Central cool apartment, close to useful facilities.

Very central, right by a Metro station. Breakfast was good.

Slightly confusing as the apartment isn’t in the same building as the reception and breakfast, but very good otherwise.

Cleaning service is quite bad! The receiption desk looks like the table at the entrance door of the building near by ele

Location is perfect, just in the city center.

We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher! The soap, shower gel and tablets for dishwasher were not provided! We called 2 times to the reception desk, they promised to solve all the problems but of course, like usually in Spain, they forgot their promises… So we did all by ourselves.

perfect place for a week to stay and visit the city. Definitely recommend!

everything was perfect.

you have to pick up the key somewhere else. And if you would have want to make contact with them you couldn’t just go downstairs. BUT one phonecall en they help you immediately so it was to kinda perfect.

I liked the location, very centric! Super comfortable place to stay in the heart of Madrid. Beautifully decorated room with comfortable bed. The terrace is really nice, views are amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Cleaning service is not included.

High price for service and comfort level

Location was absolutely perfect in the middle of the center and parking below the building

Clocking of the shower and water flowing from the bathroom into the apartment. When mentioning to the reception getting extra towels to clean yourself and no repairs done. No cleaning or repair service done. The comfort of the beds was not good. Sheets were not covering the bed and blanket completely which is not hygienic especially in current times. The double bed is not located in the en-suite room, so the kids had the nice spacious room en-suite with single beds.

Great apart-hotel, right on the main drag. Apartments are big, modern, clean and well equipped. Home from home! A bonus was the pool and bar on the roof which was superb for the summer heat.

Really nice view from the roof top, rooms are really big and nice. I appreciated the sofa and the nespresso machine. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen tools available. Staff is very nice.

No cleaning service even for 4 nights. Due to COVID gym needs to be booked because supposedly they clean between one person and the other. Unfortunately they did not clean and I found all sweat from the previous person on the elliptical machine. The time of the gym is reduced also for the COVID.

The location was great, the staff are lovely and very helpful

The bed was hard but the staff did help to sort it out. Cleaning , after paying so much it was an extra €15 for a clean. We stayed 5 nights and at least one clean should have been included . The blinds do not shut out enough light into the rooms . The kitchen only had one PowerPoint in the middle of the wall frustrating when you want to use the kettle, toaster and coffee machine . The extraction fan was a hazard as we hit our head in it a couple of times . There were no instructions for the dishwasher, washing machine/drier.

Superb

The location is perfect for exploring Madrid. Very close to the Metro. We didn't have a car but there is an underground car park. The apartment was a perfect size easily accommodating 4-6 people. Large lounge/kitchen area with breakfast bar centre island and dining table. Our room looked right over the main street which was great. The large sliding windows were very good and blocking out the noise when closed.

The rooftop pool is very small and so is the bar. Strangely the staff wish to clean the garbage between 19:00 and 22:00 each evening.

Relaxing retreat in Madrid City Center

Really nice apartment on a terrific location. Nice supermarket in the basement of department store El Corte Inglès just across the street. Very close to the metro. I love the way the place was styled and the fact that it had a sliding door. Rooftop is very nice too. We just took a peek, while it was too cold for us to actually sit there and have a (self brought) drink. We had a very nice last minute deal on Booking.com.

I thought the bed was a bit too small. I'm used to king size. I get that's not customary in most hotels (unless it's mentioned), but this bed was around 1 m 50 wide. It looked bigger on the pictures somehow. Anyway, not a deal breaker (it was a comfortabel bed), but just a tiny disappointment.
