We had a pleasant stay visiting relatives while having the comfort of our own accommodation.

The number of spots that you could use to charge life's essentials for modern travelling. The central location. The ease that you could have cooked, if we had wanted to. The pleasant size and state of the apartment.

There are a couple of buildings owned by same owners but only front door of building identifies which building you are staying in. We had to call the owners and they were great directing us to correct building. The apartment itself is spacious. We were given a complimentary upgrade from one to two bedroom apartment. Sadly there was damage in flat to. Plates, blinds on windows and on walls. We found out on leaving previous people who stayed damaged flat. So not sure why we were put in there? The previous people had also stuffed rubbish ie bottles, nail clippers, etc under the bedside tables. We spotted as we saw glinting and was part full and empty water bottles. We informed the lady who was there to clean apartment on day of leaving as we did not want to be blamed for damage which included human bite marks on the wooden blinds, and broken. Lady stated these were to be replaced. Also heating was cut off, on the Saturday. We hhad booked Monday to Monday. All the heating is electric heating and digital displays. We tried to switch on/off nothing worked. I rang left message to contact number, left voicemail, and also emailed, no responses. Heating was turned back on again later in the evening and as it was week of snow ice and outside temperature below zero, the flat was getting quite cold. I got no response to my messages until Monday morning in response of apology and heating had been remotely turned off and then turned back on again. This was not great as we had no heating and mo control over it. Also informed lady who was there to clean and she apologised and said would pass on our concerns to owners. Also we did not want to be billed for damage in flat and made sure we showed her all damage we spotted. Flat is nice, spacious, but was cold on arrival and trying to work out heating also arrival was a bit of pain especially bathroom in hallway was very cold. We managed which switch controls what and got bathroom warn.

It was an enjoyable stay.

The property located at the city centre. Many attractions are within walking distance. The host is helpful.

It was good

It was in an excellent location. The apartment was homely and had most of what one would need.

On two separate occasions I had 2, significant cleanliness concerns.. however they were rectified soon after I raised the concerns

Location perfect, modern and comfortable accommodation.

Just a few signs of wear and tear, loose hook in bathroom, crack down the wall of outer bathroom wall, what looks like a fist mark in fridge door, scratches on windowsill on entrance way, looks like previous occupants had little respect. Apartment 2.

Spacious and comfortable. Good location for eating out.

Could have benefitted from a coffee pot with plunger or a dosing machine. Also lacked dishes suitable for putting food in the oven. Stairs were a pain, and should be mentioned in the booking details.

Clean, comfy great location

The apartment was clean and comfy and had everything we needed

Check in was disappointing phoned numerous times and emailed had no code sent and was left waiting around for over an hr for someone to come. The chap did apologise but after a 5 hr journey with a 2 year old it wasn't a great start.

Excellent value for money & prime location for Bolton Town Centre

The apartments located in Bolton Town Centre are of a generous size with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. The beds are comfy and instrcutions easy to follow with regards to door entry and check out.

Extremely hard to locate the allocated car parking space if you are not familiar with the area and one way system.

n/a but the Market PLace Centre close on hand with convenient coffee/cafe stops

Great to have some tea/coffee tray in kitchen, ( unexpected) but would have been really nice to have had some little milk capsules!

Centrally located in the town centre. Excellent communication from the staff. Very Spacious flat.

Parking was about 5 mins walk and in an open space but if you are worried there is NCP car park next to it well secured and costs u only around £4 /24 hours

Amazing place to stay...place is a modern clean place had every thing we needed for our short weekend away. Right in the heart of the city with excellent transport link and places to eat and shop. Will definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Bolton and we will be back soon

Great!

The apartment was great! Clean, fresh, and tidy. We had everything we needed. Excellent location. The only tricky part was to find the parking. I will definitely book again their apartment if need to stay in Bolton.

The map for the parking should be sent a few days in advance to give time to the customer to have a look at the maps and easily find the way.

Very good stay

Really good apartment. Its done to a high spec and everything was clean and in working order.tea and coffee available. Bed was comfortable and extra pillows and bedding were found under the sofa bed.access to netflix was a bonus. Apartment is located in the city centre so there was bit of late night noise, but nothing that was too detrimental to our sleep. Located right next to the shopping centre with lots of restaurants and amenities. Fun adventure golf inside there too. Would definitely stay here again

Slightly noisy at night. And would need a tower fan for the warmer nights. Would have been nice to have a small pint of milk in the fridge too.

Excellent location, very central. Well equipped with comfortable beds.

The noise from people in the street was disruptive at times in the evenings. Our windows where directly opposite the Market Centre entrance and exit doors. Teenagers hung around outside for what seemed like hours.
