Exceptional

I like the location (6 minutes to Diocletian's Palace), the room was clean, we have all that we need for a perfect stay and the host was very helpful and making sure that we get all the information needed.

The apartment is 5 minute walking from the center, you can park the car in front of the apartment. There’s a beautiful patio and Gašpar is so nice and helpful.

amazing and memorable stay, for sure I'll return and recommend to friends

The appartment was located in a great, quiet area close to center. The proprety was extrelmely clean, the host really nice, professional and attentive to every single details. Thanks for the welcome bottle of wine :-) which i appreciate a lot. The host was also helpful and suggested a many plans to visit the city. My stay was simply amazing. Lovely

Everything was ok. Our host even had some details with us and also gave us a lot of info about beaches, restaurants... Very nice host and beautiful apartment.

Nothing. Well... park is on the street, but apart from that, nothing.

2 days in Split

This was a family’s property. They really care about their property and guests. We had a great orientation and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. On arrival we had a sampling of their Grandfather’s prosciutto and wine and when we left some cookies. The apartment was in walking distance of the old town and the Marjanski Forest.

It was a little hard to find with street construction.

The apartment is very cozy with an nice big terrace. The location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk to the old town and public parking on the street. The apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped, bathroom also. Very good contact with a wonderful and helpful host.

Very pleasurable stay in Split with kind hosts.

Gaspar was an informative host who gave us lots of tips about things to do and places to eat. Gaspar left us a board of cured ham, fresh tomatoes and a bottle of wine and gave us a gift when we left. The apartment and terrace was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay whilst exploring Split. Gaspar and his mum had thought of everything including the use of 2 bikes which were great for getting around the park, with stunning views, which was right next to the apartment

We wished we had stayed longer.

An amazing stay! Highly recommend!

The apartment was excellent, it exceeded our expectations! Well equipped with loads of extras such as beach towels, cooking oil and shower gel. The apartment has comfortable beds, great AC and a beautiful terrance surrounded by flowers. The hospitality was amazing, the best we have ever had - the people are so kind and friendly providing us with loads of information and gifts. The host is easily reachable via WhatsApp, which is fantastic. The location of the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the centre making it very peaceful and close to the national park which has the best beaches (Va Bene was our favourite) that are easily reached by the free bikes at the property. The coffee machine makes the best coffee!

Nothing - we recommend this apartment so highly - we absolutely loved our stay here!

Best host in Croatia.

We stayed in Dubrovnik, Hvar and Split while in Croatia and Gašpar in Spalato Imperium was by far the best host. The apartment was stocked with some refreshments when we arrived. Gašpar showed us a map of Split and recommended where to eat and what to do while there (and sent us links/locations of these on WhatsApp which was very useful). We were given free use of bikes which were ideal for getting to Marjan park and the local beaches. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for getting to the city centre (less than 10min walk) and the park (less than 10min cycle to Kasjuni/Bene beaches). After checking out, our flight was cancelled and we had to stay in Split for two more nights. As soon as we told Gašpar he offered us another apartment to stay in. This made a stressful situation much easier and we got to enjoy another day at the beach - stress free. I would highly recommend Spalato Imperium to anyone staying in Split.

A really great location 10 mins walk to the old town. Very quiet, nice area on the edge of Marjan Park. Lots of restaurants and great local bakery close by. The studio had everything we needed, very clean and modern with a nice outside space to relax in. Our hosts, Gaspar and family were amazing. Really friendly and helpful, they provided lots of local tips to make our trip special and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. They really couldn't do enough for us. They even bought us watermelon slices one day as they had some in their kitchen! These little thoughtful touches really made our stay excellennt. If you visit Split, stay here. You won't regret it!

It was perfect! Great apartment. Clean, modern. It has everything you might need. The terrace is also very nice. There are bikes you can use for free to explore Split. And Gašpar is the friendliest host. So thoughtful. He has a lot of great tips for Split. We had a great time!

If you go to Split, you must stay in Spalato Imperium, everything was perfect!! The apartment has every detail and Gaspar is an incredibly host and person. His attention was amazing and so kind. The location is great, and you have all the places close. If we go again to Split, there is no doubt that we stay again there!! thank you very much for making us feel at home!!

The attention to detail was unbelievable. Gašpar was so helpful; kept a car parking space, carried luggage, made phone calls to Croatian people for us and left lots of goodies for us.
