Will not stay there again.

It was in a easy location and there was a 24 hour store across the street that had everything you needed.

The streets around the property are littered and dirty. The hallways up to the apartment were very dark and dirty. Once in the apartment it was okay but not overly impressive.

Great location, clean, modern well equipped two bed apartment with elevator and excellent air con!

Fantastic location a couple of blocks from the Coliseum, easy to access via public transport, Luca, the host, was fantastic in communication prior to arrival and met us at the apartment when we arrived. Apartment was compact but perfect with everything we needed and the air conditioning was amazing in the heat wave we experienced whilst there! Excellent information regarding local eateries and transport provided in writing by the host. Fully functional elevator was great after busy days sight seeing.

Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely incredible location & perfect for our 4 night stay in Rome. Luca was an excellent host & was on hand throughout our stay for any questions we had.

Only thing I’d criticise is that the hot water for the shower was very temperamental.

Excellent experience, we really enjoyed the apartment.It is in a perfect location.

Excellent location, comfortable,easy access, very clean.Good communication with the hosted.

It was not the same apartment that was shown in the photos.

Great location, helpful host

We had 2 apartments combined into 1, tabletop in one was broken, curtains were ripped, wakened every morning at 7.30 by workmen in apartment next door.

A clean and comfortable apartment very close to the Colosseum. Great base to explore all that Rome has to offer

The location was excellent. A lot of restaurants near by and easy to get to the sights,

The bathrooms were tired, shower needs replacing. The main bedroom was clean but the additional bedrooms were dusty.

Good location, not really three bedrooms

Location is great and access is easy.

The “third bedroom” was not closed off and was open to the kitchen and a thoroughfare to the bathroom meaning there was no privacy. There was also no room to put a bag/suitcase or belongings as the bed butted up to the walls on the side and at the end of the bed it was a narrow communal walking area. There is also no aircon in this area

No frills, basic, clean but a great location.

Location amazing.

More basic than the pictures, a little disappointed. Need somewhere to hang your towels. Put things in the bathroom.

Perfect location and good restaraunts nearby.

The kitchen was stocked with herbs and plenty of utensils. it was clean and the host was welcoming and available on WhatsApp

Great location and nice apartment for a short stay in Rome.

Luigi met us within minutes upon our arrival. Great service and allowed us to drop luggage off before check in time. The location was A plus! Next to the coliseum and many restaurant options nearby.

The place needs a little sprucing up with possibly painting. You can tell it gets rented often and not much time for thorough cleaning. Kitchen and bathroom need more cleaning. Overall we were happy with our stay for the price

It was extremely hot as the AC did not work properly and it was uncomfortable to sleep. No repairs could be done during our stay.

Ideal for three nights, but not for longer.

Brilliant location, just three minutes rom the Colisseum.

Several of the electrical items did not work. The lights in the bathroom could be dimmed, but did not turn off completely. The air conditioning unit in the master bedroom did not work. There was a damaged electrical connection outside the bathroom. We had to ask for a tea towel as none was supplied. One did arrive, a day after we asked for it.

Loved it! Would come back.

Luigi and Stefano were very easy to work with and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags early before check-in. Luigi met us for early check-in where he gave us the codes and told us about the property. The place itself was large aand clean with easy and short walk to the Coliseum. Area felt safe to walk around late at night. Internet and air conditioning worked well. Good water pressure in the shower. Mucrowave, fridge. What else do you need? We would stay here again if we ever came back to Rome.
