absolutely amazing stay. one block from the colosseum and just an overall amazing designed apartment.

My daughter and I stayed at Gio Roma in August 2022. We were delighted with the the property. It is impeccably designed and very comfortable. Every finish and amenity is top of the line. It has central AC, which works perfectly. They sent us a web link with all kinds of useful information for our stay.

It’s hard to come up with anything negative! It is one of the nicest apartments in which I have stayed. The staircase is made of perforated steel. The design is very cool, but if you are sensitive to heights, it could make you a bit uncomfortable.

Everything. Its so well designed, everything is unique and beautiful. The apartment was very well equipped and there was nothing we missed in our 3 day stay. A big plus of having washing facilities! And lastely the bed. Best part of our stay. So luxurious and so comfortable.

Thanks for offering this very great stay. We enjoyed sleeping in such a great confi King Size bed. We missed nothing, it was like being at home, and we were in good hands.

This is the most tasteful, high end apartment i have ever stayed in. You can see in its every corner how much thought and consideration has been put into its design. Location is super central, right next to the colosseum. 10 meters across is a local bistro where many locals eat, that says everything about the quality of the pasta and panini that you will find. The appliances of the apartment(kitchen, bathroom, heating, sound system) are high end as well(Siemens, Sonos, walk in shower with great lights, heat pump) I have stayed at 5 star hotels that werent as good. Communication with Antonio the owner was great, and he enabled late check out as well. If you are reading this, and especially if you are a couple do yourself a favor and stay at Roma di Gio. I won't ever look for another place in Rome. The one day it was very rainy and we couldnt get out, and we didn't even care, because of the apartment. If i could give 11 out of 10 stars, i would. It was the best experience I’ve ever had. This property is exceptional and with an exquisite taste. The apartment equipped with everything needed for a long and short term stay. Every detail was taken into consideration while creating such a beauty. Also, big thanks to the host Antonio who provided the greatest customer service.

Impressive interior design - this is what you usually dream of when going to Italy. Great location, very good communication with the host. I really recommend this place!

If you are reading this review, please do yourself a HUGE favour and book this place! I spent countless hours (10 plus) before my trip to Italy to find the perfect spot for myself and my partner. This spot exceeded my expectations in every way. Let's start with the Host, Antonio, what an amazing, kind, and helpful host. Never in my life have a I had the type of caring and helpful service that he gave to me, and I have stayed at the Four Seasons, Ritz, Kimpton, St Regis etc. Antonio beats them all and his place does as well. A super modern beautiful space with a respect to the historic side of Italy as well. If you are looking for an Instagram worthy place, this is 100% you spot. If you are looking for convenience, a 1 minute walk down the street and BOOM the Coliseum in all its glory. If you are looking to stay in Rome and want an incredible experience at an incredible place, this is it! Don't spend your money anywhere else! Trust me this is the spot. I speak so highly of this place because the service I received from Antonio and the quality of the place. After leaving Rome we went to Positano and stayed in a much more pricey spot and believe me we missed this place the most! I could write a thousand more words, my main goal with this review is to get through to me in the past, I imagine if I am reading the reviews for this place and see this one where someone has been so happy with the place and says book here and you will thank me, this place meets everything you need for Rome. The property is in a brilliant location, the coliseum is just at the end of the road. The property itself is absolutely lovely, very unique and modern decor, equipped with everything you could need. A very nice place to relax at the end of a day seeing the sights.

The only thing that we didn’t like about this property is that we don’t own it :( that said, we look forward to our next stay!

Perfectly located! I drank my coffee at the colesseum every morning (50 meters)! Everything about the loft is perfect! A real instagramhome! Gio is amazing and will help you with everything you need! Great for us was the ability to cook in the loft! Do yourself a favour and book it! To all the people that want to score points with their significant other... here’s your chance!!!
