Very clean well maintained condo in the middle of everything. On the beach, pool, hot tub. Excellent parking, great property manager and superb owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely and cozy. I'd definitely stay here again. Clean, sufficient towels and bedding with extra bedding provided in the closet. The kitchen is beautiful. In unit washer/dryer came in handy. One major complaint, I was required to take out the trash at the end of my stay. I, also, had to run the dishwasher as I left to prove I had actually cleaned the dishes. That was okay. Seriously, I have never been required to take out the trash anywhere I have ever stayed. The dumpster gate was stuck and gunky. Plus, the receptacle was filthy. No person that is clean and prepared to leave wants to do that dirty chore. The cleaning staff should be able to do trash. Other than that, the condo was a place I'd return, especially if not required to do my own cleaning.

Awesome spot right next to the beach. We walked barefoot from our condo to the beach most days. Right across the street from everything you need. Highly recommend going deep sea fishing at hubbards, visiting fort desoto, and seeing the sunken gardens.

My family enjoyed staying at this condo. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very useful with an infant. This condo is in a great location as it's in front of the beach. The pool is shaded until noon (this during an Oct stay). The SunRunner express bus which goes downtown in 30 minutes was also useful for us. A Publix supermarket is also a 5 minute walk away. Host Steve was also very responsive to our questions and check in was easy.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay, such a nice condo and our host was excellent, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Provided so much helpful information and places to visit, always responded when I had a question!! Will definitely book this property again!!

I hope to return here for our next St Pete visit, really like this property / location. My only negative is the floors in the unit really could use a better washing/mopping. We loved the layout, loved have the w/d and most everything else.

The location to beach was excellent. The chairs in the condo were very much appreciated! Lots of restaurants close by. I did cook meals and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils. I could have used a 3 qt casserole dish but I made due. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was some car noise from public beach access parking lot especially on a Saturday evening. Some traffic noise too but not much. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

My husband has been visiting St Pete Beach since he was a child but this was our 4th visit together. This condo was in a fantastic location. It was easy to get to, convenient to the shops and restaurants, and the beach location was awesome. We love doing the cabana rentals on the beach and were excited to learn at check-in we'd get 25% off. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've had in a rental, and loved the shower water warmed up quickly. The view from the patio was everything we wanted. The ability to program the door code to our own unique number was an added perk so we didnt have to worry about keys or remembering a random number. The few downsides were more related to the housekeeping service than the condo itself: the toilet paper and bath towels were very rough, and the trash bags provided for the kitchen were tiny as they were the same as the bags in the bathrooms - I would recommend bringing your own if able to. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and wish the complex had 2 bdrm options as we'll need a separate room for our toddler moving forward. The pull-out couch would be great with older kids though and the unit & complex had a ton of toys for the beach.

We stayed at this property for a total of 8 nights. The beach is beautiful and location close to grocery store and restaurants. The office staff was excellent is handling any needs/requests that we had. The balcony provided a partial view of the beach as well as a public parking lot. This did not present a problem. We especially appreciated the second full bathroom and washer/dryer in the unit. We would easily recommend renting this unit.

First off, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for my wife and I. Thankfully bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the things people need. The ice maker even worked!!!! Very happy. The location is perfect! Easy to walk to all kinds of eats and entertainment right on the beach. We spent most of our daytime hours lounging on the beach in a rented cabana watching the ocean and the people.

First time renting this property and I would absolutely do it again. It was actually a perfect spot for my husband and I to get away for a few days. We spent time on beach and also enjoyed St. John’s pass. Everything you need is right there!

We had a short window for a vacation and this condo served us perfectly! We’re not party animals, so we appreciated that it was quiet at night (although there are a number of beach bars nearby if that’s your thing). Great location close to restaurants and shops. Pool was nice and beach was just steps away (nice that the owner had umbrellas and chairs to borrow). We hope to be back!

The accommodation was comfortable and functional. We were disappointed by the view which is mostly a parking lot and street. Had to sit in just the right spot to see ocean. Ocean is very quite in this location so could not hear waves from condo over street noise.

We really enjoyed our week in this updated condo. Partial water view from the balcony. We even watched a couple sunsets from the there. The condo was well equipped and also included chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach. Beautiful beach just a few minutes from the unit. Groceries and a good selection of restaurants within walking or a short drive. Steve provided several suggestions for restaurants in the area. We would stay here again when visiting this area.

My wife and I booked a last minute getaway to the Gulf Strand and are extremely satisfied with our stay. Steve had the fastest response rate and most thorough communication I have ever experienced as a renter. The room is beautiful as well as the balcony view and even the view from outside of the front door. Easy to locate the lock box and key. Beach is just a small walking path away and the beach has canopy/chair rentals which we utilized everyday. Steve even had a fishing rod and some gear he let me use. Overall wonderful experience and WE WILL BE BACK!
