We completed a full renovation in January 2018 and added a few more touches in November 2018, Jan 2022 and Jan 2024 including fireplace, new owner, hall and Jr suite baths, wood flooring throughout, kitchen backsplash, new washer/dryer, ceiling fans. It would be our pleasure to have you and your family as our guests. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. **We do not do long term rentals except for the month of February ** Mar Vista Grande is North Myrtle Beach’s preeminent high-rise. Clean, manicured, secure and jam-packed with amenities. Large outdoor pool with plenty of lounge space; a lazy river, hot tub and a private Tiki Bar. When you want to be out of the sun there is a spacious indoor/covered pool area with a kiddie pool, Jacuzzi and play area. For those who want to hit the gym there is a modern exercise room with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, machines and free weights. Lastly location, location, location – Mar Vista Grande is 4 miles from Barefoot Landing and close to many fine restaurants and attractions. Unit 710 has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, comfortably sleeping 10 on four queen beds and one king in the owner's suite. Our unit has been completely upgraded with new bathrooms, paint, hardwoods, lighting and all new stainless steel appliances. Every piece of furniture from beds and mattresses to sofas and chairs, right down to the dining table on the expansive balcony is brand new. For your indoor downtime check out the new 55 inch smart TV’s in the master bedroom and living room. There is also a 43 inch smart TV in the junior suite and front bedroom. Each TV has a dedicated DVR and Blu Ray player. Wi-Fi for your laptop, tablet or Netflix is excellent with a dedicated signal for the unit. Whether you prefer sunrises or sunsets, we know you will find our home away from home a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The condo was very updated and beautiful. It was very clean. I was a little hesitant to lay across the bed with the navy blue quilting. You can see it wasn’t clean from the prior guests. I know it was Thanksgiving the week before, but the cleaning crew should have seen that could’ve been avoided if it was put in the washing machine and dryer. Other than that everything else was great.

The property was exactly like the photos. Beautiful .The rooms were well equipped and clean and updated. The view was amazing and the pools and hot tub were easily accessible and private from neighboring properties. Excellent communication with owners! Only suggestion is providing beach towels as if traveling beach towels are hard to fit in suitcase:) (we all loved it 7 adults and a 2 year old)

The condo was gorgeous- very clean, spacious, beautiful decor, breathtaking views, close to everything, & the resort overall is very clean & well-maintained. Had trouble hooking up to wifi in the unit, & our call was answered immediately & problem resolved. We will definitely stay here again- our new favorite spot! Only negative was the water pressure in the showers, but everything else was Top Notch! Thanks so much for providing a great place for our family vacation !

This condo met all of our expectations and more! The pictures and the description of the condo and the location was spot on. The condo was immaculate, well equipped, and perfectly decorated. It felt like home and we didnt want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Everything was beautiful, clean, comfy, great view, sturdy furniture. Couple of things, they don't have massages available in the building so that was disappointing, there were only 2 tubs not 3, some of the pots and pans need to be upgraded, charging stations on the bedroom nightstands didnt work, needed an extension cord to plug in my phone, the tv system was extremely complicated we eneded up just casting to the tv from our phones, you have to get out of bed to turn on/off lights/fans in bedrooms. But other than those couple of things, everything was absolutely gorgoues, would stay again.

Lovely property… one tiny little soap pad in the bathrooms.. Usually at other accommodations, we are given little bottles of shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. They’re were none of those. wi-Fi was sketchy. Couldn’t get it in the first bedroom. there should at least be one trash bag in the kitchen.

I am always happy when reality is better then pictures. I loved everything about this condo and the Mar Vista Grand. Easy access to the beach, entertainment and food. My only issue with the property is that they need to keep a stock of paper products ( toilet paper, paper towel) and extra trash bags on site. Other then this minor hiccup, perfection

The property is exactly like the photos. The view is perfect and the beach/pool ammenties are great. We had enough room for 5 adults and 1 infant without feeling cramped. The rooms were spacious. Bring some grilling utensils if interested in using the resort grills, along with a few other cooking supplies/seasoning. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall impression was excellent; only one minor detail that one of the adults had was the beds were uncomfortably in the room attached to one of the bathrooms; however, the master suite bed was very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay with family over the holidays. It was very cold, but we were warm and cozy, the “fire place” was especially appreciated. My only suggestion would be a firmer king mattress. As someone with back issues, I ended up sleeping a part of every night on the couch. Other than that it was perfect.

This condo is by far the best condo we have stayed in at Mar Vista Grande and we have been going to Mar Vista for years! The condo is exceptionally clean and the check-in process is seamless. The fireplace is amazing! We highly recommend this unit!!
