The location could not have been more ideal! Watching the sunset every evening was magical. Great place to stay -- away from the busiest places, but near enough to enjoy it all.

We enjoyed the location which was right on the beach with a great view of sunsets. The unit was clean and efficient. Plenty of space and well stocked with everything we needed. Would stay again next time we visit Clearwater Beach.

Our stay was wonderful. The host was responsive and friendly. Easy to get in. Clean and had every amenity we needed and more. Highly recommend this for a great vacation with private walk to beach. Doesn’t get any closer then this!

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s far enough away from downtown that it’s quiet but also close enough to walk to. This is a perfect spot for people that love to get walks in on their vacations! Also, the spread of beach was beautiful in front of the condo and the sunsets from the balcony were absolutely stunning. We will definitely be returning. 100% recommend this place! ❤️

Perfect condo on the beach! Had everything a family would need! It included beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards. We originally had another condo next door but there was a water leak. Dan got us set up in another one before we checked in. Only downside was elevator was not working when we checked in but the condo more than made up for it! Totally recommend!

This property is absolutely gorgeous with a great view. It was very clean and well kept. We had no complaints at all. The property manager had great communication and took time to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property owner thought of everything to make our stay stress free. We really felt taken care of. The view was priceless. Well thought out operation. I will totally recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a great week at this fantastic property. Our stay started over Memorial Day weekend, but you wouldn't have known it because the condo is down a quiet street. The view couldn't be better. Everything in Clearwater Beach is an easy 5-15 minute walk. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation right on the water, I couldn't recommend this location enough. Also, the owner was extremely responsive to any communication.

This condo is direct oceanfront and on the best section of beautiful Clearwater Beach, The condo itself is very clean, well appointed, and the kitchen is well furnished with all accessories you could possibly need, it has nice appliances, and we loved the decor they created throughout the condo! This condo is on the second floor and has a elevator, which was really nice since we are older now and don't navigate stairs particularly well. Also, as you head out the gate to the beach, they have a locker with very nice beach chairs and an umbrella available for their guest, which was a big plus to us since we spend every day at the beach enjoying the beautiful beach scene. I also would urge you to set out on the balcony early in the mornings - it's so beautiful and peaceful, and then return in the evenings and see the most beautiful sunsets you may ever see! All in all, we were very impressed with this property and plan on booking it next time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us and making this a wonderful trip!

Condo was neat and very clean. Condo is directly on the beach which provided easy access for long walks on the sugary sand for miles. The only down fall really was there is public walking entrances on both sides of the Condo building that created more people in the outside area but it wasn't noisy. Overall a Relaxing vacation location.

Very clean condo with everything you need for a great week at the beach. The neighborhood is eclectic, sandwiched between the hustle and bustle of Clearwater proper and North Beach. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants, stores and good people watching but far away that you can enjoy some peace and quiet.

This was our second time staying at this condo and it was just as amazing! Absolutely love everything about this property with the incredible view of the gorgeous Clearwater Beach, close location to downtown area with many shops and restaurants, and so so clean! Owner was incredibly responsive throughout our stay as well. Highly recommend!

Everything was ready for us when we arrived. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean . The king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location is perfect…. On the beach and walking distance to everything. I look forward to vacationing here again next year.

Location is spectacular! We love Clearwater Beach Florida and try to come often. We loved our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and as the pictures and description stated. Dan was attentive and welcoming. We did have trouble with roofers waking us each morning which was quite unfortunate. And they were so loud all day long. Don’t plan on napping or relaxing on the patio. Dan did notify us of roofers working on the roof about 48 hours prior to our arrival. But that still doesn’t help much when you’re planning on a nice relaxing vacation booked months in advanced. Only other concern was the guest bedroom beds were very hard and felt like you were sleeping on coffee tables. Needs new mattresses or mattress toppers. The master room bed was much nicer and soft. Overall it was a really nice stay and we’d love to return soon.

We had a wonderful time staying at Dan's place with our 5 month old. Check in was seamless and the property is exactly as listed. Beach view was great. Apartment has just about everything you need, including highchair and pack n play, as well as beach towels, cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. Was informed 2 days prior about roofing work, luckily they were only noisy 1 day of our trip. Prior to checking in Dan reached out to let us know the television wasn't working and he quickly had it replaced that same day before we checked in. Appreciated Dan checking in regularly and would definitely stay here again!

Right on the beach which can't be beat. Enjoyed long walks on the quieter end. Thoroughly enjoyed NYE fireworks show from the balcony. Stunning sunset views. Dan, the property manager, was very responsive to my questions and checked in without being intrusive. Property was clean. Primary bed was super comfy. Suggestion: Building needs 1 luggage cart to unload luggage and groceries for longer stays. Family said guest beds were extremely hard--needs new mattresses or pillowtop pads. Out of our 3-week stay, didn't expect noise from roofers to be our alarm clock Mon-Sat. Were not informed of construction until 2 days prior to our stay.

We had a delightful stay here and enjoyed getting to know the locals and the area. November is a fabulous time to visit - not too hot and not too crowded! Everything looked just as pictured in our rental and we could not have asked for a nicer host!

Perfect location! Close to everything but out of the busy area on the beach. Beautiful views. Nice and quiet. Condo was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and easy to access. Property manager was great to work with and always available! Can’t wait to come back!

This was , hands down, the best oceanfront condo I’ve stayed in. Right ON the beach, the condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. We cooked in the kitchen or walked to restaurants, sat for hours on the balcony when not on the beach. This time of year is super quiet too.. so no noise or crowds AT ALL. Highly recommend!

This condo is absolutely amazing! Everything about it was perfect for our beach vacation. Very clean and it had everything we needed. We loved how close it was to the beautiful beach and is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We cannot wait to come back again and we would recommend this to anyone! Libby was wonderful to deal with!

This property is wonderful. It is located just beyond the shops and restaurants, but still walkable to those. The building was very quiet. No issues with noisy neighbors! There is a beach access just below the building, but all were very respectful. No issues with parking spot either. We had 3 staying and had plenty of room for both family and private time. Just about everything you need in the kitchen, too, including an electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Plenty of beach equipment and large beach towels! Washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The balcony was a perfect place to people-watch, listen to the waves, and watch the sunset every evening. You won’t go wrong with this unit!
