Pier and Historic Del Mar Street shopping/dinning district. The property is a quiet and secluded one Bedroom, but the backyard is an entertainer's dream spot with large rectangle fire pit, Hawaiian gas Tiki-Torches, Bar-B-Q, surround sound TV, washer-dryer. The Living Room sofa converts to a bed. Great for a couple or family with two children. We offer access to Surfboards. We can also arrange private Surf Lessons from a State Lifeguard.

Came out to visit childhood friends to celebrate us all turning 70. San Clemente is such a great town and beach and this VRBO was absolutely ideal. The back patio was perfect to relax and have friends stop by. The place is just as advertised.

This was our second time staying at Ric’s place and once again it was awesome. We highly recommend staying here if you’re a couple looking for a getaway. It’s close to everything and has everything you need for a great stay. The fire place and outdoor fire pit are dreamy amenities.

My family and I stayed for a family vacation. The apartment is perfect. Everything was as described and Ric and his wife were wonderful. The area is amazing. Walking distance to the beach and Main Street with shopping and restaurants! We can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely loved this unit. It combines great functionality with beautiful design, delivering awesome overall experience. Property is quiet and clean, close to everything yet secluded. Communication with Ric has been super easy, and he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Awesome place to stay in San Clemente - we're definitely coming back.

I was pleased when I found this VRBO, and when we arrived, it surpassed our expectation. It was immaculate, very well, equipped, quiet, and in a wonderful location in San Clemente! This property was just what we had hoped it would be. Updated and smartly appointed this was one of our favorite stays in our years of travel. The property is half of a duplex that was less than a 10 minute walk west to the San Clemente Pier/Beach and short walk north to Avenida Del Mar with great restaurants and shops. Ric was a responsive, pleasant host for any questions and recommendations. The fireplace in the living room was perfect as was the great outdoor space accessible from our living room with outdoor gas fire pit, torches, gas bbq, table & chairs! Though not the largest unit we've ever stayed at, the layout plus outdoor space & privacy gives it a very spacious look and was very comfy for my wife and I as well as our CA relatives that came to visit us. The driveway space for our car was also a plus. We highly recommend this rental!

This property was perfect for our weekend visit to San Clemente. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, walks down the the pier, and evening chats by the fire pit. We found the property clean and stocked with everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again!

It was a lovely place. I would have appreciated a stronger Internet as I had a lot of trouble there, but all in all if we had not been so very busy with all the wedding doings, I would have enjoyed just spending a couple of evenings there enjoying the amenities.

Ric was proactive and responsible in finding us a last minute nice place to stay for our first night as there was a reservations mix up. As nice as that was we were glad to get to the VRBo. Great location and parking was easy. Only quibble was the refer seemed to be on the fritz but I’m guessing that is all fixed by now. Great host, great place!

Honestly the best location, food, neighbors, and environment I have ever been in since I have been using VRBO. The unit was so clean and was ready before check in time. The property manager is very responsive. The neighbor next door is super nice. Everything is pretty close walking distance and we plan to return(the outside area makes it 100% worth every penny).

We used to live in San Clemente and wanted to stay right in town, not in the outskirts of town in a hotel. We could walk everywhere from here. It is exactly like the pictures, very well decorated, clean, and has everything you need! Richard was was great to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!
