Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación en una zona tranquila y segura, y a una cuadra de la estación del Metro Temple que te lleva a todos lados haciendo transbordos. El departamento tenía cocina (el microondas no funciona bien), 1 cama matrimonial y una sofá cama (este último algo incómodo). Se tapa la ducha y tuvimos que pedir al anfitrión que enviara a alguien para solucionar el problema y lo hizo. En el baño se sale agua de la tubería. En los 4 días de estancia no se realizó la limpieza del lugar, aunque se pidió al anfitrión.

No funciona el microondas, se tapa la ducha y no se realizó la lilliezs

Die Wohnung eignet sich für einen Kürzest-Aufenthalt für feuchtigkeitsunempfindliche Personen.

Wir haben kein Frühstück gebucht.

Wir waren zu viert, so dass zwei Personen im unteren Stockwerk (ehemaliges Kellergeschoss) schlafen mussten. Das Zimmer ist zwar schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet, jedoch ist der Raum sehr feucht, was uns Probleme bereitete. Die Unterkunft ist sicher nicht ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Location and price for Paris is great.

Security of the property. Was in easy walking distance to 2 train stations. Property was very clean and modern,

Beds were uncomfortable to sleep in, the lounges were soo much more comfortable to sleep on.

Exceptional

First of all, the apartment is perfectly located close to shops, groceries, restaurants and metro station. It is privately gated so felt very secure even though it was on the ground floor. It was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated and the kitchen was nicely stocked. My two kids and I got very sick in Paris and had to spend our last 36 hours Paris in bed… so it was the perfect place to be sick as it was very comfortable… but the host then went above and beyond by letting us have a very late check out as we were too I’ll to walk around for a few hours before our train reservation. Our host and this accommodation was our absolute best experience on booking.com and we will definitely be back! Merci!

The place is great located, you can easily walk to many touristic places in less than 20 minutes, but it remains calm; you also have buses, the metro, and a taxi rank less than 5 minutes from the place. Also a supermarket in the corner and different bakeries and shops. The cleaning was great, and Ryan (sorry if I didn't catch your name correctly!) was helpful and friendly. The appartment is very nice and has everything you need, even a washing machine and an iron. The area is quite safe for travelling with kids and it also has a good atmosphere.

The communication with the owner could be improved, he did provided the required information but just after few messages and so close to the day of check-in. But it was clear and helpful, so nothing to worry about. For saying something, the matress of the couch upstairs is a bit unconfortable: the main bedroom is downstairs, so for people with reduced mobility can be a bit tricky. Changing that little detail would make a huge difference in the quality of the service.

The location is very convenient and safe. The apartment is spacious and clean. The owner is very nice.

The apartment is not very suitable for babies and toddlers. There are many things that can be broken and sockets are easy to reach.

Location was very good, noise not acceptable, especially considering the price

There were hundreds of ants on the floor when we arrived. There was hammering and drilling on the party wall with our apartment for several hours both days we were there. We could hardly hear each other speak, it was so loud. Nobody told us that this work was taking place and there was no apology for the noise.

I recently stayed at athis apartment that had received some less than stellar reviews, but my experience was surprisingly great. The location of the apartment was simply amazing, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The bed in the apartment was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay, which was a big plus. The owners were also very nice and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable during our stay. The only downside to the apartment was that it was a bit noisy. However, if noise doesn't bother you, I don't think you'll find better value for your money. One thing to note is that we booked the studio as we couldn't find any information about the apartment that previous guests had rented and were not happy with. However, we were very happy with the studio we stayed in. We had seen some reviews that said the studio did not have windows, but we definitely had windows in our studio and it was great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Despite the previous negative reviews, my experience was fantastic, and I would definitely consider staying here again on future trips

The house locate In the middle of the Gare de l’Est and the Louvre Pyrami. Very convinent to reach the tourism sites. The facilities in the house works well, feels like in my home.

We had nice time in a prime location in the city

The property is good with outstanding location.

The only problem was the instructions to get the key ,as it was through the email but was not mentioned from the beginning.

the property is good but need looking after..

the location is in the centre therefore trains and busses are accessible at anytime.. food stores and shops are just around the corner so you won’t get hungry! 😄

the property is good but could be better if facilities are clean ie toilet, shower.. etc . evidence of moulds building in some corners hence the pungent smell when you first enter the property.

Quiet courtyard apartment in a lively area. Very close to metro and within walking distance of Centre Pompidou. Excellent value

bathroom- no hook in the shower, sachets never restocked, dated. there was a pressure noise all throughout, something to do with water. Next door apartment noisy and in the other side you could hear people going up and down the stairs. no tea/coffee on site

A starage room turn into a "studio", with a window, to another storage room. Well located.

Very well located, near Place de la Republique

This is not a hotel. Not even an airb-and-b. Yo need to waut until somebody brings the keys, for us it was 1h 45 min of waiting. You need to contact the person in wahtsapp. The "apartmanet" is some storage at the base of a building, is a room with a mini kitchen and a tiny bathroom. Never expect to do any serious cooking there besides bread and butter and a tea. The shower is one big step up and anyone not fit will not be able to use it.
