Superb

Very comfortable, studio apartment. Had everything you would need including picnic items, esky, phone for local calls and a torch. The king size bed was comfortable with lovely linen. Like a lot of norfolk island the decor was a little dated and the tv small. The gardens were lovely and it was lovelly to sit out on the deck with a lovely view.

Really enjoyed our stay at Cascade Gardens, great location, clean well equipped apartment with friendly helpful staff.

This was the perfect place to stay, the hosts and accommodation were great, hope to stay again.

The hosts were great, they met us at the airport, helped with the car rental and explained the accommodation facilities and things do do on the island. The apartment was very well presented with everything required for a great stay. There were fantastic views out over the valley and to the ocean from the verandah.

We could find no faults at all.

Clean, comfortable and value for money.

There was much to like about our Cascade Garden Apartment. It was clean, peaceful, lovely gardens, nice view and a constant sea breeze through the apartment. Owner Ash met us up at the airport and we followed him to the apartment in our rental car. Ash gave us a housekeeping brief then left us to enjoy our stay in Norfolk Island. Co-owner Marie was very accommodating in letting us checkout an hour late. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a partly self-catering stay. If visiting Norfolk Island, don't miss Emily Bay for swimming and Slaughter Bay (adjacent to Emily Bay) for great snorkelling.

Great facilities in the room. including a stocked picnic set, crockery, glassware etc

We traveled with friends who stayed in the unit next door. Very convenient and very well stocked with everything you could possible need.

Comfortable, quiet stay with stunning views of the ocean.

To Burnt Pine.Suoerb view looking over the gardens out to the sea. Good facilities, use of laundry, well equipped with a decent size fridge with freezer. Quiet and convenient location.

No privacy screens beteeen the units. Neighbour was very close to my unit. I have suggested to the new owners that this is something which future guests would appreciate.

Great location and amenity with excellent hosts.

The unit was extremely well equipped, and included two private outdoor seating and eating areas. The front had lovely views of the garden and distant hills over looking the ocean. The back was fully undercover which was great for the clothes line and BBQ cooking and eating area. The king sized bed was very comfortable, and the towels were large and fluffy. The unit was very clean and the entire property is well kept with a pretty garden. Hosts were very responsive with all our communication, and assisted us with hiring our car, ready for us with a meet & greet at the airport on arrival. Highly recommend the accomodation with very reliable hosts.

A great place to relax and slow down

Marie was very helpful in changing my booking multiple times due to COVID. She also met me at the airport with my hire car. Everything was very easy. The apartment was very clean with a lovely view. The apartment, while simple, contained everything that I needed. Could not expect anymore for the price.

I found the mattress a little soft, but this is personal taste. Apartments share common walls and sound carries between them.

Very good

Marie met us at the airport, helped us with the hire car pick up and then led us to the apartment. The apartment was close to town and had a view of the water as advertised. It had been renovated recently, had all the facilities needed and was comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great views with a clean and very comfortable apartment and great hosts.

The view here is amazing. It’s really quiet and the Managers Ash and Marie are so helpful. The unit is clean and really comfortable and they have added so many convenient things like a picnic basket, cooler bag and extra towels to name a few things for the guests. Looking forward to staying in summer.

A little slice of paradise

Cascade Gardens is in a lovely location. Very neat and clean and Marie and Ash were so helpful, from organising hire car for us, to providing valuable local knowledge. Marie replied very promptly to any questions before our trip and the service was exceptional. The apartment was a great size and had everything you could need. We love to picnic and the apartment even supplied a picnic basket, saving us from taking our own. Norfolk Island is so friendly and beautiful and would highly recommend Cascade Gardens to stay 👌

Nothing really.... We are plant based and there was a toaster oven in our apartment but a full oven would have been nice but you can definitely manage with that.

A very relaxing stay in lovely accommodation with fabulous views and we would definitely stay again!

The property is only 5 minutes drive from the centre of town. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was super clean and the beds were so comfy. The bathroom was spacious and the kitchen full of all the knick-knacks you need to cook for yourself. The outdoor area with bbq had plenty of seating for alfresco eating or to sip your wine while taking in the spectacular views of the countryside and ocean in the background. The hosts were very friendly and let us check in early as we were moving from another location on our arrival day.

I would have to be picky... the tv was a little small and the lounge room/dining room configuration could be better. I would wall mount the tv to give more space and swap the dining / lounge around. But that is just a suggestion as I have managed a motel :)

Perfect location to relax

Location - ocean views from bed and a short drive into town. Very quiet and peaceful. The new owners were extremely helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. Can highly recommend a stay here if you are after tranquility and self-catering. The added extras of milk, bread, eggs and a bottle of wine waiting for us were a lovely touch!

we had a magic 5 days on Norfolk

The location was perfect, the most amazing view from the decking and an easy drive/walk to coffee shops etc The bed was so very comfortable!

A great place for a relaxing break

Location was an easy 15mins into the main shopping area. The Apartment had a beautiful view. There was a bottle of wine and fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge. A picnic basket with all the equipment one needed (except food and drink) was ready to pack in the car and head off. The gardens were well maintained and very restful. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was quite comfortable. We had a wonderful week.

Second visit to N.I.!

Close to town,excellent car hire(MG)included in booking,very friendly and helpful owners. Very well equipped unit even to picnic basket and cooler bag! Lovely gardens and small verandah with seating both front and back. Would definitely recommend and stay again if lucky enough to get back!

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable for me. A foam underlay would make a huge difference!

Great location and lovely well equiped units but due for a renovation

Location was good. Views of ocean were beautiful. The units were quiet and close to town. Unit was very clean.

Bathroom is in need of a renovation. Lack of places to store clothing. Too many confusing instructions regarding garbage waste.
