Great accommodation, perfect location. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing place, clean, and well equipped with everything you need and close to the town.

The location was amazing. It was within easy reach of all amenities. The rooms were big and comfortable and the facilities and equipment within the kitchen were very good. The walk to the town is quite steep but well worth a visit and the beach is only a 10 minute walk through the town.

The only problem was there were no instructions within the room to say where the outside bins were kept so we had to go and find them. There were 7 of us but only one key to access the main door so we had to ensure one of us was in if we did separate activities. There were only 4 bowls but there were 7 of us, so we improvised.

Location was excellent, it would be nice to have a few comfy bean bags on balcony, but was a top place. Thank you

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

It was the most beautiful property we’ve ever stayed in. There was loads of room, open plan and flooded with light. The beds were so comfortable, better than my own at home. The swimming pool area felt very private and was never overcrowded. It was spotless and had a toilet, which was most convenient. It’s location in the old town was great, which we preferred to the new town. Very quiet at night and the shutters prevented light and heat coming in too early. The pool table was a fabulous asset and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Fabulous balcony area.

The only main problem with the property was the shower it was generally cold and if it heated it was way too hot. I used the bath/jacuzzi, which was perfect but quite a waste of water. A long mirror would also be a welcomed addition. No lift makes it inaccessible for some people especially with suitcases.

Spacious apartment, perfect for a family or group of friends

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. The facilities were top notch. The pool had comfortable sun loungers and toilet facilities. There was a pool table in the house and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was located in a very central location 2 minutes from the old town and 5 minutes to the beach.

The temperature of the shower was temperamental and either too hot or too cold. The apartment also would have benefited from a hoover to keep the place tidy during the stay. These were only minor improvements that could be made as all in all it was a brilliant place to stay.

excellent aprartment in great location.

excellent location, so close to local beaches, restaurants and lively town square but fair enough to be extremely quiet and relaxed at night. apartment was exceptionally clean and super well appointed, had everything we needed for a super comfortable family holiday. staff are responsive on whatsapp but didn’t really need much from them as place was close to perfect. I’ll be recommending to friends and fam and we’ll likely return.

Everything it was modern and spotless - 5 mins walk to the bars, restaurants, beach and the square

No umbrella’s around the pool. Up a slight hill which hindered some in our group… however, you quickly get used to it

Gorgeous property in the heart of the Old Town.

Fabulous location close to the centre but far enough away to experience quite on a night. Quality accommodation, great attention to furnishings, decoration and finished to a high standard. Good communication with the property manager which was hassle free from start to finish.

One of the cabinets is a bit dangerous When you open the bottom the glass top smacks you in the face Maybe a small sticker would help by catching your eye-line I think a cleaner should have been at least once for an 8 day stay

Well appointed, modern apartment in the centre of Albufeira old town

The apartment really had the wow factor, it was spotlessly clean, modern and well furnished. The location was perfect, around 150 metres from the Old Town bars, restaurants and shops and there was a designated parking space, which made things much easier. The swimming pool was an added bonus. As regular visitors to Albufeira, we have never stayed anywhere as nice as this. The staff were easy to contact and very friendly and we will definitely be returning.

Highly recommend

So spacious, 2 big bedrooms, large living/dining and 2 bathrooms. Great size balcony to relax and have meals (watch out for seagulls). Very easy to open and close the pull out bed each day. Kitchen has everything you could need. Great swimming pool, steps can get slippy if wet. No reception but very prompt response on WhatsApp

It's a great location but up a steep hill for those that might not be so mobile. Could do with a shelf in the smaller bathroom.

fantastic , chilled holiday with friends enjoyed the luxury apartment , in a great location for the old town and Beach

the property was super modern , spacious and airy plenty of room for 4 of us all ladies in our 40’s , it had all commodities we needed and more , loved the outside balcony great for sitting at night chatting and having a drink with a great view over the old town 👍😁🇵🇹🍹

The only negatives was only having one set of keys for the apartment meant we all had to come and go at the same time , also the pool area could do with a couple of umbrellas by the pool for shade , the toilet and bins by the pool weren’t cleaned or rubbish removed during our stay , there is a steep hill up to the property we were fine but the elderly or infirm might struggle

We loved our time in the Garden Hill complex and would happily return.

We rented two apartments for a mixed group of family and friends, including two children. The apartments were superb: spacious, incredibly well-equipped and really well located close to the old town with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The pool was lovely, really clean and very private.

It is worth getting more than one set of keys to the apartments because if you pull out the door with the key inside you will be locked out, as we learned to our cost! It is also not ideal if different members of your group want to go back to the apartment at different times, especially at night. It did not affect us, but it is worth being aware that there is a short but relatively steep hill to climb when coming back to the apartment from the old town. This might be challenging for people with mobility issues.

fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment

the apartment was beautiful, so spacious as a group of 8 staying.

the pool area was perfect, only tiny downside was not having direct access to the pool from apartment. also as we were a group of 8 women, a full length mirror and maybe mirror in the bedroom would be a great addition.

Great location, nice modern apartment. Taxis booked to and from airport were great and on time

Sofa bed stated wasn't actually sofa bed. We had an issue with ants in the kitchen, for 2 days they were all around the kitchen surfaces. Showers didn't drain very well

Amazing, no faults

Excellent location, only 2-3 minute walk to the old town. The apartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had every appliance you could possibly think. The showers/baths were amazing. We could not fault it.

There were no faults for us, the only thing we would do in future is ask for clean sheets half way through the trip. There is a very steep hill to the apartment but only 30 seconds and your there.

Apartment and pool were absolutely spotlessly clean. Apartment was huge. The photos do not do it justice. V well equipped. Didn’t want for anything. OC Villas staff were fabulous. Boat tour they recommended was fab and great value for money. Location perfect. Close to everything in Old Town but also short walk to Marina. There is a hill to apartment but it is not onerous at all. Cannot recommend enough.

Would be nice to have more shade by pool. Perhaps some umbrellas.
