Big apartment; prime location but small and old elevator

The apartment is located in very prime location in the middle of the city with many shops and resturants on walking distance. The toilets were having water near the WC (Shattaf) which is very convienient for muslims The size of the apartment is pretty good and the furntiture and equipment are in very good shape The call centre is availble all the time and the respond is effective and quick

The check in process is slightly difficult with many steps to follow; there is no one to help if anything went wrong The elevator is very old style and small creating difficulties in taking the lugguage up and sometimes needs long waiting The beds are pretty small and the area under them not clean No coffee machine or Nespresso No tourist information kept in the room also no telephone line to be used for ordering The apartment was very cold upon arrival, the heating system is very complicated and takes long time to operate

Good location, however the apartment was not very comfortable. I would look elsewhere.

The apartment was in a good location. They have a washing machine and a Nespresso with 6 complimentary pods

There were terrible smells in the apartment, especially in the master bedroom. The second bedroom was extremely small, and the sofa couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. Check-in was a bit of a hassle, it completely automated and there was no option of an early check-in.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Unfortunately the water of the sea is full of trash.

Even though our arrival was before check in time, keys were available. Easy accessible procedure. Before, during and after our stay staff was available through chat and phone. Thankful for the help in organizing transportation from and to the airport. We chose to be close to the city center to be able to visit almost everything by foot. Even though we were located near a busy street, noise isolation was good enough to sleep. Two bathrooms available in a three room appartment. Was more than enough, towels available.

Nothing negative to mention. Points of feedback: provide dish washer tablet per day of stay and provide extra trash bags. Maybe also prived cooking oil.

Ideal location for a short stay

Very central location. Spacious, clean and modern. Fantastic air conditioning which was an essential in August

Check in was a little convoluted and impersonal but when we did speak to the support team they were very efficient and helpful. Special mention / thank you for helping with an ad hoc query.

Great location, and great appartment

It was confortable for my family of 5, great location. I had all the stores and restaurants very near.

At check in at 2:45am we couldn’t get our keys from the box machine but we called the number and they fix it, took a bit of time but they did. Also, I paid my tourist tax thru the machine and the next day they kept emailing me that I didn’t but I sent them a screen shot of my payment and it was resolved.

The location of the apartment was really good and excellent for cafes, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were responsive and provided us with additional towels, coffee, toilet paper etc. when requested. The check in instructions were easy to follow to enter the building and although there was a slight issue with the door keys, the hosts were able to walk us through the process over the phone.

The apartment was on the second floor and there was a lot of street noise that kept us up or would wake us up at night. There wasn't sufficient hot water for four people to shower in the evening and we would have to wait 1.5 hours or longer for there to be hot water again which was a huge inconvenience given we were a family of 4. Finally, the master bedroom was really dusty and the bed linens/comforter had stains. For the price of this property, I did not expect there to be such issues.

Excellent location Clean apartment Integrated furniture Coffee and cleaning supplies were provided Excellent and helpful management. They allowed me to extend the checkout time by an hour

The elevator is very small and cannot accommodate more than two people, Our apartment was on the 7th floor and we struggled with the elevator

If you can look past the building’s first impression and difficult check-in process, this is a comfortable apartment in

The apartment itself was comfortable for our group of five. The beds were nice and our apartment was clean. The location is excellent.

The self check-in process is cumbersome. If you are arriving early, make sure to have Euro coins so you can use the storage lockers. The lift in the main building is tiny, so expect several trips if you have multiple bags or group members. The entrance lobby and lift also have a bad smell. Finally, the outdoor patio is in disrepair. We walked out onto the patio to wait for our check-in time. One of the steps broke and caused a group member to fall as they descended the stairs to the patio.

A great place to stay in Barcelona. Right in the hub of the city with everything nearby. great property to stay in.

We had a wonderful time in Barcelona. The apartment was spacious & very central to all attractions.

The location was perfect. We walked to all the attractions that we wanted to visit.

The second bedroom would have been better had it been a bit bigger with a mirror. However I appreciate there is nothing that could be done structurally ti improve the size.

Location is excellent; close proximity to restaurants, shops, Hop on Hop off bus line, city transport , walking distance to port, Pucasso Museum and much more

Great location. The apartment was spacious - bigger than expected. Beautiful terrace with a view of Casa Batllo. Easy automatic check-in. All details arrived by email and everything was clear. Coffee shops, tapas bars, supermarkets and patisseries all near by.

Apartments were well equipped with essentials and were close to major sites.

The property had everything we needed for a good stay. It was also walking distance to a lot of places.

We had a hard time getting our room keys. I think it was because we booked 2 apartments under the same name. When we entered the codes for the 2nd apartment the key system kept printing the key to our first apartment. We had to call guest services who had to send someone to help us. Guest services was very prompt in trying to help us though.
