We came to Wrightsville to celebrate our 10 year college anniversary as best friends. I also grew up in Wilmington so I was excited to be walking distance from the beach and restaurants I grew up eating at. We spent many a night at the beach bars during college, and we were able to walk to those as well. It is the perfect location to relive memories.

This cute spot was perfect for a quick getaway with my spouse. The house was very very clean, the neighborhood is on a great side. Great access to the beach.

Great location and parking. Beach chairs were handy to have use of. The bathroom is not in good shape. Found it annoying that you pay $75 cleaning fees and then a few days before the booking you get a list of chores to do before you leave. Also was informed a few days before booking started that we needed to bring our own bath towels. I don't like that you book with Expedia and you end up on VRBO.

Really nice one-room condo - great for a couple or a single person. You have to know going in that it is one room. But, if you’re OK with that, it’s perfect. Comfortable couch & chair, very comfortable bed. Kitchen has everything you need. You also have access to an upstairs patio area which is the perfect place to people-watch and enjoy the view. We ate a lot of meals on the patio. As nice as the condo is, it’s really the location that stands out for me. Right on an access road so it’s a quick walk to the beach. AND - just steps away from a little grocery store (Roberts) and lots of bars & restaurants. We love coming to Wrightsville Beach and ALWAYS try to stay in this location.

Loved my stay at this well appointed studio unit. I counted about 150 steps to the beach! And so convenient to coffee, restaurants, grocery, anything you might need was just a walk away. Owners were incredibly responsive, and their list of recommended restaurants was spot on! A short stay in a favorite spot was delightful in this cheerful unit.

I really enjoyed this apartment! Small but had what you’d need for a beach trip and super clean! Great to have a dedicated parking spot. Close to restaurants and beach access. Bed was comfy. If you like a dark room to sleep, this one was pretty bright and the skylight prevented you from darkening it (didn’t bother me). My only complaint is how noisy it was at night (until 2AM) from the people out at the bars and the other tenants in the building, but I’m keeping it 5 stars because that wasn’t the fault of the owners.

steps away from the beach. handy grocer "downstairs". restaurants within walking distance....5 minutes or so. The mini-kitchen made it so convenient to have the fridge for appetizer/snack options, breakfast choices, etc. That's pretty much all we needed. : )

This property is just right for two people staying a few days or even a week. Steps from the beach one direction, steps from coffee, groceries, bike rentals, and restaurants the other. Cute, neat, and clean. Highly recommend.
