Great service, amazing people. Good beds, lots of hot water, solid internet and large units. Amazing views from the top as well!
Be prepared to be cold in the mornings. These are all concrete buildings that don't hold heat at all and Cusco is pretty chilly in the morning. They got heaters but they aren't sufficient... But I do come from California so I'm probably a little biased. No elevator but that's expected, the whole city is build on a giant hill.

The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is in a great location in the San Blas neighborhood of Cusco and we could walk to everything. A neighborhood market, convenience stores and bakeries are one block away. The apartment is very spacious with a comfortable living area for our family, including a TV and a large dining room table. There is also a rooftop area where we could sit (and eat) that has great views of Cusco. The WiFi is good. The showers have hot water and good water pressure. The beds are very comfortable and have lots of thick blankets so we were not cold. In addition, 2 of the bedrooms and the living room have heaters! There is also a washing machine and lots of clothes drying racks which was very helpful. The host was very responsive both before and during our stay. Yovanna was particularly helpful during our stay! We were able to leave our excess luggage there for a week while we did the Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu and visited Ollantaytambo and Yovanna met us on our return so that we could retrieve it (we were not staying there since it was already booked). Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Cusco.
One minor thing - it would be helpful to have one or two cutting boards in the kitchen as it is well-stocked otherwise.

Really spacious and nicely appointed apartment in a great location. What more could you ask for?
We had two apartments, and one was two flights of stairs up and the other three fights of stairs. Stairs. For young people. I'm sure it's not a problem, but with the elevation of Cusco and being over 60, going to the top floor was a little difficult for us. But we'd still come back for sure, we really like the place.

The apartment is excellent, everything is new, and both the owner and Yovanna are very attentive and helpful and are always ready to help guests if they need anything. Yovana is a very special peraon.

The owner and the cleaning lady were super friendly.
Wifi worked well. Apartment had everything we needed except a washing Machine. For that reason the cleaning lady brought our clothes to the laundry.
It was cold at night as the heating did not work as we expected. We had to get used to the Peruvian Standards.

You can't beat the value for your buck with this stay in Cuzco. We housed a large group of 8 in two apartments quite comfortably. We all got plenty of space, large lounge area and a kitchen.
I really wanted to give this place a 10, because the value for money is superb, but unfortunately, we did run into one serious issue - the water is heated via some strange contraption, which is a gas boiler, directly connected to a gas canister. This means that even though there were two bathrooms, we could use only one at a time. What was bad, however, is that we ran out of gas on our second day which meant no hot water whatsoever, and changing the gas canister isn't exactly a straightforward option halfway through a stay.

Apartment is in great condition.
Within 10 minute walk to the main plaza.
Host is friendly and accommodating. He waited for us to show up at 9 PM. He helped us carry all of our luggages. He responded quickly when we mentioned that we ran out of toilet paper.
No elevator. We appreciate Percy's help carrying all luggages.

We were on the 4th floor, which was tough for little kids, especially with the altitude. Also, no on-site laundry. (There is a place that will do it on the same block, but the price was 10 sols/kg).

The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location, only a short walk into the centre of Cusco. The area was also nice and quiet. The owners were extremely helpful and if we had any issues they came straight round and fixed them. There were plenty of appliances in the kitchen and we used the laundrette just round the corner a couple of times. There’s also a few grocery shops and a small food market near by in San Blas. We really couldn’t fault anything apart from the property being cold at night and in the morning.
We were provided with 2 oil radiators which helped to warm the place a little but just weren’t sufficient when the temperature was -1C outside.

The apartment is really nice and big with 2 bathrooms.
The area around is safe.
1. Heating
There was only one source for heating - one small electric radiator that couldn't keep up.
My bedroom had a lot of windowed surface, windows that do not insulate at all, so the room got very cold during the night when the temperature dropped to zero degrees Celsius.
2. Shower
After the first person took a shower the next person had to wait at least an hour to have enough hot water.
It also happened that the hot water stop coming while in the shower. There is no heating in the bathroom.
For the price I paid I did not expect these issues.

In the photos on booking, appears a washing machine for clothes. Our apartment did not have one.

Usually in apartments and also hotel rooms you find some coffee, tea and sugar. In some apartments I even found more stuff available for the guests (ex bottled water). In this apartment there was nothing. I think for the price paid it would not be a big deal to have some coffee and sugar made available for the guests.

The property was amazing. It was an easy 10min walk to the main plaza and there was a laundry service and mini-market just downstairs. It was also just far enough that we didn't hear any traffic. The living area was spacious and the entertainment facilities were generous, with Spotify and Netflix provided. The master bedroom was roomy and the other rooms cozy with a lot of storage options. The host was accomodating with our needs and was able to explain everything in simple English regarding the property, such as hot water. Other than that, we were able to effectively communicate over whatsapp and google translate for other matters.
My nephew, a heavier guy, mentioned the bed in the bedroom next to the master bedroom was a little saggy and uncomfortable.

Very close walking distance to city center. Very safe location. Reynof was exceptional and very accommodating! Anything we needed help with, he was there for us!
The wifi worked great, which is important for me since I had to work from home for a bit. There was also Netflix available, which is great when the parents needed to rest a bit from walking around in high altitude.
It is very clean place with plenty of room. There’s no elevator but Reynof, being the angel that he, is helped us with our luggages.
Keep in mind you do have to place a deposit via PayPal first and then pay in cash (soles or dollars) at the end of the trip.
Another tip: to get to most places like San Pedro market, it costs about 5-6 soles. To the airport, I believe 30 if u need a big vehicle to fit a family of 4 with large luggages.

The hot water acted up once, but Reynof helped right away to fix it and followed up to make sure we didn’t have further issues. A friend who stayed in Cusco for a month and was just one street over had issues with her wifi and hot water. So after hearing her story, It made me more grateful that we found this wonderful place!

The apartment was a wonderful fit for 6 of us, (my husband, me and 4 teenagers) clean, spacious and comfy. The owner was so helpful anytime. The location is perfect, there is a little store and a laundry place in the same block, very convenient!! Location is quiet and safe. Highly recommended!

The property was in a great location, close to the city center. It had a garage for our rental car at no additional charge. The host was amazing and went out of his way to deal with any issues encountered, even those self-imposed issues such as locking myself out. He was there within 20 minutes of a text any time of day and very accommodating to all of his tenants needs. The house had beautiful woods floors and everything you would need to cook in the apartment including a full dining room. There were also directv receivers and tvs in the living room and two bedrooms that we used.
The property does sit at the top of a hill and it does get old walking up and down a narrow one way road. Getting the rental car down the other one way road was a bit of a challenge also due to the switchbacks. We did have some others in the building that were LOUD but they did respect the 10pm noise restriction. The only other thing to note is payment was dollars, soles or paypal only. I had planned on using my credit card at a machine rather than paypal.

Communication was excellent before and during the stay. We were meet at the property with the keys, everything was explained clearly and they even helped us with a dentist on the first day and excellent recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and more than enough room for 4 people. Comfortable beds, hot showers. The location was on the edge of the historic centre, so a 10 minute walk to everything with a small shop and laundry about 100 metres away. We would definitely recommend Quewe apartments!
I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there.
