Exceptional

Suzi was the most excellent host - she checked in with us every day and made us feel so comfortable all week! She gave us so many recommendations, the location is perfect right in the middle of split old town (by all the restaurants, bars, clubs, etc) and only a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. We are two 19 year old girls and couldn’t recommend enough. Certainly going to return! :)

Wonderful host and location!

Wonderful host and location. Walking distance to everything. We appreciated the coffee maker and washing machine. Suzi was a wonderful host. Would very happily stay here again!

The location is very convenient... steps away from the market and tourist sights, shops, and a short walk to the port and both bus stations. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed.

Great apartment close to city centre

Grrat apartment for couple of solo traveller. 2min walk into the old town. Parking onsite (50 kuna / day) which is great as it's impossible to find parking. Suzi was a great host. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Superb

Convenient location, very close to the old town, the port and a supermarket. Very well-equipped apartment. Comfy bed and spacious room. I would recommend it!!

Cute apartment, great location

Cute apartment in a great location. Comfortable bed. Two grocery stores just around the corner. No stairs, apartment is on ground level.

On arrival there was a team of fruit flies flying around in the apartment, also a bad smell in the kitchen area and the fridge. The owner blamed the previous guest for this issue and gave me an insect repellent but luckily keeping the windows open often helped enough. After a couple of days the smell in the fridge eased but there still was a strong smell of mold in the cabinet below the sink. I decided to change to another apartment because my asthma symptoms were getting worse. Owner did not take that well even though I didn't ask for any compensation for the remaining nights from the second reservation after this first set. I just wanted to leave because a mold issue is not something you just clean away if there is something wrong, like a leakage in the structures. She started accusing me of things like staying too much in the apartment and using the air conditioning all day. She said she had been watching my coming and going and was blaming me for the way I had stayed in the flat. I stayed in a lot because of the heat, and in her opinion it was wrong to do so. She blamed me for not informing about working in the flat, which was not the case during the weekend I stayed. Some hours of remote work and teams meetings were due later on, but only on one day. That's why I reported of the poor wifi connection, and she fixed it by placing an extra router in the flat and that helped immediately. On my departure her behavior was quite disappointing and hostile as she denied my observation of the smell of mold in the cabinet, started accusing me of making it all up. Even though she asked for another guest's opinion who was able to smell that too. If she had handled this issue and complaint friendly and professionally I could have rated this place a nice gem. I hope others guests can have better stays here.

Comfortable, easy walk to Palace, and Parking!

Very comfortable apartment within easy walk to Riva and Palace! Bed was comfy and the wifi was excellent. Quick walk to get to the Palace. Parking was onsite, secure, and at an additional modest charge. Highly recommended if visiting the sites in Split!

Perfect apartment. Perfect host lady. Perfect location. Perfect care. Just book it!

Everthing 1. Location - near Old Town Silver Gate (3mins walk), near bus/ferry stations (6 mins walk), central market by the Silver Gate, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés. Yet it's super quiet and peaceful anytime of the day and night 2. Great amenities - kitchenette with complete utensils, pots and pans, walk-in showers, washer, TV with numerous English channels, etc 3. Host Suzi is super responsive and acted instantaneously to my every request. She reads my WhatsApp messages instantly, anytime of the day and night. Highly recommended to stay here. And the apartment is on the ground level.

Beautiful space, perfect location.

The owner is so awesome, she is so friendly and welcoming! The place was super cute inside and tastefully decorated. Everything you need for cooking a meal. The bed is also insanely comfortable, seriously. you are 5 mins walk from old town.

Best accommodation in Split. Excellent value for money.

The apartment was super close to the old town and the bed was very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment. Thank you very much Suzi! :-)

Hidden in a nice courtyard this flat is a real gem. It's up to date, super comfortable bed and linens, clean and affordable. The area is quite and away from the buzzing center but still just minutes walking to everything. The host is super nice.

Great spot

The location was fantastic. The host was lovely and very helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and really cute. We particularly appreciated the small touches like the detergent for the washing machine. Would definitely stay again.

Superb

Host was really nice and thoughtful. If you need something she would come immediatly and help. Apartment was clean and had everything one needed. Location to the city Center was excellent. Parking was also good, directly at the apartment.

Rooms were a bit dark.
