Perfect for a relaxing trip

Very clean and had everything we could need. Friendly communication. Great position, walked everywhere. Gym was great

Lovely apartment in a secure building. Great option if you don't have a car.

Clean, compact, comfortable, and cosy with a lot of thought given to the needs of guests. Just about everything we needed (except parking and good internet connection). Easy disposal of rubbish. Rooftop terrace with distant coastal views and BBQ facilities but quite exposed to the elements. Also access to a small lap pool and gym. Great coffee across the laneway adjacent to the building. Owners provided a useful guide prior to arrival and also checked in via text and email asking if there was anything we needed.

Unfortunately the parking space we had expected when booking was no longer available. Parking was available in the area but with time limitations. Even the mobility parking space outside was limited to 2 hours at any time. The matter caused us constant concern until the last day and night when the owners advised availability of a parking space in the building. The internet connection was also problematic throughout the stay but was improved after advising owners of the issue. The doona cover on the bed was hot and heavy. We decided to switch it for a lightweight doona one in the wardrobe but it was stained.

Great location, good facilities.

the location is perfect. the apartment has a gym and a heated pool.

We found a few hair on pillowcases and bed sheet before we used them. We had to wash all the linens before going to sleep.

Expectionally good :)

The Location is nice, everything is nearby. There is a very famous dessert nearby. The coffee in SoHo is nice. The view in the balcony is nice. Even the rooftop bbq area is good!! David and Lin are very helpful, thanks for arranging a new hair-dryer to replace the broken one. And thanks for helping in booking the bbq area.

It is just perfect.

Perfect place to stay in Adelaide. I will be back.

Very central, quiet, clean, comfortable & has got everything you needed in the unit.

The lock box for the house key was a bit difficult to get out.

the property is much bigger than I was expecting! it’s also very clean and private. would definitely stay again!

outside of the owner’s control but there was a lot of cardboard and rubbish left near the lift due to one of the residents not wanting to dispose of their rubbish properly

We enjoyed this apartment so much & the kids didn’t want to leave.

The apartment is very clean and has everything we need. Full kitchenware so we could do simple meals. The kids watched Netflix and Disney Plus for a chilled night. Beautiful sunset view! We took public transport and the location is close to bus stops and tram station.

great things in small packages!

well set out, and lots of utensils/ equipment. friendly staff. great entertainment options on the tv for kids, great balcony to watch the sunset! great pool, gym and roof top putt putt!!

The hosts were very caring and checked in to ensure everything was okay and open to a phone call when required.

very spacious and self accommodating with exceptional views

only had half a roll of toilet paper and for someone who got in late it was challenging to find, didn’t know about vending machines until later in the week. no tea towels to dry dishes.

Clean, classy and convenient

location, washer and dryer, laundry liquid and plenty of supplies ( bathroom/ kitchen)

cold in the lounge room, the heating did not go through to that room …moisture dripping on windows.

Excellent apartment in a great location

Lovely apartment. spacious in a great location. Well fitted out. David was a very helpful host, even coming out late in the evening to helps us. Highly recommended.

Very cosy with everything we need and central location.

David was very responsive whenever we had requests and provided extra towels and replenished other items. Also pleasantly surprised there was Netflix

Enjoyable

The unit is well designed and has everything you need. The instructions sent prior to visit made accessing the property very easy. The unit is comfortable and spacious for a one bedroom, there is a good amount of utensils. The unit was generally clean upon arrival, however some of the drawers and furnishings need a slightly deeper clean, although this wouldn’t stop me from recommending the apartment to others. The location is good, just over the road from central market, near to Victoria Square where you can get a free tram or a short walk to Rundle Street, the river, Adelaide Oval or 20 mins to Glenelg Beach which is worth a visit.

Very good value for money - everything you need - suited us well

Location good very close to markets...easy walking to rundle mall. Well equipped Quite and private

Pool heating broken unfortunately - so unable to be used (too cold) A little confusion about where lock boxes were to enter - but sorted by talking to host. Would have liked a little more kitchen utensils etc - particularly some serving platers, salad bowls etc.

The property had everything I needed. David was very helpful and approachable. The apartment was perfectly located to to markets, shopping centres, the zoo and even travelling to Barossa Valley. The garage area is very interesting as I’ve never seen that design before. It was easy to operate. The instructions given were very clear and concise. Loved the packet of TimTams left on dining table.

Great spot in Adelaide

Owner was very helpful. Comfy bed and the apartment is 5 mins walk from China town. Very quiet.

Air conditioner seems to be on a timer so it continually cut out during the night. Owner offered to come and fix it but it was not overly hot. Would have been an issue if hotter. Check if repaired.
