Located in Sand Key, this lovely condo for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our beach is "private" and our cleaning procedures are in line with CDC specifications. Enjoy the BEAUTIFUL views of the beach, ocean and sunsets, all while sitting on your private balcony. This well maintained property is located perfectly on the white sands of Clearwater Beach (Sand Key) in a quiet & secure (gated 24/7 security) area. Lighthouse Towers faces the ocean, which means you're not looking into someone else's unit and no one is looking into yours. Parking is inclusive under cover offering full protection for your vehicle. The condo has been painted & updated and is in excellent condition. Kitchen includes granite, tile, modern white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, brand new pots & pans, new duel coffee maker/Keuring combo, crock pot, instant pot, air fryer and so much more. There's carpeting in the living room & both bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to the balcony, a large bathroom with an oversized tub and deep walk in closet. The second bedroom has plenty of room and also encompasses its own full bathroom. This bedroom and the kitchen feature beautiful views of the inter coastal waterway. Included in the unit is a basket of beach toys for the kids along with beach chairs and tent and umbrellas for the adults and a cart making it easy to transport all. Imagine taking walks on the quiet beaches, searching for sea shells or sitting poolside. Soaking up the sun & watching the sunset. Firing up the grill and eating in the shaded shelter by the pool. Playing tennis, shuffleboard or shooting baskets, all within the premises. Maybe just relax & enjoy the hot tub. If you have a rainy day, play some of the games in the unit, put together puzzles or watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, HBO or Showtime on any of the three TV's. There's always something to do no matter the weather. Envision being close enough to the pier yet far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of your own private beach front setting. We had a lovely 2 week stay at the Sand Key condo, everything was as described in the listing. Ted was readily available to answer our questions and the condo was well equipped. The beach was amazing and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The area has excellent shops and restaurants an easy walk of less than a block. It was a very peaceful, quiet location but if you are looking for more activity, Clearwater Beach is right there across a short causeway.

We had a great stay at this property, Ted the owner was graet to deal with answering any questions promptly the property was very clean and well equipped, unfortunately at the time wè stayed maintenance work was being carried out but the owner informed us prior to our arrival and gave us a generous refund to compensate us,would definitely recommend this property and hope to return for another stay Dave&Sue

Property was beautiful and location is perfect. The condo has everything you could want to make your stay enjoyable. Plus a beautiful beach just steps away. We found ourselves having a quiet relaxing and fun time at the beach and pool. Ted the owner is great and super responsive. We would definitely go back again. Miss the beach already.

Ted’s condo in the Lighthouse Towers was perfect for our tropical getaway. He provides everything you need to enjoy your day at the beach to the kitchen having updated appliances and even an air fryer that we used quite frequently. The unit was clean and the view is amazing. We can’t wait to return again next year.

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay. The owner was above and beyond responsive! He didn’t make fun of us when we asked dumb questions (the laundry is in the kitchen FYI) and he recommended some really great restaurants to us. There are a few games in unit and great entertainment center which provided activities on rainy days. The view of the sunset was amazing. Minimal noise from neighbors. Lots of random amenities which made it easy to make this place home. The pool was great as was the hot tub. A few things I didn’t like; 1. Grills were down the whole time we were there. Literally broke the day we were traveling so it’s not like the owner could have given us notice, but we showed up w a bunch of food to grill. No big deal we made it work. 2. The first 10 days were perfect, but the last 4 a smoker moved into an adjacent unit so 20+ times a day our unit would suddenly fill with nasty cigarette smoke. They’d choke us off the balcony at sunset and interrupt our breakfast. This seems to happen everywhere when there’s shared spaces, so I guess that’s just luck of the draw. (If you smoke, please be courteous of other people; you will continue to find fewer and fewer places that let you smoke if you don’t). 3. We found the security obnoxious as you can’t have your drink next to the pool and that is strictly enforced. I’m sure the collective owners came up with that rule and that’s the way they want it, so it is what it is. Overall we loved it and can’t wait to come back! 5 stars!

We had a great time. Nice quiet location, good pubs for food within a 5 minute drive. Cottage was well appointed, nice and clean and warm. All the amenities that we needed for a weeks stay. Good contact with the owners. I’d return again. Oh, nice long sandy beach with a pub with friendly staff within easy reach. ;)).

Nice wide balcony (which we were on most of the time). We are shade lovers, so that is just perfect for us. The building faces to the northwest, so there is only sun in the later afternoon (during Dec-Jan). Ted was really helpful and very accessable.

Ted gave very prompt responses. We were allowed in our condo a few minutes early upon arrival. The Condo is nice on the Gulf. Atmosphere is relaxing. The beach is not crowded. Unfortunately people smoke on the lanii & when you're a nonsmoker, it spoils relaxing on the lanii. Bonus... in the mornings you can watch sunrise outside of the condo on the east & sunset on lanii on west. This condo has a good selection of cookware, plates, glasses & flatware. Our stay was during hurricane Nicole & we were inside for for the day. We had some water damage & reported it. Ted had a company that day to fix the issue. For a few days we had fans & dehumidifiers running. The carpet will need to be re-tacked. The owners bought us dinner to compensate. Suggestions to improve... Book on how to run TV, general notes about condo like how to turn off the router when the internet goes down etc.... Add a few large glass bowls to use in microwave. The majority of the pans are metal. We cooked at the condo frequently. Ted delivered grill utensils when I mentioned there were none in the condo. This is another example of how accommodating Ted was. Add vent fans in bathrooms. Keurig needed descaling so we purchased vinegar to run thru. We called Keurig & followed their instructions to descale. We couldn't get Keurig cup side of the coffee pot working. We purchased ground coffee & thankfully the coffee pot side Keurig coffee pot worked. Suggestion here is to have clean staff run vinegar thru each time they clean & have bottle of vinegar in cupboard for those renting. Overall it was a good stay.

First time to this area and have to say was pleased with the views and the quietness of the property. The beach was great and even over the holiday weekend was still relatively quiet compared to the hotels nearby. Great for some rest and relaxing.

As mentioned, the place is exactly as shown. The unit is well stocked and has a gorgeous view of a beautiful and very quiet beach. Ted provided excellent service whenever we had a question and very helpful in describing some fun restaurants in the area. We’re coming back.

The view of the gulf was great, plentiful beach supplies, pool and hot tub, tennis court were a plus. Ted, the host was great and was very helpful. Only negative is carpet, living room furniture and dishes could use a upgrade, but overall a positive experience.

I have stayed at other VRBO properties where the description and the pictures don’t match up to the actual property. This condo right on the beach was exactly as promised. We immediately felt right at home. Such a delight to sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset every evening. Beach with powder like sand and heated pool right outside our door. Centrally located , we never ran out of things to do. The property manager Ted was awesome. We would definitely book this property again.

This condo was a perfect place for my husband I to spend our Christmas vacation. It was a great location! Private beach with beautiful views of the ocean. The balcony facing the beach was a perfect place to have our morning coffee. We made it most mornings for a sunrise walk and every evening to the beach for sunset. The location was ideal for walking to boutique shops and quaint restaurants. The place was exceptionally clean and spacious enough when our daughter and our son and his wife came to spend Christmas day with us. My husband and I enjoy cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook an amazing Christmas dinner for our visiting family. It was very easy to get ahold of the property manager and he was very helpful and great at communicating with us. We would love to stay there again!

Had a wonderful experience. Nice and quiet building, pool , and beach. 2nd time staying in this building. Seen dolphin pod outside in water off of the beach on multiple days. Plenty of beach equipment available. Wifi for my kids was excellent. Everything was thought of in condo including air mattress. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely return. Ted was a excellent host. Even delivered batteries for key fobs when needed. Building is secure. All residents and other guest were very nice as well.

The place was exactly as described! Everything worked great and Ted was super quick to respond to my little questions we did have. The place is sooooo nice and away from the busy downtown Clearwater area. Close enough to be able to go if you want - but it was like having a huge private beach almost every day. Just a few families on the beach, which is just steps away. Kitchen is very nice, had everything we needed and even a custom set of YETI like cups that we used everyday. Pool was also great, they do have rules that have to followed but that is what should be expected and make the place relaxing and enjoyable. Private parking (covered) is also great bonus. Cannot say enough about how nice it was to be away from the big crowds but also minutes away from everything. 2 weeks of bliss and we will be back soon.

My wife and I have been fortunate to stay in a few condo likes this (Vrbo) and have never had a more complete set up, accessories, covered parking and many other items within the condo. The building and and property were better than expected, I did not want to leave!

Oh. We loved, The area, The condo, &. Most of all. The look on my 5 yr old grandsons face, He lives with us &. It was his 1st time seeing ocean, EVERYTHING.. I especially appreciated how hands on TED CAUDILL WAS, with us!! Lovely experience not only the vacation, but felt as if made a good friend with him.. only set back &. WAS NOT a big deal, But there were a few residents, That not too friendly. Although we did leave having a great experience felt a lot of memories and actually made some friends, with certain residents👍🏻😊

We loved the condo. Being on the 4th floor was perfect for us. What was nice was the double sinks in the master bath as well as the other bedroom having its own en suite. The washer and dryer in the condo was great too. Everything about the place was up to date. Overall experience was a positive 10.

First of all we had a problem with the air conditioning and upon contacting the owner, he contacted the appropriate company and it was fixed the same day which was wonderful. The condo is Tastefully decorated and nicely stocked. There was a crockpot that always comes in handy which most units do not provide. Balcony great for watching the sunsets. Beautiful heated pool and chairs, umbrella and wagon for the beach. Would surely rent again.
