Excellent Hotel with great view

Everything! We booked a nice Hotel for the last day, but we did not knew that it will be such a nice hotel! We enjoyed everything.

Superb

I won't repeat all the praise that's been written before - only to say it's all true. A spacious, clean apartment with a large terrace and wonderful sea views, in a superb location for beach, eateries, shops, public transport Sofia sent a video a few days in advance to show the location and how to access the building, which made our arrival stress-free (if only all hosts would do this...). The apartment is in quite a large block, directly over a strip of restaurants, so you do get some noise from other apartments and from the bustling nighttime economy. It wasn't a problem for us - it goes with staying in such a fantastic location. However, if you want total peace and quiet, this might not suit you.

The second bedroom does not have air conditioning. If daytime temperatures stay below 30, the room is OK at night. There is also a large sofa bed in the sleeping area off the living room (which is air conditioned) that I ended up using instead. Once the temperatures hit 30+, you would at least need a fan to sleep comfortably in that bedroom. Air con in the rest of the property is excellent.

Exceptional

The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was large and right on the seafront. It was close to the bus stop to go into the old part of the city and the buses were regular. The walk along the promenade was right beside the apartment, which was good also. The owner was very helpful and pleasant.

perfect location could not be much better, close to bars, beach excellent great wi fi, lovely lounge & massive balcony, well furnished for dining👍 A lovely 45 min stroll on the beach or promenade into Cadiz old town or take the local bus just 5 minutes walk away, journey 10 min.

due to the size of the balcony then there is a need for 2off sun beds, light enough to take on the short walk to the beach Nespresso or similar coffee maker would add a nice touch & would be what one would expect in an appt like this. A cafetier is not sufficient.

Nice location, flat needs more care in updating services especially heating and proper cleaning.

Services. Heating did not work in one room for the duration of our stay. Wifi password was wrong. Hot water did not work until we have to find out how to operate it by our self. There was a strong bad smell associated with one room that would not go away and also clung to our clothes even after we left the property.

The seaview is stunning, mostly by sunset. You walk straight on to the beach. Everything you need you can find in the kitchen.

I waited half an hiur outside te apartment where we would meet. There was no one and the contactnumber wasnt responding. I had no idea what to do. Luckely later someone came. The house wasnt done yet though, so we had to wait a bit. The pillows are very uncomfortable but there are many other little pillows to use. The apartment has a beautiful view and a great balcony , for that i would rent it again, but probably not for 500 euros for 3 night again.
