Une super expérience avec un appartement hyper bien placé (même si la chambre avec fenêtre sur rue est un petit peu bruy

Attention si vous venez en voiture le quartier est plutôt piétonnier ! Un deuxième jeu de clé serait parfait !

Excellent apartment and exceptionally clean. Perfect location for exploring Valencia.

Only reason I didn't give it 10 out of 10 is the lift is the slowest and smallest lift!

Exceptional

Location was great and getting access easy.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was great. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by. Small supermarket also nearby.

Stylish and excellently located apartment.

Overall the property was everything we wanted. The location was great; very close to the central market and all the activity around it. The apartment was well equipped and met pretty much all our needs.

With a location so close to the centre there was a lot of noise at night. Both from the neighbouring apartments which seemed to host a few parties on the weekend (didn't go on too late, in fairness) and the general neighbourhood. The TV wasn't fully functioning but we could use the apps (YouTube, Netflix) which was fine. Also, two flights of steep stairs an no lift. We survived.

I would highly recommend the place for short stay in the heart of Valencia

The location was perfect to easily explore many sights of the city. Many great bike rental locations within a 5 minute walk and from which it is easy to access the giant park, so it was great for families.

The location is a highlight, but also a downfall if you are sensitive to noise. On the street in front is a bar which can be very noisy. The beds were extremely comfortable which made up some for the noise, but earplugs were needed. My 12 year old had a hard time falling asleep because of it.

Nice high ceilings, lots of light, good location.

The door buzzer did not work. The sofa was so low and broken down that it hurt my knees to climb up out of it. The beds were uncomfortable.

Enjoyed our stay!

Check-In was easy, and the hostess had maps, good recommendations, and offered luggage storage. The apartment is right around the corner from check-in. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet, and well decorated and simple. The location is walking distance to most of the Old Town attractions, less than a mile and extremely close to the Grand Central Market. For sites like the City of Arts and Science, the taxi stand is about 4 blocks away or so. Uber doesn't work or exist well in Old Town (at least when I was there), so you should arrange taxi pickup back to the train station or airport with the reception which was on time. It's a good value and Valencia is definitely worth a visit. I can recommend this apartment and it was nice shopping at the Central market and having a fully serviceable kitchen to come back to. Communication by the host was also excellent and in our short stay, they reached out unsolicited to see how our trip was going.

For me personally, nothing. But for information purposes: there are stairs to climb to get to the apartment. I had my 81-year old mother with me, so it was a bit more of a challenge three flights up---but that's my fault for not asking prior to booking. There are a couple of neighborhood cafes, but it's not a lively cafe or night scene by the apartment. A lot of the business areas have shut down in the area. At night time, I may err on the side of caution if you are out really late which we were for one night watching the World Cup. Valencia seems like a very safe and clean city, but it gets dark in Old Town on some of those narrow and lonely roads.

Loved the apartment! really Nice athmosphere.

Narrow staircases and difficult to manoeuvre suitcases. but they are building an elevator so this will be no issue soon.

Great apartment in a fab location

The apartment was fully equipped and a good size. It was very well situated , with very easy access to restaurants and the sights.

The only thing was we had expected a balcony that we would be able to sit out on , as per the photographs on the booking website. However, it was not big enough for this.

I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in the centre of the old city with easy access to all the main sites. Nice touches made for a great stay, like not having to buy washing up liquid, dish washer tablets or even shower gel.

Nothing to dislike.

Super apartment in great location

Apartment was newly renovated. Clean and bright, comfortable beds, all necessary conveniences. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Short walk to Central Market and old part of city. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Appreciated fr esh towels and cleaning mid-stay, which was unexpected. Very helpful office staff.

On 3rd floor with no elevator and fairly steep marble stairs. As we're an elderly couple this was difficult with 2 large suitcases. Arrived on a Sunday and there was no one to assist us. Inadvisable to have a car in this area as there is nowhere to park, nor is it necessary.

Really nice and spacious apartment right next to the city center.

modern and spacious place with lots of bars and restaurants around. At the same time very quiet. Sparkling clean.

Not really something to fault them, but it is on 2nd floor with steep stairs. Not really suitable if you have a pushchair to bring up there or if you are not good on foot.

Noise..bars near by. .little difficult to reach by car ..follow instructions provided by staff carefully
