A ÉVITER, JAI DÉTESTE MON SÉJOUR

L’emplacement était correct et la piscine est très grande et belle

A EVITER A TOUT PRIX. Le personnel est exécrable, on a eu de nombreux problèmes comme des remontés d’eau avec une odeur nauséabonde et une fuite au niveau de la salle de bain, après avoir contacté le personnel ils n’ont pas voulu nous changer de chambre et pour arranger cette fuite ils nous ont donné une serviette pour sécher l’eau de la fuite et un désodorisant pour camoufler les odeurs des remontés d’eaux, inutile de dire que ça servait à rien. De plus la Wifi est inutilisable, pas moyen de faire quoi que ce soit même un message whatsapp ne s’envoie pas. Et pour clôturer ce séjour exécrable, le personnel qui multiplie les remarques du genre que nous sommes arrivés en retard alors qu’il était 19h ou que les toilettes pues car l’un d’entre nous est allé aux toilettes. DU GRAND FOUTAGE DE GUEULE

Dirty sheets Not enough bed sheets for the amount of people that slept in the apartment. The couch on the picture is absolutely not for sleeping. Not enough chairs for people. When it comes to pool, it does not have any chairs to sit next to it and you do not get any sunlight.

Deeply unpleasant. The condo owner agreed to move me to another condo.

almost nothing

The bed room is right beside the lift which is noisy and runs 24 hours a day making sleeping difficult to impossible. It gets all the traffic noise day and night from Jomtien 2nd road. The water in the shower is cold. The condo is very sparsely furnished with cheap units and kitchen appliances and cutlery are basic. The curtains are wafer thin so daylight streams in if you can get any sleep due to all the noise.

Very tired and dated room. Furniture falling away from walls, some features were broken and repaired badly. Air con needs servicing ( made me ill with chest infection, meds had to be taken ) No reception staff. You have to make a local call upon arrival, if you don't have coverage or a local sim card ? Do not expect cleaning or linen change, they charge you 500tbt each time. Pool had temporary filter system. No sound proofing, main road is extremely noisy. Overall a poor experience compensation applied for !!

Just avoid...

Convenience store next door

Had to pay for cleaning, extreme basic utilities within room, toiletries never restored, linen and bedding never refreshed. Poor up keep of room in general, broken features, wallpaper peeling, dated and very cheap furniture...some furniture coming away from walls, room 405...would have complained if there was staff to contact. Will seek a refund, really was not up to standard. Seems to be ex timeshare now being rented our privately. Air bnb will be my next go to company, getting very disappointed with booking.com now, 2 consecutive booking and way below standard.

a/c was freezing cold could not be adjusted with remote, small ants , bed was broken on one side but was still ok to use

the big pool is nice for kids

kinda far out. vicinity is very dead, still due to covid (a lot of empty restaurants/bars, a lot of shut down hotels)

Atlantis condo review

Swimming pool and apartment were good.

Carpark no good, very small spaces, when we arrive there was only 1 space left after waiting for someone to leave. Bed linen was worn-out with holes in sheets and pillow cases.

Good for location

Clean and comfortable, could use a chopping board as well as a new shower curtain but otherwise fantastic stay (and that’s just being picky).

The pool water is FREEZING for us Queenslanders. Kids still enjoyed it.

Worst stay ever, sorry to say but we feel cheated

Pool size very big .

Host very un cooperative , not reachable, nobody picks up the phone mentioned .No beddings or bed sheets at all. They don't bother, have' who cares ' attitude. This property owner will dilute the reputation of booking.com
