This condo is across the street from the JW Marriott, on the fourth floor featuring a peak at the Gulf. The unit is a one bedroom with a king sized bed, full bath, a NEW leather queen sofa sleeper with gel mattress and nicely updated. The property is right across the street from the entrance to the same beach the JW Marriott guests enjoy. The condo has everything you need for your stay on Marco Island - Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, towels and cooler. The complex also features a heated swimming pool and tennis court that is lined for Pickle Ball. If you feel like cooking the kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill by the pool for guests to use and grill tools in the condo. There are numerous breakfast, lunch and dinners restaurants within walking distance. Come to San Marco Residences FREE Parking and FREE Wifi. Washer and dryer on each floor that is credit card or App operated. Just bring your suitcase ... the condo has everything you need. We also own 2 other condos in San Marco Residence if you want to invite friends or family. Perfect location, very clean and spacious condo with supplies necessary for a wonderful getaway! Directly across the street from the beach with grocery, souvenir, restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book again!

This is a quiet place to stay for a vacation directly within walking distance from the beach. It worked well for my small family and the host was very communicative. The check in process has you leave a key in an outdoor lockbox on the condos outside door and use a separate key on the door to the condo. This made us very uncomfortable as you don’t know who all has the lockbox code. Besides that it was okay. There was some mold in the bathroom shower, and limits on how much toilet paper and towels you could use without being charged additional, which is pretty tacky. Overall, it felt like a pricey motel and in our opinion, overpriced for the quality.
Likely will not stay again.

We have stayed in this condo and others owned by the host. They have all been great! In my opinion, the location is absolutely perfect! The condo is clean, decorated nicely and has everything that you will need to get started with your stay. The host has great communication and is very accommodating! We had a great stay and look forward to coming back soon!

Can’t beat the location. Unit was nicely furnished.

Our stay at this property was very nice. Only there 2 days. Wish it was longer. Perfectly situated across the street from the beach. Weather didn’t cooperate but enjoyed our stay anyway.

The blinds is the master bedroom NEED to be replaced. I had to hang beach towels over the window so the light wasn't in my eyes. This can't be an expensive fix.
In talking with some other guest at pool they did not hear street noise in their unit. Sliding doors need replacing too. That is probably our biggest complaint - the noise.
Everything clean, bed comfortable with nice sheets and pillows were nice. Location good

This condo was very nice and worked very well for us. Everything was provided that we needed. The bed was very comfortable. They only small thing I would change is room darkening shades in the bedroom. The outdoor property light shines in and fills the room pretty bright (for me). I used a hand towel at night to cover my eyes - and that worked fine. This taught me that I need to invest in a eye mask for future travels. Everything was very clean. On our first day, we carried everything out to the beach only to find the umbrella was broken. The owner replaced it immediately. Without it, we would have not been able to enjoy the beach as well without being able to have a break from the sun. The access to the beach was right across from the condo property - but it’s still a hike. It was very nice having a cart. The general property was clean, the pool was nice. There’s a lot of traffic noise during core working hours, but it quiets down, and you don’t hear it from the bedroom. The owner is super nice and responsive. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

This was our first time visiting Marco island. We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect, we felt safe and the apartment was well stocked with any items we may have needed in the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had to go back and forth to the JW Marriott and the location was perfect for that, probably closer than some of JW's rooms as just a quick walk across the street. Very beachy feel to the condo and would stay again!!

This property was just perfect for my family’s stay at Marco Island. It’s clean, well maintained, cute, and very close to public beach access. It’s fantastic that there are some beach supplies to use too…much appreciated!

The property was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We can't wait to go back and enjoy all the relaxation Marco has to offer. The only issue we found was that the description said there would be a wagon available but there wasn't one in the room.

This is our third time staying in this Condo and it did not disappoint! Very clean, tropical decor, comfortable bed and the best thing is it is steps from the beach! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

We had a great time on Marco island! Beach access directly across the street could not be better. Right on Collier St to go N or S to find restaurants or shopping. Bottom of the stairwell is was some what dark. I believe a light bulb was out in the lowest fixture.
