This unit was completely renovated in 2017 and includes all new modern furnishings, decor and appliances. This condo has a screened in lanai off the living room that over looks the gulf and an open lanai off the dining room. Amenities at Loggerhead Cay include a heated pool, two tennis courts, a clubhouse, gas BBQ grills, shuffleboard courts, ample parking and WIFI. The four story Sanibel Island condo also has elevator access.
