Beach Cove Resort Condo #921 9th floor oceanfront Professional decorating and new furniture for December 2023! Congratulations on planning a beach vacation! Here's a description of my condo: -Very clean condo -Cozy (630 square feet)- best for 2 people -9th Floor oceanfront -Rare KING bed -Keypad on door- just let yourself in! -Free parking in covered parking garage -Free WiFi -On-site dining -Oceanfront with balcony seating -Well-stocked with supplies -Owner that cares about guests- I own 5 condos at this resort -Excellent reviews (more than 1000 5-star reviews for my condos!) -Resort with indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, restaurants, pool bar, hot tubs -In a nice, safe area of Myrtle Beach walking distance to restaurants and shops -Air conditioning and heat I'm looking for guests that: -Will take care of my condo -Will not cause damage -Will not attempt to bring too many guests -Reserving guest must be at least 25 -No smoking/vaping -No pets If you are looking for a condo like mine (above) and you are a guest that fits the above description, please choose my condo! My condo is meticulously-clean and we stock all necessities that a guest normally wants. Our resort has 4 hot tubs, a lazy river, indoor pool, racquetball court, saunas, 3 outdoor pools, a children's pool and an oceanfront tiki bar and grill. This is a private rental which means you are booking with me, the owner. Please note that private rental guests are not permitted to use the on-site arcade or Town Center restaurant. I'll give you a door code and on your vacation day, you can skip the front desk line/frustration and just let yourself into the condo using your code on the keypad. No one will enter the condo during your vacation so it's more relaxing for you (no pre-maid cleaning, no leaving the room when you think cleaners are coming, no hiding your valuables or worrying about it). My condo has games, books, cards, cooking spices, nice towels and sheets, laundry supplies, shampoo/conditioner, and lots of cookware, flatware, glasses, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker and slow cooker. We have 2 new smart TV's and good cable, free wifi and free parking in the parking garage. Our condo is on the 9th floor of the B tower. The B tower allows you to see the sunrise. The 9th floor is wonderful because it's not so high that guests are nervous to be on the balcony but it's high enough that you will have a stunning view of the ocean and beach. Our condo is well-cleaned before each guest. We give our guests a list of the favorite restaurants, popular activities and nearby grocery stores. The resort is really fun! Our guests can enjoy the four outdoor pools (3 are heated), 3 outside hot tubs, lazy river with tubes, tropical pool area and tiki bar and grill. The resort also has a heated indoor pool, sauna and indoor hot tub. From the condo, you can walk to 21 Main, Hamburger Joe's, Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, Joe's Bar & Grill, Native Joe's (ice cream and coffee), Longhorn Steakhouse, Nacho Hippos, Duplin Winery, Alabama Theater, Blueberry Grill, and much more. Please note: If you see my condo advertised on Craigslist, it is fraudulent (we do not advertise there but scammers list our condo sometimes!) The indoor pool and indoor hot tub will be closed for repairs until March 2024. There are 2 steps in the condo between the hallway and the sunken living room/kitchen. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility issues and are deciding whether the condo will work for you.

My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days. This location was perfect! It was clean and cozy with picture perfect sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. Sarah was very responsive to my texts and questions. She was a great host. We can’t wait to come back!

This property worked great for our long weekend! The view from the balcony is great. Only complaint is that the building is old and needs some updates to the main areas. They are working on the elevators (only one working while we were there), which is good, because the remaining one wasn't great and sometimes the lines to get on were long. Parking was easy and access to the beach and pools were good too. Great visit!

Our hostess Sarah was AWESOME!! She gave us EVERYTHING needed and communicated every time I needed assistance. Our condo was very nice and the view was incredible. The difficulty we experienced was with the Resort itself. There was a broken elevator which made it VERY difficult to go where we needed to go, the indoor pool wasn't working, ONLY one of the outdoor pools was heated. The other pools were FREEZING. The vines and trees were overgrown going to and from the beach, And finally, there was a SEWAGE smell around the only pool that was heated. It made our stay very disappointing. I feel badly for Sarah because she did an excellent job with her Condo, but I'm sure she can't help the condition of the Resort itself.

This is our second time staying in this North Myrtle Beach condo building. It's an old building but has been kept modern and clean. It's in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Lots of challenging golf courses near by.

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the pools didn’t feel too crowded (even in the middle of July). The AC, hot water, and all creature comforts worked perfectly. Note that there is clearly no oven (a point I missed when booking through no one’s fault but my own since it’s apparent in the photos) but there is a stove top, microwave, toaster, etc. In sum, we would definitely stay at this property again.

Great ocean view! Love the access to the many pools. Sarah was a great host! She was quick to respond and easy to reach. We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding and Sarah made our stay one less thing to worry about!

Perfect beach vacation! We've stayed at Beach Cove many, many times over the years. Love the resort amenities and location. Sarah's condo is exactly as pictured. The view is amazing and she thought of everything to make it feel like home. It was also sparkling clean (and I'm a clean freak!). You will not be disappointed with this choice!

The condo was neat, well maintained and the location was amazing. It is a 1 BR 1 B place so it isn't huge but was perfect for just me and my husband. Sitting out on the balcony with such an incredible view of the ocean made the entire trip worthwhile. All the pools, hot tubs and lazy river were sparkling clear the entire time we were there. We went the week before Memorial Day so it wasn't peak season yet and not too crowded. We had no problems at all during our stay and would definitely come back again.

I have stayed in many condos over the years and I must say the owner of this one took extra pains to add conveniences of home. From the nice bath products to providing trash bags etc. stuff you normally have to buy. It was all there as well as beach stuff. Communication was easy and check in was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful sister vacation!

This is a beautiful condo on the 9th floor overlooking the ocean. The sunrises are spectacular. The beach is clean with lots of things to do. This location is easy access to North or South Myrtle beach.

I stayed here with my two teenage boys. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. The furniture and bedding was cozy. My son slept on the pull out sofa and it was comfortable, too. We left the door to the balcony open most of the time to listen to the waves and watching the sun rise in the morning was wonderful. Sarah is a great host! I would highly recommended this condo!

My husband and I have been coming to North Myrtle Beach for years and this is one of the best locations to be in. Golf, restaurants shopping, entertainment, and of course the beautiful beach. Everything is close by. The condo is perfect for 2 adults.. It is clean, ( I am a stickler about that), well stocked, quiet, and the view can’t be beat. Wake up from the bedroom and see the sparkling water, listen to the sound of the waves, and enjoy time on the balcony enjoying the sights whether it be in the morning as you have your coffee or drinks late at night. Also, if you need to get in touch with Sarah, she gets right back to you. We loved our stay and will definitely go back if it’s available on our next trip.
