Tolles Studio mit super Aussicht

Super gemütliches Studio. Eine besser ausgestattete Küche haben wir auf Zypern noch nicht gefunden. Alles war sauber und wir fühlten uns gleich wie Zuhause. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein zusätzliches Highlight.

Cozy indeed!

- Wonderfull location in the middle of Polis. - Very nice view from the balcony! Green, Sea, Mountains.. just perfect! - Perfect little studio with everything you could possibly need.. - Comfy bed comfy couch comfy everything, super clean, and with tasteful artsy little touches everywhere.. - The hosts are great! They are available for anything you might need! - Misha the cat! If you are a cat person, misha the queen of the manor is definitely a great addition! 😅 - As per the name.. Cozy indeed! The definition of cozy..

Simply amazing!

Exceptional room with great sea view! Truly amazing room. Great quiet location, very clean and well-kept studio with all necessary kitchen equipment. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Kind and helpful host. We recommend it to everyone!

Perfection in Polis

A piece of heaven in the centre of Polis! The view was beautiful with the balcony perfectly arranged for a sunny spot and a shady spot, the bed was a perfect comfort - supportive but not rock hard, containing everything you’d need for a self catering holiday. The space is perfect for a couples get away and the location is perfect too; a minutes walk to the local museum and restaurants, 5 mins walk to the local supermarket. The host and family were so helpful and welcoming which added to our wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning!

Great location and space

Great and private studio apartment above their family home. Clean and well equipped. Would book again with no hesitation.

Air conditioning wasn't powerful enough to cool down the entire space.

Exceptional

Tina's studio exceeded all our expectations. It is beautiful and really cozy. It's very clean and equipped in everything which is needed for daily living. And the breakfasts on the terrace with sea and garden view were truly memorable experience. Tina and her family are so nice and smiling! This place is definately a reason to come back to Cyprus.

Amazing view

Great view from the balcony, well equipped kitchen, Misha the sweetest cat and the bed was very very very soft (maybe even too soft) and Polis is very nice town

Beautiful place hosted by a wonderful family!

The home is absolutely beautiful! It’s clean and nicely decorated. The terrace is unbelievable and the view is breathtaking. Tina and her wonderful family were so accommodating and kind, helpful with whatever we needed! It was such a great stay, with only 10 minutes walk to the beach, yet right in town. So wonderful! Thank you💗 We will be back!

Good studio with everything you need for short or long stay in Poli

The studio itself was just as described - cozy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Despite its compact size, it was well-equipped with all the amenities one could need, including a fully stocked kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a clean and modern bathroom. The space was also impeccably clean, with fresh linens and towels provided for my stay. You could enjoy a nice sea view from the apartment balcony or pet a nice ginger cat who lives in the garden. The host reserved us a parking spot near the studio where we left our car each evening. Tina's Studio is located in a good place, around there are lots of restaurants and shops. For the restaurant, my recommendation is to try meze at Tavern I PAREA. Definitely, I would recommend you to visit this nice, small town Poli.

as described. owned by a lovely family. got a beautiful sea and mountain view from the balcony. lemon and orange trees surrounding. absolutely loved it.

Fabulous location and balcony, providing a really good base to explore Polis and surrounding areas.

The location was perfect - near the bars and restaurants in Polis and a short (15 min) drive to the nature trails of Agarka (eg Aphrodite and Adonis Trails). The beach was only 1.5km away and we enjoyed sunsets at the beach bar on several occasions. The accommodation was perfect for a couple sharing and was well equipped. We really liked the lovely private balcony where we breakfasted each morning. Netflix was a handy bonus.

Only a minor point, but no reserved parking, although there was always a space available nearby on the road.

It was the perfect stay. We were so sad to leave.

Tina and her family made us feel most welcome. They could not have been more generous and helpful. The apartment was beautiful with fantastic views of the beach and the surrounding hills. There were lots of excellent restaurants all within a ten minute stroll of the apartment. We hope to return one day.

Tina's good vibes studio

Tina's studio is private and quiet close to the sea and amenities. It is very clean and has all that one might need for a holiday away. Tina is lovely and is available to get in touch with at all times. We needed folded chairs for a festival we booked nearby and she was happy to lend us chairs for the event. Tina sent us a 'Thank you' message once we left the accommodation. She is a friendly hostess. We will be definitely visiting again.

Slice of Heaven in Cyprus!

Amazing studio perfect for a couple! Tina has thought of all possible needs and the place is well stocked! Beautiful view from the balcony! Tina responded to messages promptly and self check in/out was very convenient. highly recommend this studio for those visiting Latchi/Polis area

The location was very good, the facilities were great, there was plenty of space. The owner is lovely and puts in a lot of work to make the stay cozy.

Superb

The studio is really cosy, with a great view over the sea and the sourrounding mountains (of you're lucky, you could even see Turkish coast from there - we did!:) Perfect location for exploring Akamas (great hiking trails!)

It was a bit cold inside, even though we used AC for heating. But, Tina provided us with a warm blanket :)

Just stay here — don’t even think twice!

We loved EVERYTHING! Friendly in-person check in, lovely family home, super clean, great view from the balcony with cosy places to sit, comfortable bed and good shower. Thoughtful welcome treat. great location. Great value for money. A little cold in winter, but there’s great blankets and some heating. Would be so nice and cool in summer! Supermarket under 5 min walk away. Tina seems so lovely, leaving little handwritten notes and putting so much thought into every detail.

The best studio in Cyprus!

The studio was jus perfect! Staying at Tina's place made our last days in Cyprus just great. Really comfy, very clean and super super cozy. Great view from the terrace, delicious, fresh-baked biscuits, we could collect few oranges to make fresh juice and we even had a chance to cuddle with the owner's cat. Really lovely stay even if the weather was tricky during this time.

Fabulous studio apartment with great views from balcony. Very cosy, spotlessly clean and would have happily stayed longer. Great to have Netflix available and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks Tina. Hope to return sometime.

all in all it was wonderful and we felt very good

the hosts were very lovely and kind, the apartment with balcony is super sweet, you even have a couch to chill and a kitchen with equipment, table and chairs and last but not least a very nice view- we loved it

A lovely private studio in a quiet location a few steps away from the centre of Polis and the beautiful beach. A great base for exploring the stunning Akamas peninsula and charming Latsi harbour. The host put a lot of effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We loved spending evenings on the spacious terrace looking at the stars and having breakfast watching the sun rise over the sea and the mountains.

I wish we stayed longer!
