good location and all that one needed for a comfortable and convenient stay .

although generously spacious no storage space provided for guests in the second bedroom … staff very willing to provide extra hangars and we used the clothes dryer as hanging space . A space to put groceries Wld have been appreciated and plenty of space for some shelves or cupboards for this purpose . TV’s did not work which was not a problem for us. Hotel staff very willing to help with any requests. Just one factor was that as we had to be out of the apartment in the morning and were only flying late in the evening it wld have been very convenient if they could have made a bathroom available for a quick shower before we had to leave as we had a long distance flight ahead of us . Realise that could be inconvenient for the hotel but felt a plan cld have been made for guests convenience . 10 minutes was all that was needed .

It was a unique location. The beds were very comfortable. Having a Nespresso coffee machine was very nice.

The noise from the hallway, and people smoking in the hallway, made it difficult to have any fresh air into our apartment. It was also very noisy in the stairwell from other visitors coming and going and speaking loudly. We stayed in our apartment for three weeks, and without going to the front desk, we would never have received any additional supplies, for example, coffee, sugar, cream. We always had to go to the front desk to get dish cloths, and cloths to dry dishes. These supplies should be standard things that are looked at every time the room is cleaned.

The location and the apartment were great.

There was no elevator, so if you have lots of heavy luggage it would be difficult to left them all. Also, the check-in in process was confusing, as the reception of the hotel is in another building, different from the one with the apartment itself.

Great location - close to market streets and Vondel Park (~10 mins walk). Very spacious apartment for a 4 member family - we could cook and stay in if needed. Rooms are great and have total blinds for the sun in the morning. Really happy overall.

There is no air condition for the hot summer days. There are fans in the apartment but being on the top foor, when it's sunny all day and hot outside, the fans just aren't enough. On top of that, there is no way to open any window so you are just relying on the air circulation system (which is available in all rooms). Perhaps not a major problem for the rest of the year when it isn't that hot.

Hotel close by. Robes and slippers for all guests. Good location though with a food hall 5 minutes away and most of the sights only 15 minutes away via walking. Loved How big the apartment is. Lots of space for a family of 4. Comfy beds and pillows.

Receptionists weren’t too knowledgeable about getting into the apartments. We had questions about some of the appliances and how to open the windows but no technician showed up even though the hotel scheduled them to come. It was a little a loud during the weekends because of the neighbors. As with most Amsterdam buildings, it is tall and narrow. Our apartment was on the third floor with no elevator.

Huge space, fantastic location and very clean. It’s handy to have a kitchen and coffee machine and create a bit of a home for an extended stay.

There are a lot of stairs so don’t book this apartment if you have mobility issues. It didn’t bother me at all but it would be a problem for some travellers.

The place was in an area near a very good food hall. About 15 mins walk from the centre and a few minutes from a tram to the central station. They had a coffee machine and white goods that were useful with the baby. The mid week clean was very good and they replenished the coffee and towels.

The stairs are a big problem if you are not fit. There was nowhere to leave the the buggy so my son had to carry it up 4 flights of stairs. the stairs are not like at home very steep. There was no wardrobe or clothes storage facility in one of the bedrooms and no cupboard space for food just the fridge. The view canal side NO just dirty roof. My daughter in a different flat said when on the mezzanine bedroom they were on view to the flats opposite if they forgot to close the curtains downstairs.

The location, the bed was very comfortable!

No elevator, was a bit difficult to climb to the second floor with suitcases, a stroller and a baby.

having 2 toilets in the apartment works great for us :)

Everything I needed for a week's stay, especially during the lockdown. Front desk was very helpful and responsive when needed.

The Location was great , the apartment very clean , I even had toothbrushes, bathrobes, slippers, a fully equipped kitchen, everything was perfect, the hotel staff accompanied us to the property!

Location and space was great - the apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable, has a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with all cleaning supplies and coffee tea etc provided. Good for longer stay.

The lights in the main bedroom did not work (technical issue) so we had to rely only on side staining lamps that did not provide enough light. A desk with plugs would be helpful - although there is a kitchen table but no plugs there. Also no curtain in passage - 2 small windows that open to the passage way / arcade so never quite sure what the weather is like outside.

Location, cleanliness, staff.

There are stairs which did not bother us but could be difficult for some. Also the front door was hard to open from inside. But really liked it all.

Great location and very spacious loft apartment.

It would have been great to have block out blinds on the windows next to the door, just to really darken at night. Small thing but would have made it perfect.
