The Charm of 1000 ants waiting for you

Spacious

Thousands of ants in the kitchen it's a realy problem; the window of the bedroom asn't glasses so we sleep in a very noisy room due to a old AC near. In the last day the host send a list of penalties for several maters ( This must be done in the conditions in the moment of booking) never in your last day?

Not an ideal place to relax and stay in.

Hostess was great communicating. Place was clean and comfortable.

Neighborhood looked sketchy upon arrival, and do not plan to sleep in, noisy every morning we were there. Very noisy at night also. Dogs barking ALL night.

Nice host, good location and enough space in the apartment

the style of the decoration and everything needed in the apartment.

the ac wasn't working correctly. We turned on the fan and it was too noisy. To arrive, we had to look for the apartment due to the maps link provided wasn't the same exact address, but after all we could found it with the pictures provided for the check in.

Exceptional

Our stay was great in this apartment, my mother, my grandmother and I felt very well... Everything was clean, organized, and cozy. The decoration was a plus. IT'S located in a safe and central neighborhood. The host, Natalia, helped us at all times. She always answered messages on time and with a nice attitude. She also gave us a guide to the most iconic places in PR. I needed a notary, and by the changes, she is notary. Don't hesitate to contact her if you need one. Thank you very much, we appreciate the excellent service this place provides.

Just wonderful!

The apartment was very clean and confortable with way more space that we needed. it had everything we could need and then some! Natalia the hostess was super nice and a great help with all the recommendations she provided. we would definitely love to stay here again.

I won’t take any credit from the property for this, because it was great, but I would suggest the owner to have a few extra towels, bed sheets, blankets and pillows. They don’t cost much and they go a long way. i am speaking as an AirBandB owner. specially with n beach town. beach towels are a must.

Cozy, Felt like home :)

Natalia was a great host! She was checking in all times and she was always very helpful with all questions we had as well with recommendations and tips for first time travelers. We felt super safe and her place is so cozy and cute! We recommend this place 100% :) <3

There was nothing we didn't like/enjoy about Natalia's place. It was bigger than we expected and It was a great price for our stay there.

Wonderful Stay! The area was quiet and close to Hot Spot locations (10-15min Drive via highway).

The location of the stay, though in a quiet area, was so close to everything! Always about a 10-15 minute drive via the highway from hot spot locations which was very convenient!

The property was lovely! Very clean and cute decorations. There is a high pressure turbo air conditioner located in the main bedroom which is great for the guests in that area. If guests sleep on the pull out couch in the other room, on some nights it seemed the cool air wouldn’t fully reach the other room even with the door open to make it cooler but it was still comfortable to sleep :)

Tropical paradise

The location was perfect. Nice security cameras around the apt. It was rather large.

I don't like when people physically checking up on me. Once maybe but not more. If I need anything, I'll contact you. Makes me uncomfortable and like you don't trust me at your property. There was also a $200 smokers fee iniated. Never smoked inside of this apt.

Very comfortable, spacious, clean apartment at a very reasonable price.

Very comfortable bed, bathroom was fine, spacious apartment with large, well-equipped kitchen / dining area and huge refrigerator. The location was in a residential neighborhood convenient enough for our vacation. The price was very reasonable - especially compared to the luxury resort hotel in Condado where other relatives were staying on this vacation and to some other apartments we considered that didn't have full kitchens - just microwave and minifridge. We never met our host, but talked and texted several times and found her very responsive.

There was a propane tank for the gas stove. We discovered it was empty when we started to cook breakfast on our second day at the apartment. On the plus side, our host was very responsive and corrected situation very quickly. Unfortunately, though, the gas pressure was low so cooking was still somewhat challenging. Though fine for our needs, the location was not at all scenic and not near tourist attractions and there were no amenities - like pool or access to beach. You definitely need a car if you are staying here. We knew that going in and planned to have a rental car for excursions during our week vacation, so it was fine for us.
