El baño deberia estar clausurado por sanidad. Habia moho, habia papel sucio, estaba tapada el desague, bastante desagradable
De paso te cobran un supuesto impuesto, que se supone venia incluido pero lo cobran extra, y de paso te dicen que solo puede ser por paypal? Paypal es para gente que quiere estafar, la gente normal ofrece Datafonos/POS para uno poder acercarse y pagar por tarjeta como gente normal

Lage mitten im Ausgehviertel, trotzdem ruhig
Am Rande der ZTL gelegen, so konnte man mit dem Auto nahe heranfahren.

Ausstattung sehr dürftig. Im Wohnzimmer wenig Steckdoden, kein Platz für PC Anschluss.
In der Küche keine Teekanne und keine Weissweingläser
Das zweite Bett war eine Ausziehcouch mit Doppelbett. Unsere Gäste wollten Einzelbetten. . Die Bitte nach Bettlaken für das dort verfügbare Klappbett wurde abgelehnt.
Der Fernseher ging nicht und wurde nicht gerichtet

Hosts were incredibly gracious and responsive. The apartment was in a beautiful spot. The hosts catered to our needs and even let us check our bags early so we didn’t have to carry them through Trastevere.
The bathroom door handle fell off a few times. But that was an easy fix. There was no lift, which wasn’t the best when traveling with luggage. But these were all small things that didn’t take away from our stay at all.

The service quality. Difficult communication. Delay in giving instruction to open the doors. Don't expect any detsils before your arrival. I asked unsuccessfully 5 times to prepare a separate bed for my daughter. air conditioning not working.

The location is great !
The apartment doesn’t have AC and is super hot! It’s not very comfortable and not very clean. There are some broken details that need to be fixed.I think the owners should put more efforts to make it nice and comfortable!

The location is the only real thing to like about this property. This property could be considered ok. But like… for the price we paid… is a strong word. When I walked in the door I tried to find another booking if that tells you anything.
First of all they don’t actually let you check in until closer to 5. They did let us put our bags in the apartment but it was VERY dirty and it was extremely off putting. After cleaning it was passable but I would not use the word clean. The beds were uncomfortable but the worst part was the air conditioning not working on 100 degree day in Rome. We sweated it out all night in uncomfortable beds. The shower wasn’t horrible despite previous reviews saying it was. But they didn’t provide anything for showering. For the price they charge for this place it’s truly not right, also the decals were peeling off the walls and just looked trashy. If they can’t stay on they should just be removed. I also just now read the review about the door behind the couch and thank god I didn’t look when I was there because I would have had a heart attack. I assumed it was a closet.

Location was great, the overall athmosphere good
The messaging was nonexistent. There were no hangers for clothes, and when asked, they never responded. Some problems with security issues: electronic socket was broken so with children pretty dangerous.
They asked for the city tax several times, but never replied to our questions.

Excellent location in the city center. Clean towels and bed linen.
The apartment was generally poorly maintained, with damp spots on the ceiling, broken window handles, and the balcony door would not close. The toilet was broken. The apartment is for five people, but the number of dishes does not correspond to this. The kitchen pots were dirty (burnt). The owner provided us with the wrong code for the key box, so we could not open the door upon arrival. We didn't even get the correct code after calling, so we ended up having to guess the correct code ourselves (luckily, the "secret" code was straightforward).
An interesting feature of this apartment is a box, which can be seen in the photo next to the sofa. Inside are hidden "mysterious" stairs leading apparently to another apartment - the door is not lockable but secured only by a simple latch.

Perfect location in the heart of Trastevere. Many attractions within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and clean and facing to the courtyard so there was no street noice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds / mattresses were not very comfortable for us. No shower soap provided. Shower drain was nearly clogged.

It was not easy to get the keys. Someone happened to be there and let them in even though it wasn't the way it was supposed to work.
Someone should have met us at the door or some other way to get in.

Great location easy to walk to most sites or catch a bus but in the middle of restaurants and shopping. I love the sparseness. I am tired of being surrounded by dusty knickknacks in rental apartments. It is very large and we had a good three weeks here. They were responsive and brought me a broom when I asked and clean sheets and towels on request. Great stay we would come again.
Some bleach and 20 minutes scubbi g would solve the mold problem in the bathroom corner. It really should be attended to. The American students next door come home late night and are very loud, you can hear people in the stairwells.

Location was excellent, being just steps away from the restaurants in Trastevere. The size of the apartment was awesome, huge space and good for 3 people. Host was also on time to drop off the keys.
The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom. We let the host know but it continued to leak for the rest of the trip meaning wet feet in the bathroom. Also, the second bed is a sofa bed and is horrible! It creaks really loud and dips in the middle making it impossible to sleep.

the location is unbeatable! you can walk to everything and you are surrounded by all the best food!! the bed was very comfortable as well.
it is sparse. the shower is probably the worst set up I have seen. You have to be careful not to flood the bathroom and there are no shelves. the pull out bed for the kids is terribly hard and noisy. the whole apartment is noisy. you can hear all the other tenants. but even with its faults I would hands down love to stay here again!

The location was fantastic. The bathroom was large with lots of towels. Good sized bedroom with good lighting. Good wi-fi. The balcony is small but fun to be able to step outside with a coffee.
The air conditioner didn't work and the hosts ignored us for three days and said it was my mistake. After sending a copy of the confirmation that included a/c, they said it was booking.com problem. Very hot week in Rome. I asked for 100 euro refund and they gave us 50 euro. The lounge is a large area with high ceilings so the small ceiling lights make it impossible to read. Add a floor lamp? Also no instructions for garbage removal. No broom/dustpan.

The location. That was also the main reason we chose the place.
We were very disappointed because the AC didn't work. There were just 2 ventilators and that's absolutely not the same. Especially if you imagine how hot it is in Rome in August! It was really very very hot, especially during the night and we could hardly sleep at all.

it was in Trastevere which had great food choices, nightlife, and close to the River. the staff was super responsive and nice - even helping to secure airport transport etc. It was just the right size for us and the air was sooo nice to have in this extreme heat wave.

Very disappointing place.Air condition is poor it cant cool all the rooms. In the shower there is only water comming from .the top, makes it very difficult for a woman to take a shower. The floor was like walking outtside pavemnt ( I have photos). The pillows were ugly and dirty. The photos on the site are not as in real place.

Really spacious appartment on a great location. Comfortable bed. Owners responds are quick. Nice kitchen and small balcony. It was clean.
Big minus: I booked the appartment also because the shower looked so good. But the waterstream was very low, I was not even able to wash my hair. The owners checked but after that..no difference.I guess it has to do with the old building. No shampoo or soap like booking.com said.

Location is perfect - many restaurants and caffe bars around, and Trastevere is really perfect spot for turists. Vatican and Colosseum are close, cca 20min walking distance. The apartment was bigger then expected, nice, minimalistic, fully equipped, super clean and we enjoyed. We didn't meet our hosts in person, communicated via app only, but they were super fast, responsive and if I ever come back to Rome, I'll take this apartment again. Thank you!

Spacious apartment in an excellent location in Trastevere, equipped with kitchen and airco. The Wifi works fine. Hosts respond quickly. Excellent restaurants very close by, as are excellent places for sandwhiches and icecream.
The water pressure in the shower is low and takes long-ish to get hot. Same for the tap in the kitchen. Even with the low water pressure the shower doesn't drain quickly enough.

In the description wrote 3 beds (4 people can sleep) but it was wrong. Just got 2 beds, payed for extra bed and booking doesn’t believe me and don’t want to refunds me.
So this hotel just for 3 people and not more.

Very spacious and good located flat. Hosts were very helpful everytime. The flat is fully equipped in kitchen and bathroom. Suitable for 4 people. In the heart of Trastevere.
The only thing that was problematic were the lack of the bathroom door handle and broken toilet seat - I would really suggest repairing those two - it's a bit inconvenient
