About this condorental
Nestled in Paris, this lovely condo for $399 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor (with a small but efficient lift) of a Haussmannian building in the Fourth Arrondisement, the Marais. It is virtually adjacent to the Paris Hotel de Ville and is on a major Parisian street -limited to bicycles,buses and trade vehicles. It is within a short walking distance of many of the sights of Paris (Notre Dame, the Louvre, Centre Pompidou, the Marais, the Bastille & St Paul - to name a few). It is a five-minute walk across the Seine to the Ile de Cite and the left bank. The Hotel de Ville metro station is thirty metres from the apartment and there are many Hotel de Ville and Chatelet bus stops providing access to all major stations and most of the sights of Paris. The apartment accommodates up to four guests and has been recently renovated. It is approx 80 sq metres and has two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a sitting room, a bureau/dining room and a small well-appointed kitchen. It has a bathroom with a shower and a small seperate toilet.It has very effective heating but no air conditioning.

Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location and close to everything. Natasha was very informative and flexible.

Seemed like an authentic Haussmann experience in a very central location. Apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 3 and the host and Natasha the local contact were very responsive.
Possibly not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs (or very compact lifts).

We enjoyed our stay very much. Not being city people, the noise was very loud. Constant sirens from police just trying to get through traffic. But, with the windows closed, it was very warm but quieter. Chose your comfort level, open or shut. It is centrally located close to many of the famous sites and many restaurants, bakeries, groceries, the Seine River, etc. The washer was nice to have since we will be traveling for 5 weeks.

First off, Natasha is wonderful and very hospitable. She really tries to make sure you feel welcome. Everything in the listing is accurate. However the place is bigger than the pictures show. There is a small parlor when you enter the front door with a toilet room to the left and the kitchen straight and to the left. A living area is straight ahead to the right. It is a good size with huge 2 meter high by 1 meter wide windows that provide great airflow. It also has a couple small loveseats and a TV. Off of that room is bedroom 1 with another 2 large windows. And in the opposite direction a dining area with another large window. The dining area is directly adjacent to a shower room with vanity. The shower is the largest I’ve personally seen in Paris. There is also a clothes washer in the area. Last, and also attached to the dining area is the second bedroom with another 2 large windows, 1 overlooking Rue de Rivoli. This window lets great breezes in at night. I will warn however, Paris does have mosquitoes. So be weary when leaving windows open for long periods. Despite some mosquito bites, it was well worth it to have the windows open overnight with the cool breezes. Even when it reached 30c outside, the fans and windows kept it very nice inside. Being on the 4th floor you get good airflow. There is a small elevator so you don’t have to drag your luggage up the stairs. The neighborhood is also nice, with plenty of cafes, pastry shops and a metro steps away.

What a wonderful place!! It is in the best location. Close to Museums and cafes. We had the most wonderful time. The apartment was well-appointed and there was nothing we were lacking. The owners were wonderful to work with, very quick with their responses, and receptive to all my questions. The check-in process we super easy. Natasha, who is the caretaker and meet us at check-in, could not have been any more wonderful. Besides showing us all around the apartment, she told us places to eat and the best bar around the corner with a great happy hour and generally gave us the lay of the land around the apartment. I can not say enough about the wonderful time we had. Don't hesitate to book this place!! Oh, the view from the master bedroom is amazing!

We were two mothers and teenage daughters visiting Paris for spring break and this apartment was great. Natasza was welcoming and kind upon our arrival. We loved the location and how we could explore the nearby neighborhood or far corners of the city and come back to this central location to recharge. Highly recommend!

In spite of mounds of trash and demonstrations, overhyped by the media, our Paris visit was great. Location was central and convenient. Apartment was spacious and well stocked. Thank you Jack and Natasza for ensuring such a wonderful visit. Can’t wait to return!

The apartment couldn’t be in a more convenient or central location. Easy walking distance to numerous attractions, with a Metro station literally on the doorstep if preferred.
The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had a well-appointed kitchen.
Natasha was very informative about the area when we arrived and attentive to our needs during our stay.

This spacious and beautifully furnished apartment had everything we needed for a longer stay in Paris. Many favourite restaurants within 15 min walk or eat in with fully stocked kitchen needs. Metro is so close and too easy. Lovely Natasha made us feel relaxed and welcome. It really was a home away from home.

Truly great stay. Location was very convenient as metro juts a few steps from apt. Le Marais is so great for shopping and food. Would definitely stay here again. Natasha and Jack were great hosts and spent the time to explain about apt and made many recommendations for traveling Paris. Excellent overall experience. Highly recommend

The location is amazing, close to all tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. The Natsaha was a great hostess, very nice and informative. The only con is that toilet is not in the bath with the shower,

We had an amazing week in Paris! The apartment is just on the edge of Le Marais, just one block from Hotel de Ville. You can walk everywhere! And if you don’t want to walk you can literally see the metro stop outside the window. We had everything we needed. Natasha was amazing and gave us such a warm welcome. There were so many amenities I was not expecting- a hairdryer, a dishwasher, a laundry washing machine. The apartment was very spacious! I would definitely rent here again. The only negative is that because it was so centrally located the street was really loud. With the windows closed it was fine. But since there is no air conditioning, which is extremely common in Paris, if it was hot it may be too loud to sleep with the windows open. So many shops and restaurants in the area. Easy to find places to eat. Highly recommend this property!!!

It is ideal for walking everywhere: major sights, restaurant, shopping, transportation. Safe as can be. Very roomy. Quiet. Efficient elevator, washing machine, TV, shower. The best manager (Natasha) we ever had in all our European rentals!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Natasha checked us in and was a wealth of information on the city. The location couldn't be better with easy access to all the attractions, shopping, and great neighborhoods. The apartment itself was spacious and perfect for our needs with an outstanding view down Rue Rivoli. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. It is located in a prime spot in between the Louvre and shopping in Marais district. The property manager was friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and museums catered toward our kids' interests. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was exactly like the pictures and the description was accurate. VERY centrally located and literally steps to the Metro station. We enjoyed having enough room for a family of 4 as well as being able to enjoy meals at the apartment before and/or after long days of sight-seeing around the beautiful city of Paris.

Something needs to be done with those creaky floors. The apartment has lot of space but it is not comfortable to walk because of the noise the floor is making. The mattress in the main bedroom is hard for side sleeper. On the good side, the apartment is clean and information provided is quite comprehensive,

The apartment was well located and adequate, but a bit tired and helter-skelter rather than "chic". In December with the windows closed the noise wasn't too bad. In the summer it must be unbearable, not to mention the heat (no AC). It wasn't awful but I wouldn't stay here again. There are lots of much more stylish and pleasant apartments in Paris. Not a good value for the price.

It was perfect and so grateful for a once in a lifetime experience to live life almost like a true Parisian. From the circular wood staircase, the authentic keys to the front door and the creaky floor that reminded us of the building’s history, we couldn’t have asked for a more lovely place to rest between our bustling days in Paris. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your charming apartment with the amazing view of Rue Rivoli and everything we could need during our stay down to the umbrellas! I believe I may have gotten a bit of the Paris bug and look forward to reading Ellie’s book. Merci!
