This beautiful two bedroom unit has a bathroom, a kitchen, and plenty of storage, as well as a sleeper queen sofa (sleeps a total of six). It is steps away from the beach, located on Mandalay Avenue in the center of all the action. One of only twelve units in Clearwater Beach Suites, it has its own year-round sparkling heated pool. A short walk (minutes) to all the best bars, restaurants, and Pier 60! The Jolly Trolley stops right at the corner, and public tennis courts and a large pool and playground, including water slides and basketball courts, are right across the street. TV's in all the rooms, newly wired high speed wi-fi, heated pool, and the best location on the beach. NOTE: Our condo management team has fully implemented all current state-issued COVID-19 sanitation and cleaning protocols.

This condo was in a prime location related to downtown Clearwater (restaurants) and the beach. We brought our 2.5yr old daughter and because it was such a prime location it was very noisy outside at all hours of the night which was difficult for sleeping. The pool was very nice and warm but was only 4.5-6.5 feet deep I believe. Good thing we brought her life jacket! Overall the condo and its amenities were great.

We had a wonderful time on Clearwater Beach at this property. What I appreciate is the attentiveness of Nathan the owner whenever I communicated with him. It is managed by a great company that came through with very timely and concise instructions. The apartment has ocean views from both bedrooms and the bathroom shower. The apartment was appointed nicely wth comfortable beds. The building even has beach chairs to take to the beach with you and a beautiful pool area. The location couldn't be more perfect!

I loved my stay in Clearwater. Nathan answered all my questions very quickly. The managing unit was very reactive to my requests and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely consider staying in this unit again. Definitely a great location and beautiful unit!

Location location location!!!! Easy checkin process. Clean apt. Adequate size for our family of 5 (3 kids ages 4 thru 11). Beach fun, pool fun, good food and drinks all around. Would do it again!

The condo we stayed at slept 6 but it’s tight quarters for 6 people. 4 people would be comfortable there. Everything was available upon our arrival. It was clean. The location was steps within the beach and shopping. The pier was also within walking distance which had beautiful sunsets. It was a little pricey but I would stay again

We had a fantastic time! It was clean and an excellent location, close to everything we had planned including a dolphin tour, and we didn’t have to drive until we were ready to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The appartement is exactly as expected. I did find it a little tight for a family of 4. It would be perfect for 2-3. The location was great! Just steps to the beach and within walking distance of pier 60 and lots of shops and restaurants. I do wish that there had been a broom in the suite to keep up with the sand that gets tracked in from the beach. There was a little dust buster, which was nice to be able to vacuum excessive spots of sand. The other thing to be aware of is that the door code does not work a minute after 10:00am on checkout day so before everyone walks out of the suite be sure you have everything. Also check-out time is 10:00 and housekeeping showed up at 9:55 wanting to clean the place. Overall it was a great place and I would definitely recommend.

Pros: excellent location, very close to the beach and lots of great restaurants! 😊👍 Cons: bathroom was dirty with a forgotten wash cloth left in the shower, TVs in bedrooms would not work; they would randomly work and then not work? other patrons were smoking cigars in the pool area. Be aware that the area is very noisy with lots of people coming from bars and the beach late at night and delivery trucks early in the mornings. We used a fan and it was fine. The area is beautiful.

This is our second time staying at this condo. It is a great spot near the beach and the shops and restaurants. The pool is very clean and the property is well-kept. Nathan is easy to work with. The condo could use some updating, but overall we like the location. We'll be back!

The location was better than expected. We could see the bay from the front window, and the beach from the bedroom windows. You literally don't even cross any roads to walk the maybe 75 meters to the beach. The main shops, restaurants, and bars are all close, and the main pier is about 1/4 mile walk. I wouldn't say that this exactly a "quiet" getaway--downtown Clearwater Beach is varying levels of party--but it wasn't overly noisy. They had beach towels for us, as well as beach chairs, tubes, and such to borrow out near the pool. The hosts were great, and we would definitely do this booking again.

Outstanding property, Outstanding location!! Very good communication with the property owner. My wife and I had a great time and will book again. The only thing that could make it better would be improving the check in time to 2:00pm.

It was a perfect location to all our activities. The beach, grooms dinner and wedding we attended! I would highly recommend this place. The condo was clean and was the perfect size for us.

Overall a good experience - Location was fantastic although parking down the street is not ideal. Very good and timely communication with the owners. Our visit was quickly following Hurricane Ian so we did not have Internet access for a few days as well as the electric locks were inoperable so one key made it difficult with 4 adults going in different directions but very understandable given the circumstances.

Was great option if you want to be close to the beach and don't plan on spending much time in the unit. Bit small for 6 people and pullout is not good but right on the beach with a pool for decent price, can't beat that!

Location was awesome. Pool area was great. Liked the renovations as well. Bedrooms and bathroom were a little small but perfect for what we needed. Everything was just as advertised so there were no surprises. We got the off-site parking but it was not an issue for us at all. Would definitely stay again. The view was amazing from the unit and having a washer and dryer was very helpful.

This was a great property. It was walking distance to everything and most importantly to the beach. The pool was great also. The cleaning crew left all the dirty towels from prior group on top of the washer. The cleaning crew also forgot to sweep or vacuum the floor which was full of sand. Condo was very cute and well equipped. Would stay again.
