It was nice and worked for our family.

The splash pad was great, kids loved it. View was great. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked really well.

Bath tub did not drain well. Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable, but it’s a sofa bed, I’m not sure they ever are. There wasn’t a spare blanket for the sofa bed so bring an extra blanket. They had sheets and pillows for it though. The Wi-Fi was slow.

The AC broke, but was fixed about 8 hours later. Pop corn sealing was falling off after ac broke in bathroom. Biggest issue was the construction going on with the building. If I had know my view was going to be obstructed and that they would start banging around at 0730, I would have booked a different building.

Location, layout of the room, convenience

Roaches, the door code would not work at first, and I did not get a new one when I extended by one night

Location was nice.. facilities were nice and clean..

The apartment floors were dirty, the sofa couch was Horrible.. the couch was leaning to the right and the bed was Horrible in bedroom.... No one had a good night's sleep....

The Best Vacation Ever!!!!!!

we loved all that the property had to offer from the splash pad to the indoor and outdoor pool and the location of the property. it’s definitely designed for families.with easy access to the beach too.

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property

we were pleased with our time there but I feel that what we paid was a little much for what we got.

the view from balcony was fantastic

there were things that needed updating. we could not get the tv remote in the living room to work. a patio chair was broken.

Very good

The condo needs some painting. There was mold on the air vents. There was not any pots and pans. Which was very disappointing. We had to go buy a frying pan just to make do. The facility as a whole was very clean and well kept.

Dealing with Hosteeva. Not able to buy parking pass with rental payment. They say "no check-in required, go straight to your room. This is not true because you MUST go to the desk to purchase a parking pass when you arrive.

Very clean location was great bed very comfortable

Needs up keep. Broken door to washer bathroom sink did not drain well. Paint flaking off ceiling in shower shelf in refrigerator missing

The view was perfect, the pools and splash station were nice, my granddaughter loved them all. We enjoyed being able to grill out. Everything we needed was located in the condo.

Overall it was good but the cleanliness of the condo in some rooms did hamper it.

The location is great and the condo had nice amenities. We enjoyed the pirate ship splash pad with our two year old and having the ability to do laundry was good.

Cleanliness. The shower was clogged and the shower curtain has mold stains on it. The bedding wasn’t very clean and the first night we slept it bed debris fell out of the wicker headboard. The wicker table on the patio also had food stuck in it.
