From online reservation through check out, wonderful experience with property management company. Super nice and helpful staff! The condo is in an excellent location. Ocean view from LR/DR and balcony. Easy walk to sand, the pier, restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is really within walking distance minus a major grocery store. But there is a local market that has the essentials three minutes away. Would definitely stay here again

Overall had a great time. The sliding doors and the balcony windows need to be cleaned for the 5 star experience. Or at least where the windex is available so the renter can make it right.

This house has everything from the perfect location,beautiful view and most importantly it's walking distance to all restaurants,activities, stores and beach

We had a great time during my Spring Break from work! The location, view and rental property were wonderful-just what we all needed after a stressful covid school year! We will certainly be back!!

This property has a perfect location in Pismo Beach, Ca. Restaurants, bars and shopping are all within walking distance. One of the biggest advantages of this property is the on-site parking.

This two bed two bath condo was the perfect size. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We were by the beach , able to enjoy the balcony views without concern of neighbors. A true getaway. We will be back.

My family has stayed at this property several times. The reasons why this review isn't an all around 5 star review is for the following reasons: 1) The place was not clean. There was spider webs on wall decor and hanging from the ceiling. Dusty vents, windows and blinds. There was alsdead insects in the window sills and tracks. The BEST thing about this property is the view and it is difficult to enjoy with the dirty, water stained glass balcony windows. EVERY time we stay at this property we've asked for the patio windows to be cleaned and they are always dirty. This time there were nice low patio chairs but the debris, sand and water stains on the light blue patio glass is so dirty, you can't even enjoy the view. It doesn't need a professional window cleaning. Just some routine TLC, a good cleaning solution and some good elbow grease. We tried cleaning them with some soap and water but it needs something stronger. Also, the dishes were dirty and had food crusted on them. We had to load the dishwasher with all dishes/utensils before using. 2) The living room decor and furniture has met its useful life. The couch and recliner are dingy and gross with visible stains, especially on arms. There isn't a dining table. There's an uncomfortable metal bench for additional seating. 3) There's always a problem with the WiFi router. This time the office was quick to send someone to fix but didn't have internet for a few days. 4) This time the TV worked but the multiple remotes are very difficult and confusing to use. Also, the TV screen is way too small for that space. I will say that the management company is quick to respond to things. The bbq grill wasn't working, they gave us a heads up and they promptly replaced. Tip: Bring ear plugs because you can hear lots of street noise from the master bedroom. You can't beat the central location of this place and the view. With a good, thorough, consistent cleaning and furniture upgrades, it'll shine.

a couple of snafus upon check in but staff was quickly accommodating and i thoroughly enjoyed my weeks stay.

A great location close to everything. Fun to people watch from the outdoor balcony. Or fire up a bbq on the sidewalk below and strike up conversations with the endless flow of people walking to and from the beach.

A little more attention to this unit would make it very pleasant. One major drawback, the master bedroom is right on the street it's VERY noisy in the am.

Beautiful ~ fabulous view ~ conveniently located ~ there was only one problem .......... we had to leave !! Can't wait to stay here again !

Been staying here for several years. Great location close to pier and surf fishing and dunes. Nice big garage to safely store atv's.

Close to the beach. However, very noisy street. Couch and chair in livinrg room very dirty and stained. Needs to be replaced. Not very happy with this rental. I have stayed in Pismo many times for the week always had beautiful condos.

Definitely will be staying here again. Great location & the view is amazing. Check in & check out couldn't have been any easier. I was really impressed on how the house looked exactly like the pictures. Over all great experience with this rental company & the house.

Even though I was on a work trip to CA, I realy enjoyed my stay at 195 Main. You could not ask for a better location in Pismo Beach. Oh, did I mention the view? Awesome

Grand kids love location, however condo's behind property need to be more respectful in regards to their maintenance men and noise levels of workers on site.

Great location and good property overall. Cable Internet didn't work, TV in second room needs to be replaced,and carpet should probably be cleaned. Other than those few things the place was great.

Great location but the place needs a deep clean! Windows and blinds are fiilthy. Closets have too much junk and the bedding needs to be updated. Getting time for a paint job. We would stay again if there were improvements. Thanks

Great place at a beautiful beach with views! Half a block from the beach and 1 block to town...perfect!

House was mostly as described, except when new blinds did not arrive in time for the living room/kitchen folded butcher paper was used to cover the windows, effectively blocking the oceanfront views we were paying good money to see. There were flimsy plastic clips that had no chance of containing floor to ceiling fan-folded paper, so after fighting with the tacky, uncontainable, white accordion from **** for about an hour after arrival, we just decided to take them down. Rest of the stay was good...until we checked out. I left my work phone on the kitchen counter. No problem I thought I'll have them ship it to me, heck I'll even pay for shipping, and a $20 fee seemed reasonable. That is until their cleaning lady pocketed my phone for 2 weeks, tried to open it 6 times, and didn't remember she had it, despite my calling 4+ times. I tracked the phone to her house using Google Maps. Only then my phone was returned. I was still charged shipping and the $20 fee. 2 weeks of work without a phone. Unacceptable.
