Very nice for family bonding

Easy to check in, spacious property, clean, near the beach, with view of lagoon

It was nice but host attitude was disappointing

I like that the apartment was big

That the host failed to mention additional fees of 1300 per guest in the area.

We still do love our stay and enjoyed a short vacation

Good space.. even though total 9 pax we still fit in. Staff were accommodating specially Darlene and her husband. Thank you very much!

Toilet/Bathroom only one .. we find it hard to shower and use toilet as if it’s a big group , wouldn’t be enough. Would be better if toilet and shower room is separate or there’s another toilet en-suite.. and water in the shower is very slow to none when use by after 3rd person ..

Exceptional

Very spacious. Aircon worked nicely. Super easy to get to the beach and restaurants. There was seven of us and it was very comfortable

Superb

The host, Ms. Aida, was very nice to accommodate a rebooking because I accidentally confirmed a wrong booking at the same place. She facilitated the guest list reservation form and endorsed it in no time. She also gave detailed information and instructions on who to get in touch. She also accommodated my request for early check in if the unit is available at past noon. The contact persons though were unreachable at the time we checked in (early) but the ladies at the reception lobby was very good to contact the caretaker, Kuya Tonio, who gave us the key and assisted us with our stuff! The rooms were ready and there was adequate purified water and kitchen/ dining utensils. Thank you and we will surely come back!

We were given the wifi password but was not able to access the internet until we left (awww sad). It said internet not available on our devices. :-(

Wi-Fi was slow. We stayed for 4 days, after the 2nd day couldn’t even connect to Wi-Fi.

Despite the above comments i would rate our stay there at 7.8 it clean and we feel like home

1. The aircon in one of the rooms is not functioning well ( its hot) 2. There’s a leak coming from the unit above (3rd flr) that went down to our unit 214 particulary in the lavatory 3. Too little water comes out from shower

Overall, our stay was a pleasant one. The place was clean and tidy.

AC not working properly in one of the bedrooms (it was dripping and switches off in the middle of the night). We were given the username and password but the internet's not working.

We enjoyed our stay in the very nice unit, and would want to come back .

The owner was accommodating, she made sure to give me the caretaker's number and that me and my family were comfortable. It is our 5th stay in Pico de Loro but first time in Myna 214B. It literally resembles our home so we really felt at home this time =).

The water heater seems not to be working, but I messaged the caretaker about this. It was not a big deal for the rest of us, but my mom who is 76 yrs old had challenges to shower.

Great place to stay with family!

Overall the property was great. It was clean, had a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom, had aircon in all rooms...etc. The property was very spacious.

The wifi wasn't good. Cell signal was weak inside. There was a water interruption for a few hours during our stay so we had to go to the pool area to use the bathroom.

Everything :) It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and complete! I didn’t have a difficult time coordinating with the owner and property manager as well. We will definitely come back :)

Comfortable and relaxing place. our Family enjoyed our stay.

i like the unit ,it is so comfortable. malinis at mabango.maasikaso ang staff nila. the owner is so accommodating and responsive. complete din ang gamit nila sa kitchen kaya di kami nahirapan mag luto. i really recommend this unit to our friends and families. Thank you so much po.

A hidden gem in Batangas

We had a comfortable stay, peaceful and relaxing. There’s an air conditioner in each room, plus Wifi and Netflix. Kitchen was equipped. Overall , we had a memorable vacation.

The only issue is the bathroom, we could not take a full blast shower as the water tend to overflow to the whole bathroom. There’s a problem with the design- the floor is leveled.
