to the beautiful waves. The closet door was a challenge to open, and the room smelled very musty we tried to put some air fresheners in but it really didn't help. Tuesday morning we had to hear some very loud construction in the room next door while we were trying to enjoy our breakfast, we understand it needs to be done but it would of been nice to
have a heads up, also Tuesday evening we lost all water pressure in the unit, and we were woken up in the middle of the night from the plumber working on the water issue. That is something that could of waited until early morning.
We will definitely stay at the Island Inn again, the staff were very sweet, however not in this room until it's had a complete upgrade.

This is our 3rd time renting from Debra. She is always great to work with. She texted us to let us know the condo was ready early. It was a personal text and not a auto text which I have received from other places I have stayed. She made you feel like she was excited for your vacation to start as much as we were. The condo itself was clean - has been clean each of the 3 years we have stayed. It was decorated so you felt comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and big. Everything was there that you needed which was really important to us because we had to fly and wasn't able to pack a lot of stuff. She provided beach towels, beach chairs (nice chairs, not the cheap ones and they were not all rusted or broken), boogie board, noodles and some other pool toys that would have been great for children. We didn't have any children on this trip. The room had a nice size refrigerator unlike those little ones in some condo/hotels. I never had to buy toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags or dish soap - she had all that in the condo. The location you can't beat. Beautiful view of the ocean and bay and close to everything. The resort was clean and staff was always nice. Parking was easy and close to the condo. The price was very reasonable. We will continue to come to Treasure Island and will only stay at Island Inn #406 :-) Thank you Debra for making our vacation great!

Room was clean. Had everything you would need and more! Beach chairs and noodles were a perfect addition. Amazing views from the balcony. Location was perfect for our stay. Could walk to dinner at Caddy’s and enjoy live music at Kai Tiki and walk back along the beach. Blind Pass marina right down the road for great boat rentals. Would absolutely stay again!

Everything renting this property was EXCELLENT ….. EXCEPT THE RUDE LADY DESCRIPTION OF HER WAS SHIRT BROWNISH HAIR WUTH OVERLAPPINF FRONT TEETH..THAT CHECKED US IN SHE NEVER GAVE HER NAMED AND WAS VERY RUDE FROM WHEN SHE KNEW WE RENTED FROM A THIRD PARTY!! DEBRA WITH VRBO WAS VERY GOOD AND ALSO THE LAST LADY CAME IN AFTER THE ONE THAT WAS SOOO RUDE… was very helpful and all the workers were extremely nice except that one receptionist!!

Simply Perfect. Experienced travelers to the area and in general. Process easy. Communications timely and helpful. Space is clean, functional, and bright. Balcony is private, large enough, and views are amazing both up/down the coastline, and of course, the Gulf. Especially appreciate the (provided) beach chairs - very high quality!
