Susan's quaint home was perfect for our relaxing vacation. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location is unbeatable , access to the restaurants and shopping , groceries and beaches were all very handy. The two bikes that come with the condo came in very handy also! Nice clean pool area to relax or meet other travlers. I would highly recommend .

Property is as described. I overlooked it is on a 2nd floor with no elevator access. Hard to get luggage and ourselves upstairs. Parking lot is confusing as spaces are not in numerical building order. Parking space is not a short walk to the unit.

This is a great rental unit with plenty of room for a couple, convenient amenities including reserved parking, 2 bikes, beach chair, umbrella, full size laundry, walk-in shower and located right across from a community swimming pool and steps away from street and walking distance to the beach as well as Duval street and Malory Square. Will be back for sure.

The property was perfectly located to the action of Duval Street but far enough away to take a break. We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday and the condo was perfect! Awesome deck … so close to pool … clean, comfortable, perfect!!! We will be back for sure.

How do I begin? There are so many WONDERFUL things I could say about or stay here, but to start I must compliment Susan 🤗. Long before our trip Susan was so attentive and super easy to reach with any questions we had. She even went so far as to provide us with a little welcome honeymoon gift. The location of the condo is perfect. Truman Annex is just close enough to have a relaxing and romantic walk to all the restaurants and entertainment without the nonstop noise of Duval. We enjoyed every minute and will be booking a future trip soon. Thank you for everything!

The condo was perfect for our 30th anniversary trip. It was clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location. The Truman Annex is quiet and beautiful, and close to everywhere we wanted to go. We walked or biked everywhere. We enjoyed the pool, the bikes that were included with the condo, and a special anniversary gift from our host, Susan.

This property was perfect for my husband and my early 28 year anniversary as well as our 1st visit to Key West! It was clean and well stocked, and so close to everything! Communication with our host was excellent. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone else wanting to get away for a while.

It was a wonderful place in a perfect location! Bicycles were a must have for us (since we didn’t have a car) and 2 were included with the reservation (with locks). We used them every day to go everywhere! The place was very clean and provided all the necessities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We’ve stayed in this condo before and are so pleased with it. The furnishings are comfy and pretty; the tv is easy to operate and has a great picture; the kitchen is well equipped … we ate in a few times . The owners supply helpful info about local restaurants etc including an up to date insiders guide . The art work is high quality and coordinated … not tj max sale rack stuff . Numerous USB chargers are located throughout . Here’s an example of the owners’ dedication to guest comfort: the air conditioner went on the fritz on Sunday. They brought over a window unit immediately and had the air fixed the next day. Incredible. We’ve stayed in their properties at least a dozen times and have always been happy. Love the location. Quite yet close to the action.

Excellent property. Near all the good stuff, i.e. old town and the Green Parrot Bar. As close to the pool as you can get.. we rented from Susan before and would do it again. Also, assigned parking on site, which is a very big deal in Key West.

Property is safe, clean, quiet and pleasant. Owner is accessible via text or phone. Enjoyed my stay. I found it close enough to many locations. Bicycles are available for use. I chose to walk, however. Enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location in the park-like Truman Annex. Condo was exactly as described with all the amenities you could need. We used the provided bikes multiple times a day to get to Duval, Southernmost Point, Waterfront, and Beach at Zachery Taylor State Park. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is easy to find and within quick walking distance to everything! The condo has beautiful views. I sat out on the deck just about every morning, drinking my coffee and reading or just listening to the birds and roosters. Susan and her housekeepers were very accommodating with letting us drop our bags off early. This place really does have a lot of everything you need(sunblock, beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, hair products, etc) which makes packing lite very helpful! We went bike riding one day which was great to see much of the area we may not have seen by walking. We stopped by Faustos on our way back to pick up snacks/coffee creamer etc. and the baskets came in very handy. So thankful we found it. Can't wait to visit again in the near future! Jeff and Lisa

Loved the condo., just not upstairs. Being senior citizens we were really tired after carrying all the groceries through the parking lot to the entrance of condo and then upstairs to the unit. Wish there was closer parking available and next time we will look for downstairs unit. Our host was amazing!! Thank you Susan Mitchell.

This is our second stay at the condo and we enjoyed it even more than the first stay! Clean, convenient, quiet, and comfortable. Close to the pool, but not too close. The bikes were great to get us all around the island. We will miss this little piece of paradise.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we could not have chosen a better place! The location is exceptional, walking/biking distance to hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The pool was a wonderful amenity that we took advantage of every day of our stay. Susan was a wonderful host -- incredibly responsive to questions, provided us with a ton of information about the condo and location prior to our stay, and even gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! We are already planning anniversary trips back!

Just an overall great getaway. Location can not be beat. Condo is very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Take Susan's advice and ditch the car for the bikes! You won't be sorry. Plus she'll send a detailed email of Arrival Instructions with a ton of info, tips and recommendations - they are spot on.

Brucie’s Condo at Truman Annex was phenomenal! Clean, decorated so tastefully…perfect for two people. Susan is so pleasant and called to check on our arrival and to see if we needed anything. The man’s bicycle needed air in the back tire so we called the bicycle shop and the owner let us know you could get air at the Green Parrot just 2 blocks away. We enjoyed the bikes and this is such a good location. If you have never had Cuban food, check out the restaurant on Mallory Square…excellent! We found out it was our fishing guides uncle who owns that restaurant. Loved it and we will be back again!

Great place. Clean and “beachy comfortable.” Well-decorated and well-maintained. Pool and bikes were a great plus. Neighborhood reminded me of 1995 Seaside FL. Loved sitting on the deck. It’s within walking distance to everything including Hemingway’s Home, the best sunset location at Ft. Zach Taylor State Park, Mallory Square and the rest of Duval Street, but still in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Condo description was spot on. This condo met our high expectations. Location cannot be beat!

This is our favorite condo in the Truman Annex. We really enjoyed the balcony, bicycles and meeting the very nice owners (Susan and Brucie). Looking forward to staying there again next July.

Fantastic location and having the bikes available was perfect. The townhouse itself is neatly decorated and just the right size for the 2 of us with a large patio. Note to the cleaning crew... look up when dusting ;)

My husband and I really enjoyed the condo location. For our first time in Key West it was great to be right downtown. Our host was very nice as well, even allowing us to use her bicycles. We found a small beach that we really fell in love with. We have already decided to visit Key West again.

This unit was perfect for my wife and I to enjoy our week in Key West! This unit is a short walking distance to everything! Beached, Mallory Square, Duval Street, you name it, you are there in 15 minutes or less! The unit was exactly as described with a a vry short distance away. Will definitely be back!
