COZY CONDO IN ILOILO💥😍

The condo was completely furnished, clean, cozy to stay and rooms are nice with good AC. Leila is always there supervising our needs if there's any. I love the color and design of this condo, just like home to me. Nice mirrors are everywhere and the wifi is very strong. The bathroom and toilet are very nice and clean, towels are provided, and hot and cold water is there. The washing machine was also a big help. We enjoy making our own meals, rice cooker was provided and complete cooking equipment. It's also nice to add a toaster for foreign guests who love to toast bread with butter for breakie. Cleaning materials are all provided. 7/11 is near to buy stuff condo is near the shops. Over-all, we love our stay and we look forward to book it on our next holiday.🎉🎉🎉💥💥💥👌👌👌♥️♥️♥️

Only suggesting a small line to hang washed clothes but it's still ok without it if you just stay shortly. ♥️

Excellent value for money condo in prime location.

The apartment is spacious, clean and welcoming. The owner is helpful, responsive and courteous. This is - by far - the best apartment we've stayed in, in Iloilo. Proximity to Atria Park District, and the Esplanade, means that there is a lot of choice for eating out and entertainment. There's a local 7-11 for everyday essentials. I gave no hesitation in recommending this condo.

Parking is a challenge, but for P50 I found ample parking in the adjacent Tower 1 car park, which is a short walk from Storeys 2.

Waited approx 20 min in the Lobby because the guard was not aware of our arrival. To improve, the owner or owner representative should inform the guard in the Lobby beforehand any expected tenant of the apartment.

Too Good for Family Staycation

The interior design, facilities, and amenities were all good. All you need is there as if it's just your home. You could really feel the true value of your money staying here. Will definitely recommend.

Only 7/11 is in the property so you dont have much option when buying if you forgot something but stores and other establishments are within 1km. Ongoing construction and more establishments are being developed down stairs. Hope that next visit, the area will be like a City within a City where all you need is there.

Hidden gem in Atria Park

I stay in Iloilo quite often, so I like to vary the location for the stay. I've stayed in the Atria Park District a few times - because it's a vibrant location. I normally stay in a hotel. Not any more! We were met by a very bubbly, pleasant owner on arrival, and she made us feel immediately welcome, and escorted us to the condo - which is on the 6th floor. The apartment is superb. Beautifully appointed and well equipped, I was very impressed and this is excellent value for money. The location is close to bars and restaurants and only a short drive away from SM City. Sadly, I didn't have time to go for a swim in the on-site pool ..... but I'll definitely make time to do it next time. On site parking is ample - I managed to park right outside, on the street - but I think there is a secure car park available. I'm honestly looking forward to staying here again - perhaps for longer next time.

Right now - there is quite a construction program happening. Its a bit of an eyesore - but it won't be there for long. Once it's complete - I have absolutely no complaints .

Great stay with family

The host is very nice and updates me once in awhile regarding my booking. The place is accessible. And there is also a comvenience store. The place have everything you need from your kitchen need, the bathroom is complete. Rooms are clean..wifi is fast and netflix ready.

The early check out. I am just used to hotels.check out time is until 12noon.

The facility is clean. We had a problem with our booking; We're a group of 5 but mistakenly booked only 2 adults. Told the owner about it, good thing they let us stay with just a minimal additional charge from the original. Staff was accomodating. The area is great for city tour. Few minutes drive from the airport and shopping malls

My family loved everything about the place. The place exceeded our expectations. It has everything from towels, complementary coffee and appliances to be used. Accessible to the mall and restaurants. We felt safe and comfortable while staying! We're definitely gonna stay there again in the future. Our baby niece is very happy in our entire stay ❤️

It was a most pleasant stay and would surely want to rent it again!

The condo was beautifully furnished and clean! I love having a washer inside the condo and the TV/Netflix

The room with the larger bed had a weird smell like clothes not fully dried up… this was not the bedsheets but I guess the filter of the AC needs cleaning. Also there was no comforter or thicker blanket but only bed sheets which wasn't enough

Feel at home

We felt at home. Good for a family of 5. We love it because we can just be at living room and kitchen chatting and catching up since been a while since I saw my family. If I get a chance to be back in Iloilo with family I’d definitely book this condo again. Ms. Leila is very accommodating too! thank you!
