The Jungle Breeze condo at LaBrisa Condominiums. *Ocean View *Free WiFi * Free Covered Parking * Final cleaning included in price * KING size bed. * Accommodates 2 adults * Recently renovated this condo features all new flooring and a brand new kitchen * Full size washer and dryer. This is not a hotel; it is a privately owned condo facing the ocean with a view of swaying palms and turquoise waters. The Jungle Breeze condo is the perfect getaway for a romantic couple or a small family. The Jungle Breeze condo features a fabulous view of the ocean and the beach. The road construction around the condominium property mentioned in reviews has been completed as of February 2022, there are still road construction projects happening around the island but none that affect this property. Activities and Attractions : At Smathers beach you will find available such activities as windsurfing, sail boarding, snorkeling and kayak or Jet Ski tours. Old Town, Key West and Duval St are about 1mile away and there you will find dozens of restaurants, famous bars, art galleries, museums, live theater, boutique shopping and tours available on both land and sea. Key West is a bicycle friendly town and this is a great option for touring our small island of 2 miles by 4 miles. Covid 19 : the mask order in Key West has been rescinded but you will find some businesses do require a mask to enter their premises so please always carry a mask with you. This place is Perfect! Everything was so Clean and looks just like the photos! Just a few minutes from Southernmost Point and Duval Street and The Marina…. Perfect for Beach Lovers as Smathers Beach is across the road to walk to! We stayed Saturday to Saturday and loved every second! The View from the Balcony is Awesome! We will definitely want to go back soon!!

We came for Fantasy Fest. It was only a short scooter ride to the action and craziness of Duval St. It was nice to have a place to come back to that was away from the action. The beach is literally across the street and the pool was quiet and relaxing too. I recommend this unit and the host was easy to communicate with.

Jungle Breeze condo exceeded all of our expectations. Beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped kitchen, with a nice outdoor space and beautiful view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo at LaBrisa very much. While it took us a few days to learn how to navigate through and around the huge construction project outside our door, we truly enjoyed beautiful Smathers Beach and the "on demand" transit rides into the Old Town. It was easy living in the condo because it had everything we needed...a well-stocked beautiful kitchen, beach towels, and a veranda that faced the beach with those swaying palm trees! (Being near the beach, for us, was more important than being in the heart of Duval.) We had a wonderful week.

The property we stayed at was above par. The kitchen had all appliances and dishes we needed. The towels for bathroom and beach were excellent quality. Bedroom excellent options on pillow firmness, sheets excellent quality. Location of unit was perfect. Condo owner provided excellent information about Key West of places to see or things to do. We rented bikes and were able to bike all over Key West.

The condo exceeded all our expectations. You're close enough for all the fun activities but far enough for peace and relaxation. The views from the condo made everything so peaceful. Virtually everything you're gonna need is in the condo, it's very clean, well-decorated and extremely comfortable. The host had suggestions of things to do while in KeyWest and they were spot on, fun and entertaining. We would, and are looking forward to returning. We loved it!

This place was perfect size for my husband and I. It was very clean and there were many “extras” in the condo like bug spray, hand soap, etc. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, etc which came in handy for the few breakfast or lunches that we ate at in the condo. The living room and bedroom furniture was comfortable with a lot of storage for clothes. The balcony has a very nice view. We used a lot of Pam’s recommendations and enjoyed everything that we tried. We found another really good restaurant on the ocean that was not on her list and it was not too far from the condo-Louie’s Backyard. We rented bikes from Eaton Bikes and biked everywhere as we listened to rooster crows all over the island. Bikes were dropped off at the bike rack across from the condo and picked up again after our stay-really easy. Check in was a clean, easy process. Pam opened the gate with her phone right away when we arrived. The condo is in a quite area and the other tenants were friendly. We used the pool and hot tub a couple of nights and it was clean and refreshing. There is a wide bike trail that goes along the ocean that I ran and bikes on often. We loved our week visit and found a lot to keep us busy. Favorite shopping was at the artist mall near the Opal Resort. We booked the tour to Dry Tortugas ahead of time which we had an awesome day snorkeling in Gulf water. We would definitely recommend staying at Pam’s condo and would book with her again. Thank you Pam for a great stay!

Great view of Smathers Beach from room. Kitchen remodel nice and well equipped; however, we eat out while on vacation. Advertised as sleeps 4 which it does not. We had guests for two nights. Also, bathroom is an accident waiting to happen with slippery floor and moldy tub. No hand rail. Room rate extremely high.

This condo was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at. Beautiful view off the balcony overlooking Smathers Beach. Spacious & clean and exactly what was posted. It was nice being away from all the hustle & bustle of Duvall Street & Mallory Square. No need for a rental car. We rented bikes, walked & used the Key West Rides on Demand Transit (bus) to get around the island. Pam was very accommodating & allowed us to drop our luggage off when we flew in hours before check-in time of 3:00pm.
I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again!

My husband and I went to Key West to celebrate his 40th Birthday. This property was perfect for us. It is a quiet location across from the beach, but a short ride to Old Town. There are also supermarkets close by. The condo is as described. It was beautiful and modern, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully decorated. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning to drink coffee, and after sun down to catch a perfect ocean breeze. This property is fully equipped with all the amenities needed. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to family and friends.

Jungle Breeze was everything advertised. Neatly decorated with a beautiful updated kitchen. I didn’t cook but still beautiful! From the really comfortable king bed to the super soft towels. 1st floor accommodations also great with view of ocean & not the road due to beautiful landscaping.

Nice property and the owner was very nice, but the problem with this property Is that it is at the very end of S Roosevelt Ave and There is only one way in and one way out because of ongoing construction and multiple detours. We found that we would have to take an 8 mile detour to travel one mile. We should have been told if this issue because it was ongoing for 4 months before our arrival. We would not have rented this property if we had been advised by the owner. Once this construction has been completed this will be a fine location to rent, but beware until then.

Jungle Breeze was everything advertised. Neatly decorated with a beautiful updated kitchen. I didn’t cook but still beautiful! From the really comfortable king bed to the super soft towels. 1st floor accommodations also great with view of ocean & not the road due to beautiful landscaping.

This condo had everything one needs and is close to all relaxing water options! The condo is updated apart from the tub, very clean, good AC, had lovely ocean view, comfortable king bed, and was such a quick walk to the pool/hot tub area and Smathers beach across the street. Pam (owner) was quickly responsive to any questions with all good information. The condo complex is kept clean, and we met some of the nicest neighbors at the pool area who had lived there for 20 and 23 years. We highly recommend renting this property. It was quiet, but when F15s take off, you can hear the roar. Otherwise, the condo was quite quiet and restful. There is a tennis court, and the bathrooms near the pool area have saunas in them. Gas grills were available for us to use, which we did. Everything was very handy and lovely.
