We are located in the beautiful, quiet and secure 5-star Gold Coast Villas gated community, across from the Tierra del Sol golf course. Enjoy our modern professionally decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor unit (no stairs!). It is, without doubt, the nicest property of it's kind in the Gold Coast community! If you enjoy outdoor dining and lounging, then this is the property for you. Not only does the property offer a spacious and bright indoor area with 2 sliding door exits to the yard but it also includes a private backyard, swimming pool, 2 small sofas, entertainment table, 2 lounge chairs, gazebo covered dining area, and outdoor grill and bar fridge. The yard and pool exclusively for your use. No sharing with others neighbors. We're only a short drive (2-3 minutes) from the white powder sand beaches and warm crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. This rental is fantastic. Very good layout and felt much larger than I presumed from the pictures, which was even better since we traveled with another couple. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The 'backyard' space is spacious and was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. We were greeted and shown the property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this rental again if we are able to travel back to Aruba.

We had an amazing time at this property! We arrived late afternoon, and Petra the local property manager met us and told us everything we need to know about the property and amenities. Dinner the first night was at the restaurant that is part of the gated community, and it was great!
We loved the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms (even though it was only just me and my wife - she got ready every night in the other bathroom!). The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and coffee, etc. We loved having a washer and dryer available throughout our stay.
Our favorite part was the private pool and outdoor area. Even though there are four units attached to this one, the pool is just for this unit, and there was no one around while we were swimming, drinking and having fun.
We HIGHLY recommend this unit for your next trip to Aruba - we will be back for sure!!!

The condo far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and fully stocked with everything to meet our needs. The backyard with the private pool was relaxing and peaceful. Very quiet resort. The kitchen was very well equipped with high end cookware, dishes, etc. We had a very enjoyable week and at the end of each day we experienced a good night’s sleep in a comfy bed. The owner was a delight to work with and provided everything we needed to know about the condo, resort, beaches and restaurants well in advance. Will undoubtedly return when we plan our next trip to Aruba.

All we can really say is this place is perfect ! We finally booked our "Aruba" trip after 10 yrs and couldn't be happier with this property. The backyard/pool area is stunning and the indoor space is well equipped and very clean. Great location and the gated community is very nice and quiet.

This property is perfect!! The owners and mgr were extremely easy to work with and available for any questions. We had no need to contact other than letting them know we would be late. This unit is well stocked and the kitchen amenities are incredible, down to having coffee for our consumption along a with a few welcome beers cold in the fridge. Plenty of beach supplies including towels, chairs and coolers. It was extremely hot while we’re were there so we didn’t get to take advantage of the beautiful back yard. The location is perfect and a car rental is needed. We like to rent a car to explore anyways. Very short car ride to high rise area for restaurants and shopping and Palm beach as well as close to Eagle beach. I would stay here again and also won’t hesitate to recommend to our friends. Thank you for a lovely birthday week celebrating our daughter.

The location was within close proximity to activities, beaches and dining. This property is a great place to stay if you are looking for affordable luxury. We would highly recommend staying there.

This property is in a quiet section of Noord. Great for families, highly recommended for families with small children and property is so beautiful and has everything you need. The house is very tastefully decorated, and very clean. The island is so small just rent a car and have the freedom to just about go everywhere on your own terms and eat at local restaurants instead of eating at the resort areas , will save you a bundle.

Upon arrival Casa Bunita was in immaculate condition. The rooms were spacious for a family of 3. Some of the amenity highlights included the back yard space, which had a well kept pool, which was a nice size. Having a washer and dryer was also great feature. Also for those looking to save some money or just have a nice family cooked meal, the kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked great. I would certainly suggest staying at Casa bonita. Looking forward to next time!

The hosts were so thoughtful and arranged for someone to meet with us upon arrival at the property. There was even beer and wine in the fridge for us to help celebrate our anniversary! The welome packet/binder was especially helpful when deciding what to do and where to eat. The property was spotless and had everything that we needed. We can’t wait to return with our son next time!

We meet the owner Sandra, she was pleasant and very helpful with Restaurant tips as well as beaches. The villa was immaculately clean and no issues with anything. Love that she had beach chairs and umbrella's. I would defiantly stay there again!

The moment my family walked in we were impressed with the condo and the location. Everything you need is there for you to use for during your stay. The place was very clean and the backyard was so relaxing and peaceful. They even have a restaurant and small gym on sight! The location was close to everything. My family and I would defiantly rent this Condo again if we ever go back to Aruba.

This condo (including the fabulous outdoor space) is immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally well-equipped - the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island or lazing on one of Aruba's beautiful beaches. We found it to be even more spacious than the pictures suggest. The hosts and property manager are top-notch. We really appreciated the wealth of visitor info they provided ahead of and during our stay. We would come back to this property in a heartbeat - we highly recommend it.

Villa was very comfortable. 2 year staying there. My only suggestion is bring a flashlight for power outages. Power was out for over 2 hours after dark and we had no lights and could not find a flashlight. Bought one the next day and left matches in kitchen cupboard for future renters. Overall a very nice villa.

This condo was great! Amenities like espresso machine, coffee maker with coffee and condiments, unlimited kitchen items for every type of food prep, made for a simple, hassle-free place to relax. The pool and outside area was immaculate. Petra, our property manager, was delightful. The location was an easy drive to all parts of the island and the gated community was fully accessible with a friendly gate staff. If you want to relax, this is the place! Beach chairs, towels, coolers, all available to hit the beach.

The property is immaculate & the manager Petra is a consummate professional. She met us at the property, gave a thorough tour & was available for questions throughout our stay.

Villa was as described and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was great with the pool and lounge areas. Easy access to almost anywhere we wanted to go and area was very safe. Petra worked with my husband to have fresh roses delivered for our anniversary. Owners were always responsive to any questions. Loved the stay, thank you.

This home is located North in a gated community with lots of amenities and only 5 min drive to the closest beach (Arashi beach). Apartment has everything you would need - we regretted overpacking. Kitchen is fully equipped, patio area and pool are lovely and beds are comfortable.
Closest stores are only 10 min away. The hosts are welcoming and always online to answer any questions. Check in and check out was smooth. We enjoyed staying here, away from the tourist hotel resort areas and couldn't recommend it enough.

Tropical 15th birthday celebration
We just got back from a six day birthday celebration/vacation stay at this property and we can’t say enough about the entire experience. You always hope that the properties are as good as they appear in the pictures. This place is spot on! Communication with the owners as well as the property manager was fantastic and the condo itself is located in a private, quiet and safe residential area on Aruba yet within 10 minutes of all the action of Palm and Eagle beaches. The property was clean, comfortable and extremely well-stocked with the essentials and more. We took advantage of the beach chairs, beach umbrellas and snorkeling equipment every day as we explored different beaches in Aruba. The pool and the private backyard were a welcome respite at the end of the day as well. Petra, the property manager met us at the property the day of check-in to go over a few things and answer any questions. She was always available and responsive when needed. Had an issue with a broken beach chair and it was replaced the same day. She also provided some great restaurant recommendations. All in all a fantastic rental experience and memorable 15th birthday for our daughter! We will definitely be recommending this property to any of our friends who want to visit Aruba.

Absolutely Wonderful
From the beginning of the reservation process the owners were very responsive and provided all information to make the rental seamless and non-stressful. Upon our arrival we were with the property manager and given a quick walkthrough and any questions we had were answered. Immediately we were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the modern appliances. Everything you you need other than food is stocked and supplied. The pool area is immaculate and the bbq grill was clean and ready for use. The water temperature in the pool was perfect and sparkling clear. The unit comes complete with 4 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas and a small cooler. The complex is a short two minute drive to a wonderful beach and snorkel area. Both Bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and the condo is always comfortable (we didn’t spen a lot of time indoors). The condo unit is only steps away from a larger community pool and a 4 minute walk to the gym and restaurant and bar. We visited the bar on two nights and had a wonderful time with the staff and entertainment. The condo was quiet inside and out, we could not hear our neighbors and the entire complex was not a party atmosphere so relaxing was easy and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again and anyone looking at this condo should go for it! You will not regret it!

Beautiful, peaceful home near amazing beaches
My wife and I loved staying in this home. It was clean, quiet, and well stocked.
It is so close(3 minute drive) to the beach and great snorkeling at Tres Tapi. It is away from hotels and crowds, so it is very relaxing.
We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen and dining. Beautiful outdoor spaces for relaxing.
The communication was great. We especially loved the personal touch the on-site manager took in walking us through how everything worked.
